REPEALING CON LAWS does not help promote good healthcare. That just lets anyone wanting to commit fraud a way to put up a shingle.

Big insurance is choking out providers so they can monopolize the whole industry. They are buying the pharmacies doctors offices hospitals clinics. You want the person who pays for your care to provide your care? What happened to antikickback laws? FRAUD.
