Good luck getting to a pitch on either side of the plate beyond his reach with that 1 knee down stance. No lateral movement possible. Dumbest thing they teach catchers just to try to frame low pitches and steal strikes

That's great but can he should practice blocking balls in the dirt. He is a passed ball machine.

Hopefully someone is working with him to tone down exaggerating the framing of the pitch—too much movement in bringing the pitch back into the zone. Great work ethic and talent. Keep it going Francisco!

Catchers...mastering the art of cheating. Sorry, I mean 'pitch framing.' I'll say it again, if I'm a HP umpire & a catcher tried this with me, I'd tell that catcher if he tries to deceive me one more time, I'll run his ass out of the game quicker than he can say 'pitch framing.'
