1/ BREAKING: Christian teacher launches legal action after sacking for ‘Islamophobic’ Facebook posts on Southport and Manchester airport attacks Simon Pearson is being supported by lawyers at the Christian Legal Centre, and is determined to fight what he describes as a grave injustice. The case raises critical questions about the balance between workplace conduct, personal beliefs, and the right to speak freely on matters of public concern. An Islamic representative of the National Education Union (NEU) threatened to go to the police and the media if Preston College did not sack Simon. “I am appalled by the way I’ve been treated,” said Mr Pearson. “I’ve dedicated my life to education and to supporting students from all walks of life. I was upset by the CCTV footage, especially the attacks on the female officers. Yet as soon as I was branded ‘Islamophobic’ for expressing concern about violent crime, I became a marked man. It was clear that I had to be found guilty by the College, it became a witch hunt, and I had to be eliminated no matter what. “The CCTV footage and the convictions this week vindicate my position. “I cannot allow what has happened to me to go unchallenged. It should concern everybody who cares about freedom. I am determined to fight for justice and for the freedom to raise legitimate concerns in public and private as part of national debates on extremely serious issues that impact us all.” See more on our website, in the Mail and Telegraph and in this🧵

A relatively new so-called "biker tactic" has emerged among Russian forward units. This is partly because the Russians' stocks of heavy military equipment have been partially depleted, and they have much less capacity to form a column of tanks or armored combat vehicles than they did last year or at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. But this is also due to the Russians' search for new tactical methods of organizing "meat assaults." ◾️ The Russians are actively equipping their assault (forward) units with light vehicles and motorcycles, trying to strengthen their ability to quickly and with minimal losses overcome the so-called "kill zone" (the area between the positions of their and Ukrainian troops, where the bulk of the firepower of the advanced units of the AFU, including FPV drones, as well as the fire of the bulk of their artillery and mortars, is concentrated). ◾️ According to the Russian command, with the massive use of individual motorized means by assault infantry, the number of targets that Ukrainian firepower needs to hit increases many times over. ◾️ Also, the Russian leadership believes that high-speed and maneuverable motorized means dramatically increase the chances of survival of an attacking/assaulting unit by significantly reducing the time spent by its personnel in the "kill zone." ◾️ The Russian command believes that in this way, the Ukrainian defending unit simply "will not have time to strike" each such fast and agile "biker," especially when they sometimes become more or less numerous. ◾️ Based on this, Russian units involved in attack/assault operations are equipped with motorcycles, ATVs, and buggies. The AFU is also effectively adapting to these Russian tactics, increasing statistics of killed and wounded Russians. This video was filmed near Toretsk. Russian soldiers attached flags to the motorcycles in honor of May 9 and launched an assault. The motorcycle rally ended in a complete defeat. The assault was repelled by the joint efforts of the 12th Azov Special Operations Brigade as part of the 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine and the 49th Carpathian Sich Separate Assault Battalion.

In the wake of the Manchester Airport incident, where an armed officer was suspended after a video showed him using force during an arrest, the rush to judgment is not only unjust but perilous for public safety. The full video release, which clearly shows the officer being violently assaulted before responding, underscores a critical issue. The growing trend of scrutinising police actions without considering the full context or immediate threats faced by officers. The video footage from Manchester Airport reveals a chaotic and dangerous situation. The officer dazed after being punched in the head three times, found himself in a fight for survival. The aggressive behaviour of the suspect necessitated a rapid and forceful response. According to principles governing police use of force, officers are entitled to defend themselves and others from imminent harm. When under assault, the officer’s priority was to neutralise the threat swiftly, a decision made in split seconds and under extreme duress. Critics argue that the force used was excessive, but it's crucial to understand the legal framework. Armed officers are trained to respond proportionately to threats. In situations where their own lives or the lives of others are at immediate risk, what may appear excessive in hindsight can be entirely justified. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is investigating the incident, considering all circumstances, including the severity of the assault on the officer and the perceived threat. This incident is symptomatic of a broader, troubling trend. The tendency to vilify police officers without due process. Immediate public outrage, often fuelled by incomplete footage or social media snippets, leads to premature judgments and severe consequences for the officers involved. This witch hunt mentality not only demoralises the police force but also emboldens criminals who see a weakened, scrutinised police presence as an opportunity. The witch hunt against police is not an isolated phenomenon. It is part of a larger strategy employed by certain groups to manipulate public perception and cry wolf. Consider the case of Bailey and the Syrian bully in Huddersfield, where a fabricated narrative was constructed around the alleged bullying of a Syrian boy. The ensuing media frenzy and public outcry were based on misleading information, weaponising the boy's background to generate sympathy, and vilifying the supposed aggressor. This tactic is being used again in the Manchester Airport incident, where Muslim groups are quick to label the police response as racist and ignoring the violent assault on the officer. By crying wolf and manipulating public sentiment, these groups undermine legitimate law enforcement efforts and create an environment where officers are hesitant to act, fearing backlash and accusations of bias. When police officers are hesitant to act out of fear of suspension or legal repercussions, public safety is compromised. Officers must have the confidence that they can perform their duties without facing undue persecution. The constant second-guessing of their split-second decisions can lead to hesitation, endangering both officers and the public they are sworn to protect. The Manchester Airport incident should serve as a reminder of the complexities and dangers of police work. Instead of rushing to condemn, we should ensure that our officers are supported and that their actions are judged fairly, considering the full context and the immediate threats they face. The witch hunt against police officers, often fuelled by manipulative tactics and false accusations, not only undermines their ability to protect us but also threatens the very fabric of public safety. It's time to stand by our police and ensure they have the support and respect they need to do their jobs effectively.

(2/2 )Mapping reflects time, space, intent - #Storytelling Another aspect often overlooked is that mapping is inherently also a function of both time and intent. A map is not a neutral object; it tells a story. Depending on what the map aims to convey, the criteria used to depict control may legitimately differ, and the visual elements applied to cartography adapted. If the objective is to represent tactical dynamics with high temporal resolution: how often objectives change hands, the pace of counterattacks, then it is coherent to assign control as soon as it is demonstrated on the ground and to revise it when new geolocated evidence shows a reversal. If, instead, the intent is to present a clear and stable line of contact at a given moment, then a more conservative approach is justified, delaying changes until uncertainty has largely dissipated. Neither approach alters the doctrinal definition of the grey zone. Let us apply those rules to a recently much debated situation: the village of #Ternuvate in the Zaporijia direction, depicted in the maps below. Geolocated footage emerged in January showing Russian soldiers raising flags at multiple locations in the village, as well as in Kosivtseve to the south and further behind the Haichur river toward Huliailpole. A doctrinal depiction would therefore show the village itself as a grey zone, since Ukrainian positions may still contest freedom of operations there. By contrast, the fields south up to the previous Russian FLOT should be marked as "controlled”, since no Ukranian positions capable to deny movement remained in this open areas, enabling forward assault groups to advance. As per the purple area, it should be marked as a no man’s land, as the AFU abandoned positions east of the river long ago, precisely for this purpose: creating an empty pocket in the open fields, mined, with sensors, designed to detect any advance and target it rapidly with drone and artillery fire. This interpretation is consistent with the artillery strikes visible in the area on Clement Molin’s map (map 2), and with videos of Russian units seen progressing through it. It is also important to point out that soldiers raising flags are not #DRG (Deep Reconnaissance Groups), but forward assault groups. By definition, DRG do not reveal their positions to raise flags; but operate way behind enemy lines, for sabotage, targeting or mapping of enemy positions. In this instance at Ternuvate and the other villages the AFU had scarce positions able to stop progress, which were overrun by the small Russian units and drones. The extensive targeting of hideouts, and last mile logistics by Russian drones in recent months aims explicitly at weakening forward positions to support small assault tactics. The recent successful Ukrainian counter attacks (blue arrows in map 1) will likely restore control to the villages. The fact armored columns were used and immediately targeted by Russian drones in those attempts is itself an indicator the area outside the village was under Russian control, while the village itself was contested. When the grey zone properly applies The grey zone itself should therefore be reserved for very specific situations: areas of genuinely unclear control where both sides are visibly operating. Kupyansk city is a relevant example, as conflicting footage shows activity by both sides in different sectors. The same applies to Kostyantynivka, where multiple Russian forward assault detachments have been geolocated recently, indicating that the southern part of the city and central areas should be mapped as a grey zone. By contrast, open fields between positions are rarely, if ever, grey zones and should not be mapped as such. Treating every exposed area as contested dilutes the concept and reduces analytical clarity, especially because bypassed isolated positions, with a couple of soldiers in hiding who could not evacuate on time, do not equate to the ability to operate and negate control. On mapping methodologies and criticism Criticism directed at some mappers for rarely employing grey zones is therefore unfounded. Their practice of assigning control when one side is the only actor operating in an area is doctrinally sound, especially if it wants to show the most forward advances in a dynamic way. That said, caution is always necessary. Flag-raising footage can be staged, manipulated, or misdated, as seen in Pokrovsk with Skala’s photoshopped and recycled imagery. Likewise, single-man infiltrations do not necessarily constitute meaningful control if they are behind clearly established enemy lines. In this respect, DeepState was justified in keeping the northern part of Pokrovsk classified as grey zone for longer. DeepState’s approach is itself valid, as it aims to provide a high degree of certainty about the situation at a given moment. However, its political alignment sometimes results in entire areas being excluded from mapping, which can delay the acknowledgment of advances. Kostyantynivka again illustrates this tendency: while the city should be depicted as a grey zone, much of the southern suburbs and adjacent fields should already be shown as Russian-controlled, given the prolonged absence of active Ukrainian units there. Conclusion In conclusion, control is about maintaining physical influence sufficient to deny meaningful enemy use of an area. It is not about supply stability, drone threats, or immunity from fires. The grey zone is an abstract concept intended to describe specific contested environments, primarily urban or complex terrain, and it should be applied sparingly. Overusing it does not make a map more cautious or more accurate, on the contrary, it risks weakening the story the map is meant to tell

We got new Crimson Desert gameplay, showing off the combat, progression system and more of the world, and this game continues to look insane. Here are the highlights: - Multiple different weapon types including: Sword and shield, Spears, Greatswords, Axes, Dual-wield swords and ranged weapons such as guns - Use mounts during combat such as bears, mechs and dragons - Melee combat allows you to utilize actual martial arts and massive combos - Three playable characters, Cliff seems to mostly use melee weapons, a female is focused on magic and ranged weapons such as a rifle, and a male orc who serves a barbarian role. It does seem like you can mix and match abilities between them - You can grab, throw and kick enemies to create chains of attacks. Slide is another ability that can be chained with double jumps and kicks - Swap weapons mid combat and you can enhance weapnos with elements such as spark damage - A grapple hook can be used to scale up walls and swing into attacks - Progression is based on acquiring artifacts, which are found by defeating bosses and at the end of dungeons as well as hidden across the world - Some skills are earned by observing others use them out in the world - You can use a sort of helicopter blades umbrella to fly around the world - Buy, find or craft gear to use in combat. Gear is upgradeable as well - Crafting/Upgrading is highly detailed, for example you can go and mine for certain materials in caves, you will also need to hunt animals or defeat bosses for certain materials as well - Crafting materials can be obtained through quests and in hidden locations as well - Add special effects to weapons and armors at certain vendors such as Wizards - There are flying bosses that you will have to fight in the skies such as flying metallic birds that you can land on Crimson Desert is launching on March 19th on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC and Mac. Every time we see more of this game, it feels like a true GOTY contender that will be an absolute amazing massive experience. I truly hope it lives up to the hype!

Nturo, a martyred village, evacuated three times in 30 years (Original in French published yesterday) The village of Nturo tragically illustrates the fate of Congolese Tutsis. Three times since 1994, these cattle herders have been forced to abandon their lands. Nearly all their cows have been slaughtered, and many of them have been killed by the militias rampant in the region. As early as 1995, Hutu génocidaires and the defeated Rwandan army began venturing farther and farther from the Goma camps, where they were generously assisted by international organizations that turned a blind eye to the fact that they were aiding murderers (including women, often complicit in the genocide). Stolen cattle were slaughtered in abattoirs funded by international aid! Stripped of their belongings and threatened with death simply for being Tutsis - and for the génocidaires, it was about finishing the “job” - they were forced to seek refuge in Rwanda or Uganda, where they lived in camps for years. On October 5, 2023, the village was set ablaze by the Hutu Nyatura militia, the FDLR, and the FARDC. Burundian troops, present as part of one of the many “peace agreements,” were camped on a hill just a few hundred meters away. They stood by, weapons at rest, in perfect complicity with the arsonists. The residents, having had time to flee to Bwiza in an area controlled by the M23, returned two months later after the zone was retaken by the latter. They found their village completely devastated. Since then, they have rebuilt it, but in a more concentrated manner: isolated homes—seen burning in the images—were deemed too difficult to defend. The work accomplished is impressive. Freshly cut wood bears witness to the recent reconstruction. During my daytime visit, only one generator was running. A few kilometers away, you can see the power line supplying Kabila’s farm, but no village benefits from it. These Congolese Tutsis, rooted in Masisi since time immemorial, have been driven from their lands three times in thirty years, the most recent being less than two years ago. They have been massacred, their cattle stolen or killed. Why would they trust the authorities in Kinshasa or the “international community”? The M23 is their only protector, the sole guarantor of their survival. The alternative? At worst, death. At best, an undignified life in a refugee camp in a country not their own. Olivier J.P. Today was just the beginning. The United States is under a coordinated and multi-front attack, and the events of today make that painfully clear. First, the ISIS-inspired terrorist massacre in New Orleans claimed 15 lives and counting, an atrocity carried out by an attacker who publicly posted his allegiance to ISIS just hours before. Then came the suicide bombing outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, an attack targeting a symbol of leadership and resilience. As if that weren’t enough, radicals in Manhattan are now flooding the streets, openly rallying for a global intifada. This is not a series of coincidences—it’s a calculated assault on America’s sovereignty and safety. Senator Kennedy’s warning about imminent threats underscores the gravity of the situation. The FBI has mobilized counterterrorism units, but the real question is why such measures weren’t prioritized earlier. Biden’s open-border policies have allowed thousands of enemy combatants to enter the country unchecked, many of whom are now embedded as sleeper agents, waiting for the moment to strike. This isn’t speculation—this is the direct result of the administration’s catastrophic negligence. The Cybertruck bombing in Las Vegas highlights the ingenuity of America’s engineering, with the vehicle mitigating damage by directing the blast upwards. Yet it also reveals the horrifying level of planning by terrorists who exploited the truck to carry explosives, as confirmed by Elon Musk. Meanwhile, radicals are brazenly marching in New York, openly supporting terror and chaos on American soil. This is an unthinkable reality that demands immediate action. The Biden-Harris administration’s failures have brought America to this moment. Instead of securing the border or dismantling terror networks, their FBI has wasted resources chasing political vendettas. Today’s bloodshed is proof of the consequences of their weakness. Under President Trump, national security was paramount, and America’s enemies knew better than to test that strength. The contrast couldn’t be starker. America must act now. Raise the DEFCON level, mobilize all anti-terror units, and shut down this threat before it escalates further. The time for excuses and distractions is over. This is not just about terrorism; it’s about preserving the nation’s future. Strong, decisive leadership is needed immediately—before more innocent lives are lost. Enough is enough.

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷Iran would be nightmare for US Air forces, here's why Any aggression against Iran would not be a picnic for the US. Other military campaigns in the region make that abundantly clear. Consider, for example, the conflict with the Houthis. In March 2025, two US F-16 Wild Weasel pilots narrowly avoided death. While flying over Yemen, they were ambushed by Houthi forces who had seemingly cracked the code on hunting America’s elite anti-radar aircraft. The F-16s were equipped with HTS targeting pods, and the pilots successfully fired AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missiles before beginning their egress. But the Houthis had adapted. They waited until the American jets were withdrawing, when they're most vulnerable, committed to course and low on fuel, before powering up their radars and launching. For 15 minutes, six surface-to-air missiles targeted them. The pilots received launch warnings just 15–20 seconds before impact, barely enough time to react. Lt. Col. Bill Parks had to bank directly toward an incoming missile. It passed so close under his wing he could hear it streak by. Maj. Michael Blea watched another rocket fly within meters of his cockpit. The pilots threw their jets into brutal evasive maneuvers, burning precious fuel while still over hostile territory. Survival came down to a daring tanker crew that pushed into the danger zone for a mid-air refueling, giving the fighters just enough gas to escape. The Houthis almost nailed America’s most seasoned electronic warfare experts. Iran’s air defenses are exponentially denser, more layered, and more sophisticated. If Tehran decides to fight a real battle, activating its full network with coordinated tactics and minimal launch delays, Iranian territory will become a kill zone for US and allied air forces. If the US struggled so much against the Houthis, do you think the “best army in the world” could really fight Iran without paying a very high price?

🇵🇰🚀 Pakistan Completes EO-3 Launch, Accelerating Its Satellite Constellation Drive Pakistan has successfully placed its PRSC EO-3 Earth Observation Satellite into orbit, marking a significant step in the country’s expanding space programme. The satellite, developed domestically by SUPARCO, was launched from China’s Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, underscoring a model of local manufacturing supported by external launch capability. EO-3 completes a three satellite Earth Observation series: ◽EO-1 (2025) ◽EO-2 (February 2026) ◽EO-3 (latest launch) Together, they form the backbone of a planned integrated Earth Observation system aimed at improving data availability and coverage. Pakistan now operates 5+ Earth observation satellites, with most deployed in the last two years, highlighting a noticeable acceleration in activity. Officials describe the programme as part of a broader shift: 📡 From isolated missions → to a coordinated satellite network From external reliance → to increasing data independence 🚀 From slow launches → to a structured rollout strategy The EO-3 mission also reflects continued technical cooperation with China, particularly in launch services. With additional satellites expected in the coming years, Pakistan appears to be moving toward a multi satellite constellation designed for regular, wide area monitoring. The direction is clear: a steady build up rather than a one off achievement.

damn I think team plave is genius!!! this is the summary that I have 🧍‍♀️ - chiefz live when caligo attacked them >> this was caligo pt.1 prologue since the scene when they got attacked was included in beginning of dash mv - dash mv >> plave fought against terry & caligo army but didn't have enough power to defeat terry - caligo pt.2 prologue connected to ending of dash mv >> meumemimu transported yejun and yejun used starshard power - born savage mv >> plave getting enough power from starshard then fought against terry & caligo army again then terry was defeated - caligo pt.2 epilogue >> more enemies (could be controlled by caelum) came attacking plave after terry was defeated >> noah using shadow power with lunar hearts artifact to move the members >> based on SCP-0120-KO (lunar hearts) data, when noah activated the artifact with his shadow power, he would be vanished without a trace along with people and objects within an accessible radius, this was proved in epilogue video >> alarm sound at the end (caligo pt.2 ending?) >> lunar hearts lore: noah already activated the artifact before when he was young to save jadelynn from queen ariandra's attack then both of them were disappeared right away, the story showed noah who lost his memories because of the power so he didn't consciously remember jadelynn when they met again (the aftereffect) - ot5 live when they fought against caligo raid and terry as final boss >> the beginning is bamby waking up because of madhyungz when he supposed to do a live together >> the ending is bamby waking up because of alarm sound and acting like everything that happened was a dream >> based on noah's lore and the caligo raid live, seems like the memories of people who got affected by lunar hearts will be erased so that's why bamby felt like everything that happened during caligo series was a dream >> probably this ot5 live was the actual open ending of caligo series then it will be continued to new series/chapter that focuses on noah's lore since bamby has confirmed that caligo series has come to the end which mean there will be no caligo pt.3 🤔

JUST IN | July 3, 2025 🔴 IPOB DOS Head Mazi Chika Edoziem Reveals: “For Four Years, No Wealthy Biafran Has Supported ESN” ✍️ Written by Mazi O. M. Kalu Dublin, Ireland — A striking statement made by Mazi Chika Edoziem, Head of the Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has sent ripples through the global Biafran community. During the IPOB Ireland National Summit held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, Edoziem publicly revealed that since the abduction and extraordinary rendition of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2021, not a single wealthy or elite individual from Biafraland has come forward to support the Eastern Security Network (ESN)—a grassroots self-defense outfit established to defend Biafran communities from violent attacks, particularly by Fulani militias. “For the past four years, only IPOB members around the world have been sustaining ESN through their personal sacrifices. No rich man has ever approached IPOB to ask, ‘How can I help?’ So, beat your chest and be proud of yourselves as IPOB members,” Edoziem stated. This shocking revelation highlights a growing rift between the ordinary Biafran citizens—who continue to give everything for the survival and security of their homeland—and the silent, indifferent elite. Observers see this silence from influential Biafrans, especially billionaires and politicians living in Nigeria and abroad, as a dangerous abdication of moral duty at a time when Fulani terror groups like Boko Haram, ISWAP, and others continue to expand their presence across the Nigerian landscape. Edoziem’s warning echoes a prophetic message once delivered by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu: “If you continue to ignore ESN, the day Fulani terrorists begin operating in our land using their real names—Boko Haram, ISWAP, ISIS—I will withdraw ESN so that you can understand the reality we’ve been shielding you from.” Also referenced was a grim warning from late Nigerian economist Dr. Obadiah Mailafia, who revealed that after gaining control of rural regions, the plan of extremist groups is to infiltrate urban centers and begin eliminating prominent individuals. The message to Biafran elites is clear: This is not about politics—it is about survival. As the Nigerian state continues to struggle with insecurity, systemic failures, and alleged state-sponsored repression, IPOB’s self-funded security network, ESN, remains the only organized local force in the East that actively resists terror incursions. The Head of DOS called on Biafrans everywhere to remain vigilant, united, and dedicated to the founding principles of IPOB: truth, integrity, and collective security. He reaffirmed that IPOB is not a cult of personality or political club, but a movement of millions committed to securing freedom, justice, and protection for their people. The Call to Action: “To every wealthy Biafran, the time to act is now. Don’t wait until the fire reaches your gates. The ordinary people have done their part. Will you rise and do yours?” #SupportESN ➡️ ( ) ⬅️ #FreeNnamdiKanu #UnitedForBiafraFreedom #BiafraReferendum #EndNigeriaNowToSaveLives

🔥🔥🔥Bad Kitteh has European Union butt to kick today. What I’ve already reported on how their DSA censorship rules were created should have ended it. Elon Musk was fined by rules created by the Global Trump resistance! Hello, is anyone listening? The radical leftist, Avaaz, used pressure campaigns and activists to get their way on censorship. Once even using a million people to pressure Facebook. They even worked with Imran Ahmed of the Center For Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) too. Avaaz was created by MoveOn, a key player in the Soros Democracy Alliance Trump Resistance, aka Serbian Otpor. And Avaaz is used to stop “Trumps” globally. Avaaz is also partnered with Newsguard. And was a signatory for the EU Code of Practice on Disinfo. About a year ago, I did a 5 part series on Avaaz, with tons of evidence, that I’m going to review today. Avaaz even ran a disinfo war room in Brussels and EU brass visited them regularly. Here’s a couple of quotes so you understand what Avaaz is about: “Avaaz is the epicenter of the global resistance to Trump. Together, we've helped defeat Trumpism at the ballot box in Western Europe, and defeated Trump's attempt to kill the Paris climate agreement.” “Avaaz has planned a massive, people-powered uprising to help defeat the far right. We'll expose the wolves in sheep's clothing, uniting millions in a defiant rejection of hate and planetary destruction.” Now onto my EU evidence. ♦️ Avazz: “We can honestly say Europe’s new Digital Services Act wouldn’t look like it does without Avaaz. We ran massive investigations into the harms caused by social media and shared our findings everywhere. Then we drafted groundbreaking legislative proposals. EU Commission Vice-President Margrethe Vestager endorsed our call for a “Paris Agreement of the Internet”. And EU Commissioner Thierry Breton was so convinced by our research that he went on TV to talk about it the day after we met him! For over four years, our movement - together with an inspiring civil society coalition – has been at the forefront of this battle to protect citizens and democracy. In 2019, many EU lawmakers didn’t really understand the problem. The idea that lies and conspiracy theories going viral online. So, inspired by a Lithuanian project, we hired researchers we called “elves” to investigate internet “trolls” and reveal the scale of the disinformation problem, especially the impact it was having in Europe. Working from a war room in Brussels, our team of 30 “elves” uncovered what 30,000 Facebook monitors and their team of experts seemed to have missed: huge networks, using fake accounts and inauthentic pages, spreading toxic lies and hatred across Europe ahead of crucial elections. Following our investigation, Facebook took down networks that could reach an estimated 3 BILLION (!!!!) views in a single year!! As election day approached, top EU politicians, journalists and security experts were coming to our war room almost every day for information and briefings. Top EU officials were shocked by what we had found and asked us: what could be done? So, working with social media insiders, academics and lawmakers, we developed research-backed proposals to clean up social media. And we didn’t let go – showing up at every single meeting, event or video call with our findings, and publishing ever more evidence exposing how platforms were failing. We even organised a conference on disinformation bringing together some of the most influential EU politicians and executives from Facebook and Twitter to make our case! We even delivered messages to politicians from Avaaz members across Europe in beautifully made books!” Full article at link Harmeet K. Dhillon Ed Martin Secretary Marco Rubio Video- Imran Ahmed of the Center For Countering Digital hate worked with Avaaz on the Paris Agreement For Disinfo to work on the DSA. This was attended by EU Vice President Commissioner Věra Jourová, and EU commissioners etc.

Exactly One Year Ago, Everything Changed. On November 26, 2023, I shared one of the biggest decisions of my life with you: acquiring the Punks on Bitcoin collection. It wasn’t just about a collection—it was about stepping into history, about believing in a future where Bitcoin isn’t just the world’s most powerful store of value, but its ultimate canvas for culture and innovation. When I look back, I’m reminded of that first piece: the hoodie alien. It wasn’t just an Inscription ; it was a symbol of what could be—a reminder that Bitcoin is more than blocks and nodes; it’s a story we’re writing together. Today, I’m not here to reflect on the past—I’m here to share where we’re going next. Because this past year wasn’t just about preserving what Punks on Bitcoin is. It was about reimagining what it could become. To mark this anniversary, we’re unveiling two milestones: 1️⃣ Our New Website – A reflection of our identity and vision. More than just a homepage, it’s a statement: sleek, elegant, and true to the ethos of Punks on Bitcoin. It’s where the past meets the future. 2️⃣ Our Virtual Showroom – This is where the experience becomes tangible. Immerse yourself in the world of Punks, interact with the art, and feel what it means to be part of this movement. In addition to these milestones, last October marked another significant moment in our journey. We organized our first 10k Ordinals Night during BTC Amsterdam—a night dedicated to celebrating this movement and its community. What began as a single evening holds the promise of becoming a recurring series, a tradition that brings us together to shape the future of Ordinals. But let’s be clear: these aren’t the endpoints. They’re just the beginning. Every decision we’ve made has been driven by one mission: to position Punks on Bitcoin among the most iconic and impactful projects in the Ordinals ecosystem. This journey is far from over. And if you’re here, reading this, you’re part of it too.

Russia has once again brutally attacked Kharkiv today. As of now, there are nearly fifty injured. Rescuers continue to clear the debris, with reports of people trapped underneath. Ordinary civilian targets—shopping center, sports palace, urban areas. Every such strike on Kharkiv and our other cities and towns proves the correctness of our tactics, particularly in the Kursk region—we must push the war back to where it came from, into Russia. And not just in the border areas. The terrorist state must feel what war truly is. I’m grateful to our foreign affairs team, which is convincing our partners that long-range capabilities are key to ending this war. With our drones and missiles, we can accomplish part of the mission. But true peace—true end of this war—is a comprehensive task. To force Russia into peace—to move them from deceitful rhetoric about negotiations to actual steps to end the war, to cleanse our land of occupation and occupiers—effective tools are needed. I know that in these days and weeks, our friends around the world, journalists spreading the truth about this war, and many state leaders, public leaders, and politicians are emphasizing how vital it is to bring peace closer and save lives by allowing long-range strikes and providing the appropriate long-range missiles and shells. This depends on President Biden, Prime Minister Starmer, President Macron, Chancellor Scholz, and others. I thank everyone persuading the world to be strong and finally defeat Russian terror. No Russian missile, no Russian strike should go without a just respond—respond with weapons, sanctions, the right policies, economic support for Ukraine, and justice for Russia.

Ashurbanipal was king of the Neo-Assyrian empire. At the time of his reign (669-631 BC) it was the largest empire in the world, stretching from Cyprus in the west to Iran in the east, and at one point it even included Egypt. Its capital Nineveh (in modern-day Iraq) was the world's largest city. This is at a time when the Greek city-states (like Athens and Sparta) were still in their infancy and Rome was just a small settlement. Ashurbanipal wasn't modest about being the king of the Assyrian empire – he called himself 'king of the world'! Quite a claim, but given the size of the empire, it wasn't far from the truth. Despite being one of Assyria's greatest kings, Ashurbanipal wasn't destined for the throne, as he was a younger son of the king. When his eldest brother and the heir to the throne died, his father Esarhaddon passed over the next eldest son Shamash-shum-ukin, and made Ashurbanipal crown prince instead. This was a bold (and perhaps a slightly foolish) move. Esarhaddon's own father had been brutally murdered by his sons after he put their younger sibling (i.e. Esarhaddon) on the throne! Shamash-shum-ukin, would have been pretty annoyed about the decision to bypass him. As a consolation, Esarhaddon made Shamash-shum-ukin king of Babylon. That doesn't sound so bad, right? Well, not quite. At this time, Babylon was part of the Assyrian empire so he would essentially have to answer to his younger brother! Tensions would later explode into all-out war. When Ashurbanipal was appointed crown prince, he started his training to be king. He learnt royal etiquette, important military skills and was instructed in scholarship. He shadowed his father in court where he could learn the way of Assyrian kingship. He also worked as a spymaster for his father, gathering information from agents across the empire and compiling intelligence reports. This helped to develop Ashurbanipal's knowledge of the empire – and learn who his potential enemies were. As part of his military training, the young crown prince was taught to drive chariots, ride cavalry horses, and develop skills such as archery. He also learnt how to hunt lions. In Assyria lion hunting was a royal 'sport'. Although this perhaps seems cruel to modern eyes, killing lions represented the king's ability to protect his nation against all that was wild and dangerous in the world. Ashurbanipal commissioned a series of reliefs(Opens in new window) – a sculptural technique where the sculpted elements remain attached to a solid background of the same material – to cover the walls of his palace which showed him hunting, and even strangling lions with his bare hands. These works are some of the most famous examples of Assyrian art. Ashurbanipal was popular among his subjects but ruthless in dealing with enemies. He was said to have put a dog chain through the jaw of a defeated king and made him live in a dog kennel. That's pretty brutal, even by the standards of the ancient world. Ashurbanipal inherited a war with Egypt (and other neighbouring regions), which he went to work dealing with, destroying his enemies and growing the empire even further. When the state of Elam tried to rise up against Assyria, Ashurbanipal crushed them. He claimed to have killed the Elamite king and his son with his own sword (in reality, he was not at the battle, but at home in the safety of his palace). The Elamite king's head was brought back to the palace in Nineveh where it was hung from a tree in the garden as a decoration. Most people would see this as a very clear warning – don't mess with Ashurbanipal. 🎥© craftestan (YT) © British Museum #archaeohistories

Mali - Final report on the battles of April 25-26 So, yesterday in the afternoon, after negotiations with the Tuaregs, our units of the "African Corps", without allowing the enemy to take a single of our positions by force & in view of the already started political negotiations (which, in my opinion, should have been conducted long ago), under orders, a large column left Kidal. Moreover, along with the fighters of the "AK" (about 200 people), about a 100 soldiers of the Malian army also left with us. We also took with us (without leaving it to the enemy) all the serviceable heavy equipment & ammunition & our dead. Thus, it is precisely this, largely symbolic act, that puts an end to the battles of April 25-26. Which, perhaps, will be the starting point for a future political settlement in the country. Since simultaneously with the withdrawal of troops from Kidal, local Tuareg groups (marked in green on the map) suspended their military actions against the central authorities. The decision in the current situation is absolutely justified & the only correct one. If the negotiations are successful for the Tuaregs & they receive broad autonomy in the north of Mali & one of the most important internal fronts of the civil war in the country disappears. Which will allow us to further eliminate radical Islamist groups & end the war altogether. However, personally, I would prefer the first option. And here's why. Above, we presented a general map of the large civil war in the territories of 3 countries of the "Russian zone of responsibility" (Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger), which is not 3 separate wars, but 1. On it, we see that in addition to the Tuaregs supporting an independent (or autonomous) Azawad (again, marked in green), the governments of these countries have 2 more important headaches. With which there is simply nothing to negotiate. These are radical Islamists from the Sahelian ISIS (marked in black on the map) and the Malian branch of Al-Qaeda - "Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin" (both are considered terrorists in Russia). The latter are marked in white on the map. And it's clear that having militant Tuaregs in the rear, who, moreover, have long wanted to negotiate, is simply stupid. At the same time, it's noteworthy that during the battles of April 25-26 in the Gao and Bourem regions, which were simultaneously attacked from all sides by Islamic radicals, local Tuaregs (marked in yellow on the map) fought alongside the government army and helped repel this attack. That is, the basis for an agreement with the northern Tuaregs is definitely there and today it's just an ideal chance to conclude an agreement and start a joint war against the radicals. Who are enemies to everyone else. And therefore, no one is being polite with them either yesterday or today, and they, taking advantage of the defeat of the day before yesterday, continue to be cleared in as large a number as possible (so that it will be easier to finish them off in the future). It's noteworthy that mercenaries from Ukraine are fighting alongside these terrorists in Africa. Although this doesn't surprise anyone anymore, since the owners of both are the same Anglo-Saxon elites. And Ukrainians and Islamic radicals are just expendable material for them. Such is the situation in Mali now at the end of two days of battles. In fact, if their results are used correctly, it's possible to solve the whole problem once and for all. And therefore, I very much hope for this result. Furthermore, in these battles, our guys from the "African Corps" have already received a full-fledged baptism of fire and showed that they are the main military force of the region. Determining its future... Further more in detail on the situation in Mali & not only, I traditionally recommend the channel "African Initiative" in Telegram (whose journalists work in the region and who were able to understand the situation for me): "African Initiative in Telegram"
