This advice surely is not for those that are bathing with shower 🚿 hundred percent of the time?

You no get moisturiser for house?

I get the itching reaction after shower, but I figure out on time as a teen that my body was not happy with cold water and net sponge, anytime I try it, itching reaction is the result. Solution for me then: moisturise quickly. I figured when I use warm water with net sponge I don’t get the itching reaction after shower, so I stick to warm water shower.

You made a video or tweet some years back that said we should stop using sponge if one's body was itchy after bathing. It's been 3+ years now of bathing without sponge and I've never had to scratch my body after bathing since then. It used to bother me a lot then.

My own remedies are thus. 1. Don't use medicated Soaps at all. 2. Use baby Soaps. I personally use Pears transparent or Irish spring. 3. Change your baby soap when you get sign of itch. I changed from Pears to Irish spring. 4. Use clean towels. (wash regularly) 5. And yes, smile

All I do is bathe cream and get clothed instantly.. that works for me

It happens to me all the time, if I wash cloths and take my bath immediately I won't have peace or just finished bathing and stay beside a fan that's another problem. Stopped using sponge for over 10 years now. May God epp us.. 😩
