What I’m having trouble with is ….why IS Roy in prison , when - so far , there’s no body ?? … Surely they can’t bang him up for murder without a murder victims body for evidence . She may well be still alive but violently wounded and abducted . Held somewhere hidden .

What the actual hell? Roy is refused bail because he might commit further crimes even though there’s no body? How is he a danger to others? He’s not a criminal mastermind! Absolutely absurd storyline.

Who on earth did you get to advise on your courtroom scenes? All wrong ! Textbook should be Archbold, solicitors don’t wear wigs and gowns, presumption is no bail on a murder charge so Dee Dees arguments were futile
