State is trying too hard to discredit the expert over silly "gotcha" questions. Not a good look.

There are plenty of scenarios that would point to Alex but this guy is a paid expert. I worked in a law office dealing with "expert" witnesses. I know how they will skew their opinion at the behest of whoever is paying them. It's not a rarity. #murdaughtrial

Omg, Mike Sutton is a one stop shop for the defense. He’s an expert on everything from shooter height to gun shot sound and now how fast AM was driving. Where is he getting his info on the driving speed. I’m having a hard time believing he’s an expert on all things info.

Bottom line is Why did he lie about being there if he didn’t do it?

Defense had Alex stand for the jury a few times. Wish the prosecution would have him stand, then kneel so the jury can have a visual of the height difference.

Some advise for Defense Attorneys your boring everyone on Jury in the court room and people watching the Trial . You have no flow to your case , it’s not thought out and wasting time setting up . Today was a complete disaster for Defense case day 2 . Alex you got bad attorneys .
