Foreign intelligence services are using "spy turtles" and "spy fish" to snoop on China, the country's Ministry of State Security said Friday. The ministry claims that marine mammals were fitted with sensors to map Chinese waters and transmit information to overseas satellites, but didn't say where they were found.

Elsa Johnson said a man who called himself Charles Chen reached out to her on Instagram during her Freshman year.
