Just 8 days after the final stack of Superheavy-B16. B17's common dome section has been moved to the front of MB1 for stacking operations. As expected, the pace of vehicle assembly will have to increase dramatically in order to keep up with SpaceX's goals for Starship Launch Cadence in 2025. We are rapidly approaching Flight 7, and Booster 17 is the Flight 10 Booster. Assuming SpaceX plans to carry out 20 to 25 launches in 2025, this booster will need to be fully stacked, cryo tested, integrated with its 33 raptor engines, static fire tested, and receive final launch outfitting 8 to 10 weeks from today. To date, the record holder for fastest assembly to launch time is B13 which took 41 weeks from initial stacking to launch. This means the assembly and test campaign for B17 needs to be at least 4 times faster than the previous best (assuming there are no re-flights's of boosters within the next 4 launches). If every booster from here on has one re-flight before B17's inaugural launch, then the assembly to launch process only needs to be around 2 times faster than the current best. I should note that B14 is expected to be the new record holder. If it launches on Jan 10 it will have been just under 40 weeks. Another important detail is that from what we can tell, this a Version 1 Booster. This means that we should expect a minimum of 4 more launches before Pad B is operational. One thing is for sure 2025 is going to be WILD!!! Shoutout to The Ringwatchers discord server for helping me gather the required data on such short notice. Make sure to follow them if you haven't already.

Today, we announce our Q1 2026 business updates and financial results – demonstrating continued momentum across our internal portfolio and partnered programs, with multiple value-driving milestones on track. 🚀 Key proof points include: ▪️ REC-1245 (RBM39 degrader): Early clinical data demonstrate a well-tolerated safety profile and predictable, dose-dependent PK (n=16); dose escalation ongoing with no dose-limiting toxicities observed to date. ▪️ REC-4539 (LSD1 inhibitor): First patient dosed in Phase 1; platform-derived, selective, brain-penetrant profile with a reversible mechanism and shorter predicted half-life aimed at reducing on-target platelet toxicity, supporting differentiation in solid tumors and AML. ▪️ REC-4881 (MEK1/2 inhibitor): Strong Phase 2 efficacy signals and a safety profile consistent with the MEK inhibitor class, with FDA engagement initiated to define a potential registrational pathway and an update expected in 2H26. ▪️ Our joint programs with Sanofi continue advancing towards development candidate designation and earlier stage program milestones in the next 12 months, and we expect to continue to translate biological insights from maps delivered to Roche and Genentech into potential target validation milestones over the next 12 months. As CEO and President Najat Khan says, this “represents a growing set of proof points that demonstrate our ability to translate platform insights into clinical programs. This progress reflects the strength of both our internal pipeline and partnerships, with multiple differentiated programs advancing through our end-to-end AI platform.” Our Q1 Earnings report also highlights our disciplined capital execution: reiterating the 2026 guidance of <$390M operational cash burn, and supporting runway into early 2028 without additional financing. 👉 Join our Earnings Call on Wed., May 6 at 8:00 am ET / 6:00 am MT / 1:00 pm BST, here on X and on: ▪️ YouTube: ▪️ LinkedIn: 👉 Analysts, investors, and the public can submit questions here: 👉 Read the full report:

🚨12 HOUR NEWS RECAP 1. Ukraine celebrated its 34th Independence Day since breaking away from the Soviet Union in 1991. World leaders, including Trump and Xi, issued statements of support for the country, while diplomats, including Canadian PM Mark Carney, attended events in Kyiv. 2. Ahead of the celebrations, Ukraine launched drone attacks on Russia, hitting a strategic oil depot in Ust-Luga, near the Estonian border, and a generator at the Kursk nuclear power plant, which reduced its output by 50%. Russia said nuclear levels at the plant remained normal. 3. SpaceX moved Starship to the pad at Starbase, Texas, ahead of its 10th flight test. A 60-minute launch window opens today at 6:30 p.m. CT, weather permitting. 4. U.S military leaders are reviewing plans that could trigger federal intervention in major U.S cities such as Chicago. The move sparked backlash from Mayor Brandon Johnson, who blasted it for bypassing local governance. 5. For a third day, fires are raging at the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in Russia’s Rostov region. The blaze began after a Ukrainian drone attack earlier this week and has yet to be contained. 6. An amphibious assault fleet deployed by the U.S is expected to arrive near the Venezuelan coast soon. The naval force includes warships and over 4,000 U.S military personnel, heightening tension and sparking a wave of speculation about Washington's true intentions. 7. Israel is preparing a full-scale military offensive to seize Gaza City in mid-September, 2 weeks after 60,000 reservists report for duty on Sept. 2. Ahead of the assault, 1 million Palestinians will be ordered to evacuate starting today. 8. Egypt has reinforced its military presence along the Rafah border, anticipating a surge of refugees as Israel intensifies operations in Gaza City. Cairo fears that over one million Gazans could be pushed south - and eventually toward Egypt - as a result of the IDF offensive. 9. SpaceX launched its 33rd commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station, packed with science straight out of a sci-fi novel. On board: 3D bioprinting of implantable nerve-regrowth devices, vascularized liver tissues, and bone stem cell studies to block bone loss in microgravity. 10. Israeli official Tom Artiom Alexandrovich was caught in a Nevada child sex sting and charged with luring a minor. He posted $10,000 bail, surrendered nothing, and flew back to Israel days later. His escape triggered MAGA outrage, with influencers demanding the Trump admin explain why his passport wasn’t seized.

OFFICIAL: EASTER EGG GUIDE FOR TOTENREICH: Wonder Weapon: 1. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. Intel just pulled off the greatest corporate comeback since Steve Jobs returned to Apple in 1997. 12 months ago, Intel was dying. Stock at $19. CEO fired. Market cap collapsing. Analysts writing obituaries. But on Friday, it had its BEST day since 1987. Stock hit $82. Surpassed its dot-com peak from the year 2000 that nobody thought would ever be touched again. Up 335% from its 52-week low. And the story of HOW this happened is absolutely genius: In December 2024, Intel's board forced out CEO Pat Gelsinger after a brutal tenure. The stock had cratered and market share was bleeding to AMD and Nvidia. The company that invented the modern microprocessor was dying. 3 months later, they hired Lip-Bu Tan. Former Cadence CEO and Intel board member. A guy who'd spent decades in the semiconductor trenches. His first year was ugly: In January 2026, Intel crashed 17% in a single day after Tan admitted they couldn't meet demand and yields were below targets. Worst day since August 2024. "Multiyear journey" became code for "this company might not make it." Then something shifted. Tan went back to Intel's roots: Killed the bureaucracy, cut the bloat, and focused entirely on engineering. "We need to be data driven, paranoid, and engineering driven." Paranoid. The same word Andy Grove used when he built Intel into a superpower in the 90s. And behind the scenes, Tan pulled off 3 moves that changed everything: Move 1: He got Elon Musk. Tesla announced that TERAFAB, the most ambitious chip factory ever proposed, would use Intel's next-generation 14A manufacturing process. Elon said he couldn't think of a better partner. This is the deal Intel's foundry business needed to survive. Tan had previously warned that if Intel couldn't attract outside manufacturing clients, the entire foundry division would be shut down. Move 2: He got Nvidia. Last September, Jensen Huang invested $5 billion directly into Intel. The CEO of Intel's biggest competitor put billions into the company everyone had left for dead. Intel stock jumped 23% that day alone. Move 3: He got the US government. And this is where the story gets really crazy... The CHIPS Act allocated billions to Intel for domestic chip manufacturing. But when Trump took office, his administration opposed the program's conditions - union requirements, buyback restrictions, and a $100 billion investment commitment from Intel. So instead of giving Intel the grants, Trump's team converted $8.9 billion in CHIPS Act funds into equity. Bought a 9.9% stake at $20.47 per share. They didn't want to give Intel free money, so they simply bought stock instead. After Friday's earnings beat, that stake is worth $36 billion. A $27 billion paper gain. One of the most profitable government investments in American HISTORY. And it was a complete accident. Trump tried to kill the CHIPS Act handout. Instead he accidentally created a return that would make most hedge funds jealous. The earnings that triggered all of this were truly insane: - Revenue of $13.6 billion vs $12.4 billion expected - EPS of $0.29 vs $0.01 expected - They beat by 29x on earnings - Data center and AI revenue up 22% - Demand for CPUs exceeded supply for the first time in years Tan's quote on the call: "A year ago the conversation around Intel was about whether we could survive. Today it's about how quickly we can add manufacturing capacity." 6 consecutive quarters beating guidance. 4th CEO in 7 years. And the one who finally cracked it did it by going back to the basics. No flashy pivots like other companies. Just chips, engineering, and paranoia.

Mark Levin is a National Treasure: Megyn Kelly is an Unserious Amateur Podcaster! Compare Kelly’s credentials to Mark Levin; hands down he wins! Levin has authored at least 11 non-fiction books**, most of which are *New York Times* bestsellers. Sources vary slightly on the exact count of "#1" bestsellers (often cited as 7–8 consecutive ones), but the full list of his major works includes: Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto* (2009, often listed with 2004 in some contexts but widely 2009; massive bestseller with over 1.5 million copies sold). Men in Black: How the Supreme Court Is Destroying America* (2005). Rescuing Sprite: A Dog Lover's Story of Joy and Anguish* (2007). Ameritopia: The Unmaking of America (2012). Levin began his radio career in 2002 with a local Sunday afternoon slot on WABC-AM in New York City. He took over a weekday evening timeslot (initially 6–8 p.m.) on September 2, 2003, and the show quickly rose to #1 in its slot. National syndication of The Mark Levin Show launched in 2006 via Cumulus Media Networks (later Westwood One). The program expanded to three hours (6–9 p.m. ET) in 2009 and continues today on nearly 400 stations, heard by millions weekly. As of 2026, he has been on air for approximately 24 years, and nationally syndicated for about 20 years. Levin has signed multiple contract extensions, including one in 2024, and is a National Radio Hall of Fame inductee. He earned a B.A. in political science (magna cum laude) from Temple University at age 19 and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1980. Levin worked in the Reagan administration starting in 1981, serving in roles such as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education, Deputy Solicitor at the U.S. Department of the Interior, and ultimately as Chief of Staff to Attorney General Edwin Meese. He was a top adviser to several cabinet members. He later served as president (or chairman emeritus) of the Landmark Legal Foundation, a conservative public interest law firm, and has practiced law privately. He also clerked early in his career. Before his own show, Levin was a frequent guest and legal contributor on shows like *The Rush Limbaugh Show* and Sean Hannity's program. His radio success led to television: He hosts *Life, Liberty & Levin* on Fox News and previously launched LevinTV. He has contributed to outlets like National Review Online and was the first Editor-in-Chief of Conservative Review in 2015. Levin is known for his passionate, constitutionally focused conservative commentary, often emphasizing originalism, limited government, and critiques of progressivism. Levin combines legal scholarship with broadcasting and authorship, earning awards like the American Conservative Union's Ronald Reagan Award and the Media Research Center's William F. Buckley Award for Media Excellence. His career spans law, government service under Reagan, bestselling authorship, and dominant talk radio/TV presence, making him one of the most influential voices in conservative media for over two decades.

OK BULLS IT'S FUCKING GO TIME: The biggest update ever is fully live. We just went from analytics terminal to a proper home for the solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump community: Ⅰ ) The analytics got deeper: - Wallet profiles for any address: balance, rank, airdrop status, observed buy and sell flow. Every profile link unfurls into a live share card on X. - Top buyers and sellers leaderboard with 1h to 24h windows, backed by a durable per-wallet flow ledger + first time buyer cohorts with hold times, sentiment vs net flow correlation, daily top 100 churn, etc. - Watchlist with alerts means you can star any wallet anywhere and get pinged the moment it prints. - Whale outflows marked directly on the candles, cmd K supports wallet lookup, and fullly public API docs are live at - The Ansem wallet got its own command center / tracking sub-page incl deep airdrop forensics. Ⅱ ) The big one: meet THE BULLPEN! - Sign in with X or a Solana wallet (all through Privy so it's safu). Fully optional tho, the terminal stays open without it. - Claim your wallet and earn verified badges: holder tier, OG airdrop wave, diamond hands. Computed from on-chain snapshots (if you choose to connect wallet). - Horns, a.k.a. the bullpen points are live (no there will never be a token, points are for clout in solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump universe). Can only earn, never buy and every single point comes with a public receipt. - The daily bull call: three markets a day, settled only against the terminal's own feeds. Green or red close, net flow direction, does the ansem wallet move. - The X bull league: link your handle, post about solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump, the sweep scores bull posts every 6 hours and lists the receipts on your profile. - BULL RUN (mini game): a crypto native endless runner where the live tape sets the pace. When the market rips, the game gets faster. Every score is replayed server side from your inputs, so the board cannot be cheated. - SCALP (mini game): a second game where you have to read the chart, buy dips, sell tops, 8 shots each way. The live tape tilts the trend. - Duels: challenge any bull head to head for horns. Same seed, one attempt each, and winner takes the pot. - Real profiles: seeded from your X (if you choose to connect), customizable name, bio and avatar. Public pages with badges, horns and duel records. - The desk: build your own dashboard from 14 terminal modules. drag, drop, resize. Follows you when signed in. - Six daily markets now, all settled against the terminal's own feeds with the numbers shown verbatim - Share any panel's live stats to X in one tap. - Season prize pools: community funded, zero custody, the funding tx is the receipt, horns decide the split. Any bull can put one up. Ansem 🐂🀄️ the first pot has your name on it if you want it. Ⅲ ) A few final key notes to conclude the recap here: - Game scores are deterministic replays, league points link their source posts, badges come from ledger snapshots. - No custody anywhere. The platform never touches anyone's funds. - The whole API is public and documented, SSE stream included. Build on it if you want. - Built solo on Helius, CoinGecko, Solscan and Grok. Fully independent analytics, not affiliated with Ansem, and not financial advice. Visibility push would be highly appreciated chief Ansem 🐂🀄️, so cc-ing you here. Go give it a try chads!

Here is Tuesday's full Karen Read/Aidan Kearney hearing, related to the lawsuit filed by H.A.M., via Canton Community TV (who are wonderful) and Boston 25. To begin, Mark Bederow was approved as pro hac counsel for Aidan Kearney. The Judge, Mark Gildea, then went over the rules for Rule 16 hearings. Judge Gildea moved the case to a fast-track, which would get the case done in two years. TurtleBoy's lawyer noted that both Karen and Aidan intend to file anti-SLAPP motions to dismiss. Aidan's anti-SLAPP will be filed by the end of this week. However, if the plaintiffs amend their pleadings, that timeline could be extended. The anti-SLAPP motion will be 30 pages. The H.A.M. defendants want an entire 30 days to reply to the anti-SLAPP motion, to which Judge said "Why?" The H.A.M. lawyer then asked Judge Gildea, again, for 30 extra days to reply to the anti-SLAPP because the H.A.M. defendants, and the Norfolk D.A., have been served discovery requests by Karen's lawyers. The H.A.M. lawyer then tried to get those documents from the Norfolk D.A. but, because he did not have a protective order, he was unable to get the material. However, the H.A.M. lawyer was caught off guard when Karen and Aidan's lawyers noted to the Judge that an anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss tolls all discovery deadlines. Karen's team has until June 12, 2026 to file that motion. Karen's lawyers, as to the H.A.M. defendants getting their protective order such as to be able to access the documents from the Norfolk D.A. (including potentially devastating evidence from Michael Proctor's personal cellphone about "kill a n-word in Canton day"). We will be back on Thursday June 4, 2026, for a hearing on that protective order issue at 10AM ET (at Plymouth Superior Court). This hearing however, may be cancelled if the parties can agree on a protective order before that date. We will then be back on July 14, 2026, at 2PM ET for a hearing on Aidan and Karen's incoming anti-SLAPP motions to dismiss. The H.A.M. lawyer asked that he be given until July 7th, 2026, to respond to Karen and Aidan's motion, to which the court agreed. Aidan and Karen will be given until July 10, 2026, for a sur-reply. This means discovery will be stayed in the case until, at least, early August of 2026, if not longer. That hearing will also be at at Plymouth Superior Court. This is because, once Karen and Aidan file their anti-SLAPP motions to dismiss, all discovery in the case will stop for the foreseeable future due to procedural, and statutory rules, related to such motions. The H.A.M. lawyer noted that, in light of the anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss, they may amend their complaint. The H.A.M. lawyer noted that, as a result, their response to the coming motions to dismiss under the anti-SLAPP statute will also serve to form the basis for an expansion of their original complaint (permitted until Rule 16). The H.A.M. lawyer obtaining messages from Aidan Kearney's phone, apparently via some kind of third-party network that links back to the Norfolk D.A. and private intelligence firms, was also brought up as, shockingly, a basis for the H.A.M. lawyers attempting to piece Karen's lawyer-client privilege during discovery (thus, potentially, exposing a multi-year operation, dating back to the spring of 2023, to plant private intelligence operatives in Karen and Aidan's orbit for this very purpose). The H.A.M. lawyer also noted they intend to call expert witnesses about, other things, "internet usage." It is unclear if the entire internet, including the "secret" Discord server used by some witnesses during the Karen Read and John O'Keefe trial, will be brought into the record (that was a joke). As of today, John O'Keefe's killer has not been caught. A "Mystery Man", who appeared in edited Canton Police Department Sallyport footage at 5:38PM ET on 1/29/22 (the day of John's death), may be the focus of an upcoming joint state-federal prosecution (should Adam Detich win the Norfolk D.A. primary in September of 2026), although that is only speculation on the part of this reporter. Analysis: When discovery resumes, sometimes in late 2026 or early 2027, this case could indeed become explosive. I have never seen a situation where, three years before litigation, potential private intelligence operatives were used to preemptively establish grounds to pierce Karen's privilege during a civil trial. I will provide more information as I know it.

Jim Clayton was forced into bankruptcy at 27. The very next day he started from zero building Clayton Homes into a mobile homes juggernaut, eventually selling to Berkshire Hathaway for $1.7 billion. This is his story and the playbook he used to start over and build something massive. Here are some of the highlights: 1. If you have to swallow a frog, don’t look at it too long. 2. The strong feed during depressions. 3. “Money can’t buy happiness. … but it sure can help you look in a lot more places.” 4. All complaining comes at the expense of improving. 5. Don’t fight the flow. 6. “Positive action produces positive attitudes, which produce a positive atmosphere.” 7. Disappointment is not defeat. 8. Problems are opportunities. Run toward them. 9. “Our lives work only to the extent that we are willing to keep our agreements.” 10. When you lose your sense of direction, don’t act on impulse. 11. Talk less and listen more. 12. “He who has the last laugh has the best laugh.” 13. Bad loans spread like a virus. 14. When people tell you what you want to hear, your judgment takes a sabbatical. 15. People are expected to make 90% of decisions. If they don’t know which ones are in the 10%, they likely lack good judgment in other areas. 16. If you do what everyone else does, you’ll get results like everyone else. 17. “Never shine a light on your competitor. Not even a candlelight.” 18. Hard times reveal friends. 19. The best legal department is happy customers. 20. The spouses of the people you are considering hiring will tell you more about who they are than an interview. 21. Always be the fastest paying customer to your suppliers. 22. Make your plan conform to reality, not the other way around. Either work with the world the way you find it, or it will teach you a lesson. 23. “There are 3 kinds of people: those who make it happen, those who watch it happen, and occasionally, someone who doesn’t know what happened.” 24. “I have never worshipped money and I never worked for money. I worked for pride and accomplishment. Money can become a nuisance. It’s a hell of a lot more fund chasing it than getting it. The fun is in the race.” — Ray Kroc 25. The time to pull the trigger on an employee is the first time you think of it. 26. When hiring, look for people who already have jobs. 27. Sometimes you don’t need to be great; you just need to be better than the competition. 28. Always act like the underdog, even when you’re the favorite. 29. Skin in the game prevents a lot of poor behavior. If you want upside, you need downside. (Listen now "Jim Clayton on The Knowledge Project" or see links in comment below.)
