Landlord says Oregon Democrats have made it impossible to evict tenants She says the tenants don’t pay rent and they can even change the locks on the doors so owners can’t get in “Do you guys know that in Oregon it's virtually impossible to evict a tenant in your property if they don't pay rent? Or if they even I've heard stories of them changing the lock so the owner can't get into the house. I'm just leaving the Multnomah County Courthouse for the 4th time because the tenant that lives in my one little rental house that I don't have a property manager for because I've never needed one because nice people have lived there. I filed another non payment of rent notice with this tenant — The only time he pays rent is when I have a sheriff post on his door that we're going to court and then he pays it before the court date. So then we just start the process all over again. I can't get him out.”

Short answer: Yes, in most of the world you do, it's just not called "rent for the body," it's rent for the space the body occupies. You are not a political scientist, you have no knowledge about the question asked yet you are struggling to answer and analyse what you have admitted to have no knowledge about. Now as a lawyer, you drag someone to court, representing a state, and here you are saying the because you represent a state, the court shouldn’t listen to the respondent? This is ridiculous reasoning. This is saying that ICC will not listen to me if i present evidence against Nigeria 😂 so why am i in the court then? Nigeria lawyer.
