We, the Congress people, believe in God for the sake of faith, but BJP leaders believe in God for the sake of polarizing people and looting the temple. The BJP and the RSS are completely responsible for the temple theft in Ayodhya. Why are the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi silent on this? The people who looted the temple are being protected by the Union Government and the UP Government. I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister of India, demanding an impartial investigation monitored by the Supreme Court to identify the real culprits behind this temple theft. BJP leaders and RSS leaders used to say that Mohammad Ghazni looted the Somnath Temple 17 times in 27 years. But now the BJP-appointed trustees looted the Ram Temple 17 times in 42 days. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) involvement in the Ayodhya Ram Temple movement after Gandhi's assassination is well explained by Justice Chandru in this video. RSS started by placing a small idol of Lord Ram near Babri Masjid in 1948, demolished Babri Masjid in 1992, and constructed the Ayodhya temple in 2024. They pursued a single-point agenda for 70 years to make India a Hindu Rashtra. Who will benefit? Hypothetically, if minorities convert to Hinduism, will the RSS agenda end? Next, their target would be OBC and SC/ST communities. As Babasaheb Ambedkar said: "If Hindu Raj does become a fact, it will, no doubt, be the greatest calamity for this country… Hindu Raj must be prevented at any cost." Now, the same kind of issue RSS and Hindu outfits are trying in Thiruparangundram, where their protests were backed by AIADMK. We should be very cautious. Not just for this election, DMK should engage young speakers to address this issue in every corner of the state. Tamil Nadu must remain vigilant in eradicating these Hindu extremist forces.

Now, an SIT probe into the counting, handling and deposit of Ram Mandir donations has become a test case for the larger "Mandir Wapsi" movement. If temples are to demand autonomy, then transparency and accountability must be beyond reproach. One hopes that allegations of missing donations are unfounded. Else, the Ayodhya model will be held up by critics of temple self-governance to underline why Hindus can't be trusted to honestly manage their faith.
