We held a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, and this is an important format for supporting Ukraine's security now and in the future. We are working to ensure that the security guarantees include serious components of European deterrence and are reliable, and it is important that the United States is with us and supports these efforts. No one is interested in a third Russian invasion. And right now, defense support for Ukraine is especially important, because Russia’s attacks are not stopping, and there must be greater protection of life for diplomacy to work toward a just peace. She spoke powerfully about the struggles faced by parents of children with disabilities, high costs of assessments, limited financial support, and the daily challenges of providing proper care. Her story reinforces why our government has committed to establishing assessment centres in every parish, ensuring that families no longer face prohibitive costs to access help. We are also increasing allocations for children with disabilities, expanding the number of training and assessment institutions, and ensuring that once a child is assessed and the family is deemed in need, they are automatically placed on the PATH program. Policy is not written in isolation, it comes from listening to real stories like Frederica’s. And I want every mother, father, and caregiver in Jamaica’s disability community to know, your voices are being heard, and your struggles are shaping the policies we put forward.

It's on financial literacy and why it is important for Viksit Bharat. Financial literacy means many things to many people, but it is like a core life skill. It's like learning how to drive, learning to swim, or something which will hold you in good stead. What is happening is that as the markets are developing, there are new kinds of products coming. There's a lot of digitisation, and people are not always aware. You are seeing more than 100 million people now in the equity markets who are trading and so on. This has not happened in the past. Now, each of these instruments also have inherent risks. So knowledge of that is very important and how to do financial planning. I think these are very, very important moving forward for individuals, for Indians.
