Listen to his voice cracking while speaking of his father. Like so many good men, DC decided to destroy him and of course with the media in tow.

The most amazing thing about this speech is it was his farewell speech to the staff/cabinet the day he left after resigning.

I met President Nixon and the 4th of July in Key Biscayne when our family was vacationing there and the Nixons were there and they danced on the dance floor with my parents and I shook his hand....HE GOT A RAW DEAL HE WAS A GREAT PRESIDENT AND HILLARY CLINTON SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR HOW HE WAS ABUSED OVER NOTHING!!!!! I actually saw Nixon land at Bob Hope's house in Toluca Lake when he and Bob had a tee time at Lakeside Country Club. When the presidential limo pulled out onto Moorpark, the President leaned out the window and waved to everyone on the street. I was 9 years old...

Richard Nixon was a boyhood hero of mine. Americans understood the threat posed by the left. Men like Humphrey and McGovern were recognized for their deranged political ideology. Carter hid it from us, so did Clinton. It has grown immeasurably. I fear severe domestic violence.

I grew up in the little town next to where President Nixon grew up. It too was a citrus 🍊 growing town. Many hardworking people lived in that area of California. Richard Nixon was a good man and a good president. What the Democrat machine did to him was a coup, and criminal.
