I think 1 hour is sufficient. That works for me. Really calms my mind down too. Some asmr doesn’t hurt either while you wait to sleep as well😉

I’ve been doing the sauna for 10 years, thanks to you, but I know reliable that it interferes with my sleep. Especially done after 5 pm & closer to bed time.

Is this why kids sleep much better if they take a bath before bed?
