For some reason, I have been thinking about this moment a lot today. It's from John McCain in 2008 at a town hall. The woman begins to espouse conspiracy theories about Barack Obama's nationality. He immediately shuts it down. "No ma'am. He's a decent family man."

If Republicans really wanted to "make America great again," they'd ditch trump and behave like McCain. But they don't, and they won't.

America didn't realize what it was losing when John McCain passed away. If he saw the GOP now I think he'd proudly vote for Harris.

A clear example of decency and leadership all too rare today, no matter what your opinion of McCain's policy stances.

@Irene56868545 McCain showed class and how an opponent shuts down lies. The old Republican Party. The new Republican Party aka MAGA Party creates discord and is full of hate.

John McCain was a genocidal Zionist warmongering racist piece of sub-human garbage, and this very moment perfectly demonstrates that:

I wish Kamala would have that same courage to say : “No, Trump is not Hitler and his supporters are not Nazis.”
