Judges and Jurors should be sacrosanct to the judicial process. It is hard to put in words my reverance for the judges and juries I stood before. The judges who presided over the many trials I have been a part of over the last 33 years have been amazing. The juries have always been what they shoud be- Untainted truth seekers. Many times, the jury members wrote me notes. I cherish each one. Many times, the judge allowed the jurors to meet us. I also cherish those interactions. I have spoken out regarding the jury process related to the murder trial of Karen Read. Why? Because I believe it to be a disgrace to all I have held to the highest esteem throughout my career. Was this a grand conspiracy? No. Just like the case, it was simple. Read and her propaganda team set out to taint the jury pool. It was not complicated and not disguised. They flaunted their goal. I believe they achieved their goal. Why? Look no further than juror 11. Watch what she has all too joyfully blasted all over SM and MM. Look at her follow list on X. Listen to her. Was she honest on her juror worksheet? I have also said I believe this case, like OJ, is a case of jury nullification. I stand by that likelihood. Let me further explain. In a nutshell, nullification occurs if jurors choose to ignore evidence and find someone either guilty or innocent based on other factors. Let's take the foreman who said if a dead man was on his front porch, police would have stormed his house. The facts show John O'Keefe was not on anyone's front porch. In fact, John was on the curtilage of 34 Fairview nearly as close to the neighbor's front door as the front door of 34 Fairview. The foreman seemingly disregarded this fact in evidence. Look at Juror 11. She talked about the jury's commitment to not hang influenced by their anger over the money spent. Take a look at her further statements. She said Read merely dropped John off. Read reversed 24 MPH according to the evidence. Her tail light was embedded in John's shirt. Juror 11 ignored this evidence. I could go on and on with this juror, but suffice to say, I believe she would have aquitted no matter what the evidence was based on her own admissions and her social media. That's nullification and has nothing to do with reasonable doubt. I have listened to every minute of both trials. I have read the court documents. I have talked with the victims - family and friends. I have felt their pain. Before anyone takes out of context my concern for what this case has done to our judicial process understand All the facts. I have the same sadness for our system that I had after the OJ verdict. I respect the views of those who don't share my concern. Freedom of speech is imperative. But it would be remiss and wrong of me not to share the truth as I know it and call attention to what I see as a failed process soiled by social media for unethical reasons. #KarenRead #KarenReadRetrial

Today, I graduated from Stanford with my masters in law, with a focus in law, science, and technology. I expended considerable time exploring how to add value to emerging companies by advising them throughout their lifecycles, specifically on raising venture capital and licensing intellectual properties and technologies. I hope to spend the foreseeable future deepening my expertise in these areas. For the Stanford journey, I must start with gratitude. First, I am grateful for my parents, siblings and family who supported me through everything. I am grateful for my former employers who invested heavily in my growth, played a substantial part in Stanford happening, and in whom I found another family. I am especially grateful for my friends (including those I made at Stanford) who have overwhelmed me with love and support that I do not think I deserve. I am grateful for my colleagues, with whom I have shared this journey, and who have blessed me with their knowledge and experiences. I am grateful for all my mentors and professional connections whose benevolence towards me have never run dry. I am grateful for my professors and the Stanford academic faculty who have shared their knowledge with me and have challenged me intellectually, and finally, I am grateful to God, for the invisible hand in how my life has played out over the past year. At the ceremony, my friend Ana Julia – who spoke on behalf of the class – said we already made it before we arrived for this program. That is true, because the program is a gathering of highly exceptional people from different parts of the world, and with different experiences. How the Dutertes are trying to divert your attention There’s a reason why the senators are scared to call out the Dutertes and their allies — because when they do, they will be subject to below the belt, unsubstantiated and relentless online attacks. Because there’s no way to defend the Dutertes in all the issues they’re involved with, just like and how they always do… they are now exerting all the efforts to divert our attention elsewhere. I’m convinced that all these, including meeting with a known political rival, former Vice President Leni Robredo, is just a way for us to stop talking about the issues involving VP Sara, her family and their allies. I have to hand it to the Vice President, she successfully made the news and headlines about her refusal to take an oath, her claims about impeachment and not being friends with the president (who wants to be friends with her anyway). But the truth of the matter is, the House Committee on Good Governance established a lot of crucial facts and so forgive me for pivoting the conversation back to what matters. Although I also watched the hearing in its entirety but how Rep. Rodge Gutierrez in an ambush interview summarized the things we need to worry about the Vice President’s expenditures is worth reading: “When the same justifications are presented year after year for millions of pesos in taxpayer money, it raises serious questions about whether these funds are truly being used as intended or merely being spent without proper oversight. “This repeated pattern opens the door for further audit scrutiny, and it’s only a matter of time before COA issues a formal Notice of Disallowance for the P375 million 2023 budget.” Read more here: I do not know how their supporters would explain the overwhelming links, evidence, witnesses of issues like human trafficking, illegal POGOs, money-related matters, illegal drugs amongst other things. Just to name a few: 1. Atty. Harry Roque who is now in hiding is connected to a lot of things concerning the POGO personalities and companies in question. 2. The Dutertes defended Pastor Apollo Quiboloy who is now facing charges filed against him. Cases of heinous crimes if I may add. 3. The former PCSO General Manager Garma 4. The recently arrested former budget undersecretary Lao 5. Former PNP Chief and now Senator Bato dela Rosa connection to the extrajudicial killings now being investigated in the lower house. 6. Former SAF and now Senator Bong Go (cases filed in courts) I know this is a much much longer list and you can add yours in the comment section if you like. But all these do have documentary evidence and an overwhelming number of witnesses. Before we turn our heads to where the known Duterte social media users are pointing… demand answers to the questions of importance. Demand answers from the Dutertes or vote them out of their respective offices. Well. Always remember… Amping kanunay!

🚨 Burkina Faso 🇧🇫- No place for religious bigotry! You see this man running? It’s an Imam who went on live to condemn the government’s draft law that wants to ban people erecting mosques and churches in public administration. I listened to his criticism and honestly, I was shocked and disgusted. Can you imagine this old man openly insulted the government and painted them as the devil if they want to prevent people from praying on public squares? Now, let me make this clear. The government never said that people cannot pray. The have adopted a bill aimed at prohibiting the construction and establishment of places of worship (mosques, churches) within the premises of public services. However, the practice of individual or collective prayer in public administrative spaces is not prohibited. So, I am surprised that this Iman who has a Doctorate couldn’t understand something as simple as this. But no, he went on his pulpit and started spewing nonsense. So, the local police who fights religious intolerance and extremism went to arrest him for questioning and he took off 😄. Some of his fellow muslims took to the streets to ask for his release and it became an open confrontation with the police. You see, this is what I have been saying for donkey years that people need to separate religion from the State. These are two different issues. But it seems like when it comes to religion, many Africans are so alienated that they are blinded by their religious zealotry. I even saw the weak-minded ones say that they thought that Capitaine Ibrahim TRAORÉ was going to be the President who would uplift Islam ☪️ and root for its propagation. I read a beautiful farewell message from a Kenyan High school teacher (Physics & Mathematics) to his colleagues, friends, students, and community. I also watched a short clip on the same! So moving, it reminded me how Teaching is, easily, the most importantly IMPACTFUL profession for national development. Indeed, the difference between the so-called First World and the rest is not how high buildings rose to the skies but how much of deliberate investments went into Education and Healthcare. The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. EXODUS: Help Darren Stallcup Move Out Of San Francisco After dedicating the best years of my life to save San Francisco, I have made the heartbreaking decision to leave this great beautiful city behind. I did the best that I could every day and I know so many honest good caring San Franciscans out there are hurting just as much as I am and I've met so many of you who desperately want the same healing and recovery for this city that I do... The truth is... the daily chaos, lawlessness and human suffering on our streets are not accidents but a deliberate result of a cruel, sick game engineered by corrupt politicians and non-profits who benefit from the suffering of the less fortunate. I don't hate everyone who votes differently or works in non-profits... there are plenty of decent people trying to help, but far too many bad apples in the Democratic party are working hand-in-hand with these organizations to keep the crisis alive. I'm infuriated by this broken, predatory system that devastates the vulnerable, attacks those trying to help and enriches those who have blood on their hands... all on the taxpayers dime. That's why I'm done playing along and refusing to sacrifice my life to their endless failure. Yet even as I leave, I'll never stop fighting for the less fortunate by demanding secure treatment beds, real enforcement against fentanyl dealers and sober housing that actually saves lives instead of enabling death. I can continue my art, music and citizen journalism in another city that is cleaner, safer and dare I say more friendlier to me, a conservative Patriot who loves our great beautiful country. Day and Night I walked these streets up and down the block, handing out food, clothing and blankets to the less fortunate while listening to their stories. Through citizen journalism, I documented the homeless crisis on the ground, sharing videos and photos to raise awareness. I spoke passionately at City Hall meetings, demanding accountability from leaders who seemed indifferent. I appeared on national and international television to share my story with the world about the fentanyl genocide devastating our city. Today, with a heavy heart, I regret to inform our community that I am relocating to a safer area outside San Francisco. I can no longer tolerate the chaos and stress of day to day survival in this city. It has taken an undeniable toll on my physical, mental and spiritual well being. Our corrupt and incompetent local and state leaders have deliberately enabled chaos on San Francisco's streets, creating a perpetual crisis that funnels billions of taxpayer dollars into the hands of corrupt non-profits and organizations. These entities thrive on the suffering of the less fortunate, profiting from endless contracts for shelters, outreach programs and harm-reduction initiatives that fail to reduce harm or homelessness. Harm reduction is causing more harm. Progressive policy is making everything progressively worse. I am done being a guinea pig in their social experiment. Year after year, billions have been spent, yet the humanitarian crisis has only worsened, with more tents, more overdoses, and more despair. Fentanyl overdoses are on the rise, homelessness numbers are climbing and our public spaces have all but deteriorated, all while the same politicians get elected year after year. It is a calculated system of human suffering and I am done living through the nightmare every single day. The drug dealers operating freely, the human feces and needles littering streets and sidewalks, the judges letting the fentanyl dealers out of jail, the fentanyl showing up on playgrounds and in schools, the women giving birth on the sidewalk, the still born babies found in port-o-pottys, the people jumping off of buildings, the people living in the sewers, the non-stop every day looting of our grocery store, the robbery of our local restaurants, the targeting of our mom-and-pop shops, the risk of riding public transportation, the waking up to burglars kicking in my door and fighting them off, the sound of going to sleep to people screaming and waking up to emergency sirens, the billion dollar tech offices and third world conditions across the streets, the constant threat of The Big Earthquake, power outages, infrastructure breakdown, skyrocketing cost of living, it's all become unbearable. Homeless encampments blocking public spaces, the high risk of fentanyl exposure and rampant property crime have eroded any sense of normalcy. Personal safety threats from erratic behavior, boarded-up stores and political hostility weigh heavily on me. I no longer desire or wish to endure these heartbreaking struggles. Building a life for myself, let alone a family, in this decay, is almost impossible. The frustration with leftist policies enabling open drug scenes, health risks from biohazards and store closures reducing access to essentials has taken its toll. I have personally witnessed at least a dozen grocery stores close down and my heart is broken as I wonder if I am slowly living in a food desert because of rampant, unchecked crime. They defunded the police and the judge releases criminals out of jail the next day. I am sick and tired of fighting off the same bad guys every day. The Urban decay is not just in areas like the Tenderloin, SOMA and Union Square, but all over the city. The difficulty in regular social life is noticeable and everybody is on guard making human connection even more challenging unless you are a millionaire. I walk into small businesses, stores and restaurants and all the workers are on edge wondering what chaos will happen that day. Tourists ask me what is happening to the city? All I do is shake my head. This is not the San Francisco I grew up in. My City has become unrecognizable. The Full House Days are long gone and it will take years, if not generations, for San Francisco to recover from all the damage done. Years of frontline activism without any city wide solutions have left me absolutely drained. Every day feels like the same nightmare, repeating the same chaos day after day without end. I don't want my life trapped in this cycle of sirens, screams and unchecked decline. It's time to step away from this chaos. I do not want to die here. The threats to personal safety, the constant exposure to violence and humanitarian crisis has become too much for one lifetime. I shouldn't have PTSD from living in San Francisco, but I do. Honestly, we all have survivor's guilt. I refuse to let this environment claim my future or my dreams. Relocating means saving my health, mental well being, spirituality and opportunity to thrive elsewhere. No more waking up and counting the bodies on the sidewalks or navigating hazards just to live daily life. I deserve a chance to build without the shadow of this humanitarian crisis looming over everything. I've sacrificed my personal health, safety and years of my life on the frontlines for the vulnerable while our local leaders profited from their pain... now, to keep fighting, I have to leave everything behind and start over. The drug dealers operating freely, the human feces and needles littering streets and sidewalks, the judges letting the fentanyl dealers out of jail, the fentanyl showing up on playgrounds and in schools, the women giving birth on the sidewalk, the still born babies found in port-o-pottys, the people jumping off of buildings, the people living in the sewers, the non-stop every day looting of our grocery store, the robbery of our local restaurants, the targeting of our mom-and-pop shops, the risk of riding public transportation, the waking up to burglars kicking in my door and fighting them off, the sound of going to sleep to people screaming and waking up to emergency sirens, the billion dollar tech offices and third world conditions across the streets, the constant threat of The Big Earthquake, power outages, infrastructure breakdown, skyrocketing cost of living, it's all become unbearable. Homeless encampments blocking public spaces, the high risk of fentanyl exposure and rampant property crime have eroded any sense of normalcy. Personal safety threats from erratic behavior, boarded-up stores and political hostility weigh heavily on me. I no longer desire or wish to endure these heartbreaking struggles. Building a life for myself, let alone a family, in this decay, is almost impossible. The frustration with leftist policies enabling open drug scenes, health risks from biohazards and store closures reducing access to essentials has taken its toll. I have personally witnessed at least a dozen grocery stores close down and my heart is broken as I wonder if I am slowly living in a food desert because of rampant, unchecked crime. They defunded the police and the judge releases criminals out of jail the next day. I am sick and tired of fighting off the same bad guys every day. The Urban decay is not just in areas like the Tenderloin, SOMA and Union Square, but all over the city. The difficulty in regular social life is noticeable and everybody is on guard making human connection even more challenging unless you are a millionaire. I walk into small businesses, stores and restaurants and all the workers are on edge wondering what chaos will happen that day. Tourists ask me what is happening to the city? All I do is shake my head. This is not the San Francisco I grew up in. My City has become unrecognizable. The Full House Days are long gone and it will take years, if not generations, for San Francisco to recover from all the damage done. Years of frontline activism without any city wide solutions have left me absolutely drained. Every day feels like the same nightmare, repeating the same chaos day after day without end. I don't want my life trapped in this cycle of sirens, screams and unchecked decline. It's time to step away from this chaos. I do not want to die here. The threats to personal safety, the constant exposure to violence and humanitarian crisis has become too much for one lifetime. I shouldn't have PTSD from living in San Francisco, but I do. Honestly, we all have survivor's guilt. I refuse to let this environment claim my future or my dreams. Relocating means saving my health, mental well being, spirituality and opportunity to thrive elsewhere. No more waking up and counting the bodies on the sidewalks or navigating hazards just to live daily life. I deserve a chance to build without the shadow of this humanitarian crisis looming over everything. I've sacrificed my personal health, safety and years of my life on the frontlines for the vulnerable while our local leaders profited from their pain... now, to keep fighting, I have to leave everything behind and start over. If this battle has ever meant something to you, please do consider supporting. As I pursue my American dreams in a new place, I carry the lessons from San Francisco with me forever. I will always cherish the memories and good times. This city will always have a place in my heart. San Francisco is my hometown. I continue advocating for change from afar, but with renewed energy in a safer environment. This move allows me to build a stable life, free from the nightmare that has defined too many years of life. Thank you to all my family and friends that have supported my work, I fought valiantly but now it is time for a tactical retreat. My time in the trenches, on the frontlines are over. "We are doing this deliberately". - Chris Minns on the gun buyback. A rare moment of truth. Innocent and law abiding citizens in NSW are once again being punished for existing. Minn's proudly crows about his heavy-handed approach to guns in NSW. Putting us in one of the most tightly controlled places in the world. Beaten only by extreme authoritarian regimes in places like North Korea. The idea that criminalising the innocent will make anyone safer is just foolish. The Australian government knows things are deteriorating and fast. They want a totally disarmed population. But just like the cigarette laws, this will fail. There will be more illegal guns, and more gun crime as a result. Scumbags will be set free as the decent are prosecuted. Selective justice is the problem. Inneffective application of the current law was the problem in Bondi, and this will do nothing to solve those problems. We are seeing the same pattern play out over and over again. Machette bins, gun buy backs and other wastes of taxpayer money. As people cower in their homes, hoping tonight is not the night their cars are stolen again. It is clear to me they are doing all of this deliberately. But not to achieve their stated purpose. It is to achieve the total destruction of our former way of life, to further benefit the people that are already pummelling us into dust. Minns knows it. He just doesn't care. Acting as though the ridiculous laws in NSW and Australia more broadly is somehow a moral true North is like pretending you can use a solar panel to charge your car at night - a fools errand. Not to mention the taxpayer money wasted buying guns back from harmless people. Because criminals use unregistered guns. These people grow more nasty and dangerous by the day. They must be stopped. I just want Australia back.

Dear Sh Rao Inderjit Singh ji, there is simply no time to waste now in more meetings, investigations and another slew of development plans for Gurgaon. You have represented Gurgaon in Parliament since 2009, and this is your fourth consecutive term. You know this city and its transformation better than most. As a citizens collective, we have been raising these issues since 2013. Gurugram’s sanitation, air-pollution, waste ,broken & inadequate infrastructure and civic failures had already reached #crisis proportions. And yet, every monsoon, we go through the same cycle … a few weeks of rain, a sudden flurry of meetings, promises and action plans … and then the rains pass. But our daily strife remains.We live with the consequences 365 days a year. Sir, If you genuinely want to fix Gurugram, -you will need to shift to Gurgaon for at least 12 months -only then will you truly #see and grasp the scale of gross civic deficiencies and perhaps recognise the need for extraordinary measures, including seeking extraordinary assistance from PMO India and even the Defence forces to rein in the entrenched, #lawlessness #corruption - contractor–transport–waste nexus that appears to operate with no fear of enforcement. For far too long, real-estate growth has been treated as the measure of a successful Gurgaon, while the lived experience of its existing population has been pushed aside. Gurugram has generated enormous resources for the State. Surely, the city that generates this wealth deserves to see a substantial part of that capacity invested back into fixing what is broken, restoring what has been neglected and reducing the daily strife of its residents. And in the midst of this civic crisis, there is simply no room for diverting administrative attention and resources into new development. Stall what can be stalled. I am sure you would agree that there has been enough time, enough representation and enough votes to make a difference to the constituency you have represented for so long. Please look at the attached photographs, taken over the past 48 hours. Gurugram is already in the throes of a civic crisis. Please understand that for the Filipino people, this is a recipe for disaster. You think America is your friend. “So too did the Ukrainian people, and they are dying by the hundreds of thousands. Friends don’t let friends die in those quantities. The Ukrainians have been displaced by the tens of millions. “Friends don’t let friends have their cities destroyed in this manner. Friends don’t let friends have families separated, have mothers and children destined to a life of refugee status in perpetual poverty. #JaySlater My theory on the case, Something took place inside the club for sure as with the Audio from inside people have shared. Then outside it seems to be an altercation again with this watch being named, I believe things went terribly wrong on the beach more than was expected Lucy can be heard clearly in distress in a matter of seconds clearly saying oh Jay oh Jay, something bad took place. Lucy and Brad know the full story they tried to cover things up in the picture at the Airbnb it’s brads hand not jays. See blood on the floor that was cleaned later but the blanket is also a match to the hotel Jay was staying in. They took his phone up there got locations with the cctv of the white car coming and going to hide evidence. Stories from them both during interviews are sketchy and have changed stories for me that makes them persons of interest in the investigation. I believe the family know more with the dads interview almost pushing himself out of the situation and saying Debbie is in charge walks away when UK police is named. No help from family and friends at the search’s no leaflets handed out to find him. Alarm bells this is you would do so much more if you knew he had just gone missing. Madeleine Case Tweets🌐
