Despite the declared ceasefire, clashes are taking place between forces affiliated with the Syrian government and the Kurdish-led SDF in numerous areas in northeast Syria. According to the SDF, firefights are ongoing near the Al-Aqtan and Al-Shaddadi Prisons, which hold thousands of ISIS prisoners and their families.

Syrian Government Forces tried to enter the Kurdish controlled neighbourhood in Aleppo with a vehicle accompanied by a drone - the Kurdish security forces immediately reacted and neutralised 1 militant alongside wounding 3 others who were later transported to a hospital by the Kurdish forces; the drone that was accompanying them was also shot down.
