And then music teachers have to up the ante in the last 2 weeks producing shows, concerts, assemblies and general entertainment for all those jaded kids and staff. Support your music staff in schools of whatever sort they be - FT, PT or Peri.

Our young people feeling it too. In P2 yesterday a student had complete melt down; whole class had to move rooms whilst student ran around throwing things, screaming, crying. Magnificent TA helped him.

I need to do that thing I saw where a teacher counted how many questions they were asked in a day. I can’t imagine it wouldn’t be triple figures. Decision fatigue.
