Just sharing this from my good friend @ThisIsEmmaParr who has been exposing everything going on at RAF Wethersfield, the behaviour, the issues on-site, and the constant bus drop-offs into Chelmsford. Here’s a video of them scrambling to get onto the free bus service, paid for by the taxpayer. The Leader of Essex County Council is demanding that the Government ditches plans, set to be announced this evening (Thursday June 25 2026), to increase the numbers of asylum seekers at the Wethersfield camp in Essex by more than 60%. Today I witnessed a drop-off at around 5:30pm, in the dark, with just three men getting off, and two buses already waiting to collect. The buses were nearly empty, yet still running back and forth. The last bus goes at 7pm at night. This is happening daily, funded by taxpayers, while locals are expected to just accept it without question. I will keep documenting what I see. Like clockwork, they were picked up again today at 1pm on Springfield Road outside Tesco. Two buses turned up. One went back to Wethersfield completely empty. One went back full. So let’s be clear this is where your tax money is going. Why do you need two vehicles? Why are they being paid to run empty buses back to Wethersfield? Why is there money for this level of service when no one else gets it? The driver of the grey van is the same person I saw two hours earlier parked up going to McDonald’s and Halfords. Just sitting around waiting getting paid while the men are free to wander the town go to vape shops and do whatever they like until it’s time to ship them back. I honestly don’t know any other service that works like this. The elderly don’t get this level of support. The disabled don’t get people sitting around on standby for them. #GainzDealerTipofTheDay Major Deadlift KEY👇 Sit “BACK” into the hips! ➡️ One of the most common deadlift mistakes I see in a lot of lifters is starting with the hips either too high or too low at the start of the lift. One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. The hip height on this is going to look different on everyone depending on individual leverages, but the sensation and overall function of the cue will be the same. At the start of a deadlift, we want our hips at the highest they can be with our shoulders in line with the bar. This cue will help to accomplish that!
