I would ask Trump to consider that these ministers he's meeting with from Canada and Justin Trudeau, are about to be wiped off the face of the map in an election. He's very unpopular and Canadian people don't want him representing them. President-elect Trump should wait on all of these ideas until the Canadians have had a chance to elect their new leadership so that he’s dealing with somebody, a leader, that has the same mandate as him, because you can't get this stuff done overnight.

Canada is staring down the barrel of a tariff war with the United States thanks to the Liberals' mismanagement and antagonism. And the cost? A million Canadian jobs. That's a million families wondering how they'll put food on the table, a million mortgages, car payments, and businesses that could go under. And what's the Liberals' grand plan? They don't seem to have one. Let me tell you what else the Liberals aren't doing: working. They prorogued Parliament. Right when Canadians need their government the most, the Liberals are pulling the plug on democracy so they can focus on backroom deals and palace intrigue, scheming to replace their failed, outgoing disaster of a leader, Justin Trudeau. And it's up to us to bear the pain of it all. Good thing we are gluttons for punishment. And the presumed replacement for Trudeau, Mark Carney, well he knew long ago they would be antagonizing Trump, campaigning against him instead of Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre. That's why months ago, he moved the office of his company Brookfield from Canada to the USA and tried to lie about it. Right when Canadians need their government the most, the Liberals are pulling the plug on democracy so they can focus on backroom deals and palace intrigue, scheming to replace their failed, outgoing disaster of a leader, Justin Trudeau. And it's up to us to bear the pain of it all. Good thing we are gluttons for punishment. And the presumed replacement for Trudeau, Mark Carney, well he knew long ago they would be antagonizing Trump, campaigning against him instead of Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre. That's why months ago, he moved the office of his company Brookfield from Canada to the USA and tried to lie about it. A million Canadians on the chopping block, and the Liberals’ priority is themselves. They didn’t even try to fight for jobs before slamming the brakes on government. Instead, their biggest concern is who will sit in the fancy chair at Rideau Cottage. Canadians be damned. And let’s talk about the Liberal response to this mess. The Liberals just doubled down on anti-American rhetoric. The United States accounts for 76% of our exports, and instead of negotiating like adults, the Liberals are escalating, throwing gasoline on the fire. Trudeau just called Trump "dumb." As if poking the bear that controls our economy is some brilliant diplomatic strategy. Do these people have any idea what they’re doing? This isn’t playground trash talk—this is the livelihoods of millions of Canadians. This entire situation is a crisis of the Liberals’ own making. Donald Trump told them exactly why tariffs were coming. He was very clear. Canada’s border is wide open. Illegal immigration is out of control. Trudeau and his minions let criminals and cartel traffickers waltz into the country. And what was their response? Sanctuary policies, more handouts, and shrieking about “compassion.” Now, reality is slapping them in the face. Trump warned Canada and Mexico: fix your border, or pay the price. Canada didn’t fix a damn thing, and now we’re staring down an economic disaster. And when faced with a million Canadians potentially losing their jobs, the Liberals did what they always do—they bailed on responsibility and looked out for themselves. They prorogued Parliament so they could figure out their own power struggles instead of saving Canadian jobs and now Trudeau says maybe he won't leave as fast as we would like. It’s never been more clear: they don’t work for you. They don’t care about you. They will throw you under the bus to keep their grip on power. Canada needs leadership, but instead, we have a corrupt, self-serving government willing to sacrifice its own people to save its own skin. I hope Canadians are paying attention. Trudeau runs from questions after Rebel News tracks down Liberal retreat Rebel News caught Justin Trudeau arriving at the Liberal retreat held in Montebello, Quebec, where reporter Alexa Lavoie was physically escorted out for simply trying to ask Trudeau a question. On President Donald J. Trump’s inauguration day, the Liberals chose to hold their retreat in Montebello, Quebec. As journalists, we tried to ask the questions Canadians want answered — chiefly, why Prime Minister Justin Trudeau refuses to call an election when the vast majority of Canadians are demanding it. Instead, Trudeau announced his decision to step down Liberal leader and prorogue Parliament until March 24. Shortly before that, on March 7, the Liberals will announce their new leader, who will automatically then become the next prime minister. Meanwhile, Canadians are struggling — facing skyrocketing bills, rising crime, and the looming threat of U.S. tariffs due to our border crisis, a situation that has worsened under Trudeau's open-border policies. We drove to Montebello, gained access to the glamourous resort, and waited for Trudeau’s arrival. His massive convoy pulled in around midday, giving me the opportunity to ask him a question. Not only was I physically removed by Trudeau's RCMP bodyguards, but one of the individuals giving personal directions was Terry Guillon, Trudeau’s senior media advance lead and a member of the Prime Minister's Office. This same man previously assaulted our former colleague, Keean Bexte, during an Indigenous Nations event while he was reporting. He’s also the one who ordered my microphone to be cut during a press conference question period. This taxpayer-funded thug physically blocked me and grabbed my arm — despite having no right or authority to interfere with our journalism. His actions are a direct assault on press freedom and on the critical role of journalists in holding politicians accountable. After leaving the premises, the police pulled us over in an attempt to intimidate us. But let this be clear: intimidation tactics will not stop Rebel News from doing journalism and asking the tough questions that politicians would rather avoid.

The newest one obliterates the previous ones in the minds of Canadians. In the last 2 weeks alone, he managed to go to the G20 to alienate the PM of India, start a trade war with India, to make the Indian government so irritated they decided not to give visas to Canadians anymore. And he did that to maintain his 🤡 coalition with the narcissist in Canada Jagmeet Singh who is just as bad as Trudeau but lacks his intelligence - which is a pretty dismal insult! Then he called concerned parents misogynists and bigots just like he did the trucker convoy. And that was just in the last week! 😂🔥🔥🔥
