World’s First Forensic Sciences University in Nagpur, Maharashtra! Hon Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amitbhai Shah performed the BhoomiPoojan of Permanent Campus & E-Inauguration of Transit Campus of the 'National Forensic Sciences University' today in Nagpur. It was great to be part of this along with our leader, Hon Union Minister Nitin Gadkari ji. Allocation of 50 acre of land in Chincholi village, Kamptee, Nagpur, has been done for the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU). NFSU is the world’s first and only university dedicated solely to forensic sciences. The new campus in Maharashtra will help develop skilled forensic experts. It will support Law Enforcement agencies in preventing, reducing, and solving crimes through scientific forensic methods, while also enhancing the forensic capabilities of all stakeholders. These models will be essential for the US to compete with China on science in the coming decades. Jensen is committing to spend tens of billions of dollars developing open-source models, and we are excited to be a partner with them in figuring out how to benchmark, train and use those agents to accelerate scientific research. We have already open-sourced some of the work we have done with them, and are looking forward to open-sourcing more. There are few things today that are more important. Our new report in collaboration with Forensic Architecture (Forensic Architecture) is now live. In the early hours of March 23, 2025, the Israeli Army conducted a series of attacks on clearly marked emergency vehicles and personnel in Tel al-Sultan, Gaza. Fifteen aid workers from the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRCS), Civil Defence, and United Nations were killed and buried alongside their emergency vehicles. For almost a year, Earshot conducted an in-depth audio investigation of three recordings taken that night. We analysed each of the 910 gunshots fired by Israeli soldiers. Through audio ballistics, echolocation, and enhancement, we reconstructed an auditory picture of what happened that dark night — from the initial attack on the ambulances to the final close-range executions. Our audio evidence corroborates survivors' testimony. In collaboration with Forensic Architecture and PRCS , we confirmed that innocent, unarmed aid workers were intentionally murdered. The Ghana Police Service has discovered weapons believed to have been used in the murder of Immigration Officer Stephen Amoah at the residence of the main suspect. During a search of the suspect’s home, police found bloodstains in the living room and evidence of a freshly painted wall, apparently intended to conceal the crime. A separate search at another location uncovered a blood stained carpet that had been burned and a fufu pestle stained with blood. All recovered items were sent for forensic analysis, which confirmed the presence of human blood. The suspect has since been arrested again ,formally charged with murder, and is scheduled to appear in court on August 8th. The police have assured the public of their continued commitment to the investigation, with efforts underway to identify and prosecute any accomplices involved.

EVERY RUPEE MATTERS! Every rupee spent by our department belongs to the public, and it must be accounted for with complete transparency and responsibility. Today I addressed a training programme for accountants officers of our Telangana Special Police Battalions and I want to reiterate what I told them financial accountability is not a formality, it is a core responsibility. During my recent district visits and review meetings with Superintendents of Police, several gaps in budget management came to my notice. In some units, even the district police chiefs were not fully aware of their own budgetary position. I personally intervened in one case where delayed release of funds was causing hardship to our personnel this should never happen. Our govt has prioritized timely release of funds for the maintenance of police stations and I have directed the Accounts Wing to ensure allocations reach Station House Officers without delay. Digitisation must sharpen our financial scrutiny, not dilute it. I have asked our accountants to examine every bill carefully, not merely forward Excel sheets and online files. Even a minor lapse in scrutiny can have serious consequences. Any official found responsible for financial irregularities will face legal proceedings and departmental action, including suspension or dismissal. I expect every accountant to remain vigilant and uphold the highest standards of integrity. I have also directed that accounts related to police welfare schemes health protection, loans and other welfare funds be maintained with complete accuracy and transparency, because these funds directly touch the lives of our personnel and their families. #TelanganaPolice

France. Today, important talks will take place here that can open up significantly greater opportunities for Ukraine to strengthen its defenses. Our top priority is anti-ballistic defense. We will present our Anti-Ballistic Program to our partners and, for the first time, hold a meeting at the level of leaders, national security advisors, and defense companies from countries that can make a concrete contribution to building a new anti-ballistic system. I will also meet with French President Emmanuel Macron and take part in the Coalition of the Willing meeting. We will work to give this format new momentum. The First Lady is scheduled to meet with the new Director-General of UNESCO to discuss the further development of the strategic partnership and expanding cooperation between Ukraine and the Organization within UNESCO's mandate. We will thank France for its historic support, and our service members will take part in the parade marking France's national holiday – Bastille Day. We thank everyone who stands with Ukraine.

The biggest injustice to this country is mixing Politics with Law. Justice shld not be weaponised and nobody’s family member shld suffer public sentencing before proper trial in a court. Our country is run with laws and our laws clearly presume everyone not guilty until proven guilty. The reputational harm, public and media trial can cause to an individual usually remains unrepaired till death. And nobody shld be put through that kind of ordeal, no matter the crime you are accused of. The Attorney General shld kindly cease all forms of media commentary and stick to his charge sheets and evidence in court. The media can and will follow the case in court and report to the public as the facts unfold in the court room. Mr. Adu Boahene should cease writting any further and prove his innocence in court with all his hard core evidence. He deserves to be treated with all the dignity that any of us would desire in this situation. As of now, he is as innocent as the pope and the A.G has a responsibility to prove all the allegations against him. That is what natural justice is all about and we shld all be advocates for same. Remember, all we are asking for, is a trial with dignity, fairness and open mindedness. If you are against these simple natural call then let me quickly remind you, it could be you in a blink of an eye. When the system is fixed, it’s fixed for all of us. If it remains shady, you may be a beneficiary today and a victim the next morning.

The Ghana Police Service has assured the public of their commitment to maintaining law and order during protests. I implore them to take swift action and bring the culprits to justice. The youth of the New Patriotic Party will not tolerate chaos on our streets, and we expect the police to uphold their mandate to protect citizens and property.
