We’re overly consumed with Skill and not focused enough on what it takes to be a WINNING and PRODUCTIVE PLAYER. The more skilled you are, the better chance of success you have. But it doesn’t matter how skilled you are if you do t have any understanding of the game, your decision making sucks, you’re not resilient or productive. Look at winning College and NBA players…. It’s typically not the ‘skill’ that separates the winners from the losers
