If u rent ur paying down some else's mortgage. That's not an asset you own. This clown delusional

He got it completely wrong. Literally everything he said is false. When the interest payment is much lower than the appreciation of assets you buy, your "liability" makes you money every year.

Literally all the wealthy people I know have mortgages because the interest is lower than their investment returns…and I mean numerous people worth eight to nine figures. This is nonsensical. Just don’t overbuy your primary residence and only buy investment properties when you’re sure the numbers actually make sense.

9-5 slave trying to act smart

"wealthy people don't have liabilities" lmfao wrong

You will own nothing and be happy!

Bollocks.

Anton is a bad ass....I am going down to see him in a few weeks.

This probably hits hard if you’re retarded

Wealthy people have no liability because their families were able to build generational wealth so they don’t have to worry about basic necessities

@grok what is the background song?

What stupid misinformation is this? This bullshit is what the wealthy and the goverments would say to fool the people.Owning a house is a liability and renting is better?ahahahah what total bullshit.

This guy is full of shit, wealthy people take out debt to buy assets all the time

Rent is a liability Literally burning money so that a smarter person than you can enjoy a free ride You are a delusional pleb

What a bunch of BS. The money you deposit into a bank is a liability for the bank (they have to pay you that money back, sometimes with interest). So banks use liabilities, i.e., deposits, to fund assets, e.g., mortgages. Individuals can also use liabilities to buy assets 🤯

This ex goldmansachs employee is an idiot.

None of this logic works because you have to live somewhere. If living somewhere was optional, then this logic could work. You will be spending money monthly no matter if you rent or pay mortgage. Rent 10yrs $2,500/mo is -$300K Mortgage 10yrs $2,500/mo is +$100k or more in equity The math is not even close.

What a completely out of touch moron… 1st stupid thing he said? “rich people CHOOSE to pay cash for their house”. Hey bud, most people don’t have $400,000 on hand. People have $200 to put into an appreciating asset… not the kind of numbers you are talking. What an asshat.

real

You might have no risk but you have no asset - which is what you say wealthy people want

Horrible advice. The dollar inflates. It always does thanks to corrupt politicians who launder our tax dollars through proxy wars. When it inflates, so does your rent, your cars, your food. Not the money you owe. Not to mention rent is just throwing money away.

You’re renting from someone who owns the property (asset) and you’re paying their mortgage. So you’re paying their liability for them. Thats retarded.

Freedom is an asset

Renting is more expensive then mortgage payments right now so this is false

Duh but most people obviously don’t have hundreds of thousands in cash. Literal slaves.

@grok please explain this in hindi in video with true fact

He’s got it as wrong as he possibly can, people take on debts especially super wealthy people because debt is tax free, so it’s an efficient way to avoid taxes. Also it’s a great way to build credit. Don’t listen to randoms online.

Cashh/paid off.. nothing like itv

@theRealKiyosaki

One of the best YouTube vids you can ever watch on his philosophy. @AntonKreil

You can also get kicked out and be homeless. Total freedom yay!

Do opposite of whatever he says, you will be richer 😉

Prime example of manipulation and deception

I just bought a house. I could pay cash but 5% interest is like free money

This my friends is the classic funnel.
