He said rights without remedies are basically just “guidelines” or “suggestions.” And honestly… that’s the terrifying part. Because most Americans still believe: if the government violates your rights, a court will save you. But legal experts are now openly warning that in many cases, the system is increasingly designed to protect the government FROM accountability instead.
