I got fired… and it changed everything. I was working with the Kardashians early on, helping build and position things behind the scenes. Then I got a call about this new show Shark Tank. At the time, I wasn’t sure. Didn’t know if it made sense. Was still focused on what I was building with them. Then I get another call… “You don’t fit our direction. You’re fired.” Simple as that. What I didn’t realize in that moment? That decision forced me to step into something bigger. I was now available… and that same opportunity I was unsure about became one of the biggest platforms of my life. Sometimes people will remove you from a situation because they don’t see your value there. That doesn’t mean you don’t have value. It means you’re meant to apply it somewhere else. Don’t fight every door that closes. Pay attention to the ones opening right after. Are you holding onto something that’s already letting you go?
