For people asking about the “rare graphical glitch that caused some creature models to explode”… here’s a video showing the bug - it’s one that I fixed and was caused by certain creatures with fur when rendering them as a hologram - a silly bug with the “shells” geometry shader

That happened to me last night. Small inconvenience. Let me say this. The game is absolutely perfect in VR now. I remember in 2016 mining gold on a moon saying to myself “I wish one day a game like this could be played in VR…maybe in 10-15years” now in 2025 on PS5PRO I am living that dream. It looks flawless. Martin thank you to you and the entire team. You have given me a holodeck to dwell in.

Hey, seen that yesterday too on the PC. I was using the visor, everything glitched, and it was transposed to the animal small screen I've discovered. It went away and I haven't seen it again yet.

Had this happen a few times when scanning some fauna yesterday and thought my PS5 was going to explode LOL

Good fix.. but... now that exploding creatures have been teased, I feel like it's something that should be worked in lol

Yes that occurs to me some times on ps5, more in planets and when I was using scanning visor

I've had this happen usually only when I'm in my discovery scanner, that and some trees glow super white.
