This is a really crazy situation that caused quite a stir when it happened. A “Home Instead” franchise owner Jennifer Hannah in Illinois fired her seven month pregnant staff member Crystal because she was wearing maternity pants. After she fired her, she locked her in the office, and would not let her go because she wanted her identification card back . Here is Jennifer on the phone with cops asking them to come because she’s afraid of her employee who she has locked in her office with her. The arrogance of this woman is off the charts. This turned into a nightmare at the “happiest place on earth”… 🎢 She’s standing in line at Disney, just trying to enjoy her day. After a long wait, she starts chatting with a group, friendly, normal, nothing out of the ordinary. They ask her to ride with an older man from their group… she agrees. No red flags. FLASHBACK (10/17/2023): Allie Beth Stuckey answered the question, “What is the difference between submitting to your husband and the Patriarchy?” In this clip, she demonstrates why Paul said, “I suffer not a woman to teach.” First of all, let’s think about the question itself. Why was it asked in the first place? I submit to you that it’s because Allie’s audience knows that she is anti-Patriarchy. This has been seen in how she counter-signals patriarchal Christians in the CN movement. The questioner knows this, which is why the question was framed this way. Second, notice how when talking about submission, Allie immediately launches into what it does NOT mean. Wives should submit, but here are all the times when they don’t have to. Submission is never talked about positively, and a positive definition is never provided. My captions demonstrate this. It’s very problematic to make submission conditional, since a reviling wife can easily make up definitions of abuse and sin that get her off the hook regarding submission. Likewise, she will insist that the Patriarchy is not bad. Stuckey says this multiple times and in multiple ways. However, she will never call it good either.
