For the first time, Vande Bharat crosses Chenab Bridge at 100 km/h. #VB_100atChenab

Congratulations @RailMinIndia on this milestone. Vande Bharat achieving 100 km/h over Chenab Bridge is a remarkable operational achievement. While Indian Railways is achieving remarkable milestones with Vande Bharat, Mangaluru appears to be moving backwards in connectivity. The proposed Yesvantpur–Madgaon Vande Bharat should not bypass Mangaluru Central which is the main railway station of the city. An earlier proposal and trial run had already covered Mangaluru Central. When the country is moving forward with modern rail connectivity, Mangaluru too deserves direct Bengaluru connectivity through Mangaluru Central. 🚆 Kindly ensure that Mangaluru Central is not left behind. @SWRRLY @AshwiniVaishnaw @VSOMANNA_BJP

@PIB_India Kalyan to CSMT is just 54 km, yet peak-hour suburban locals routinely take 1.5 to 2 hours due to chronic signal bunching and network saturation. Upgrading showcase tracks matters, but fixing the daily transit misery of 7 million Mumbai commuters should be the real priority.
