Also that example the capture is a lot better if you compare what Nikki has here. Yes better capture is better result. This is insane!🔥 This is a 720p (2D) video I shot of my kids 15 years ago! I used AI to upscale it, depth-map it, & used the depth map to convert it to 3D SBS, & then converted that to Spatial Video for Apple Vision Pro (MV-HEVC). My son is currently a senior in high school, and my daughter is a sophomore in college. This video has complete spatial depth when viewed in the Apple Vision Pro. Obviously, you can't appreciate that via this post. But it's like I'm there & I can see into this room. Talk about giving you the feels.🥹 This can be done with ANY video. 🤯 I'm working on refining the workflow, as it's a bit cumbersome. I plan to share it, but holy cow! I had to post this.

Hermes just made its in-app browser a whole lot more useful. You can now keep multiple browser tabs open inside Hermes Desktop instead of every new page replacing the one you were already using. And that matters more than it sounds. Because this is not just about “having tabs.” It means Hermes can work across multiple pages without forcing you to keep losing your place every time you open the next thing. Research one source, keep it open, open another tab, compare them side by side, and keep moving. Check a few products before buying something. Look at multiple hotel or travel options at once. Keep a YouTube tutorial open in one tab while Hermes looks through docs or another page in the next. And because this lives inside Hermes Desktop, you are not limited to one basic browser view either. You can keep multiple tabs open. You can view two pages side by side. You can stack them top and bottom. You can even run a four-panel view when you want several pages open at once. So the browser inside Hermes is starting to feel a lot more like a real workspace instead of one page you keep replacing. There is also some nice polish that comes with it. Browser tabs now label themselves based on the page, and the address bar behaves more cleanly while pages are loading. This project has been “cooking” for quite some time, based on a concept I came up with back in July. So here’s the pitch: Imagine you’re in a distant future, you’re hungry, and once again, you’re too lazy to cook. Instead of opening a website and ordering pizza the old-fashioned way with boring drop-down menus and checkboxes, you get to playfully create your pizza right on your living room table. Once you’re done, simply hit “Order,” and your creation will be delivered straight to your doorstep. Well, this isn’t that app—at least not yet—but it’s a lot of fun to create your own wild and controversial pizza creations (yes, we added pineapple) and watch raw realistic 3D ingredients transform into their baked versions. That’s why with "Spatial Pizza" we’re excited to introduce our first demo for the future of spatial food computing. Out now on Apple Vision Pro.

Is the Vision Pro expensive? Yes. Can it be compared to other headsets? Not at all—at least not in general—because it does a lot of things that others simply don’t. Let me give you an example: I’m a very nostalgic person. That’s why my photo library is one of my most valuable digital assets. With over 100,000 photos, browsing through my past memories can feel like traveling through time. But nothing—really NOTHING—comes close to the experience of reliving these memories on Vision Pro. With Apple’s Machine Learning, you can literally transform any of your old photos into spatial 3D experiences—and it just works. If you haven't tried this out yet with your own memories this will be hard for you to understand. But combined with music, this actually feels like time travelling and completely redefines the way you relive past memories. Honestly, this feature alone would be worth $2K to me. Just being able to feel like you're really there, in that moment is priceless. You might not feel the same way, but that’s why everyone needs to define the value of the Vision Pro for themselves. In the end, it’s always about what you use the technology for.

Spatial video is so underrated. Yeah, we all laughed at that cringey Apple Vision Pro demo.. the dad with a headset strapped on at his kid’s birthday. But this isn’t just video recording.. This is a life moment recording. Watching a spatial video in Apple Vision Pro feels like almost being there. Words can’t do justice- you have to experience it. When we lost our cat Buttercup, it was devastating. But I have spatially recorded videos of him- me petting him and seeing in full 3D. Every hair on his body, the fluffy texture of his fur, even the details in his whiskers- it’s so vivid it feels like you could reach out and touch him. It’s therapeutic. Healing. Almost like a window back into those moments. I used to think we’d have to wait until we were living in spaceships, staring at hologram of loved ones, to be experiencing something like this. But Apple made that a reality- now, in our lifetime. That’s the power of spatial video.

Okay, This is a big Hermes Desktop update 👀 Hermes can now actually use the Preview pane. Not just open a page. Not just read a page. Use it. Click. Type. Scroll. Navigate. Annotate. Inside the same visible browser pane you are watching. That is a big deal. It means Hermes Desktop is starting to feel a lot less like a chat window attached to tools and a lot more like an agent that can work through web tasks in front of you. Think about the use cases: → Open documentation and show you exactly where a setting lives → Walk through a setup flow and point out what to click → Search a site, open the right result, and keep moving → Work through a dashboard while you supervise → Annotate important controls on a crowded page → Reproduce a web issue step by step → Fill out multi-step web workflows with you watching → Find the right tutorial or guide and take you straight to it That changes the feel of Hermes Desktop. This library alone can make React the best front-end framework out there! There are a bunch of cool things I like about CopilotKit. Here are 3 of them: 1. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base. I recorded a video to show you how simple it is to make some of this happen. A few lines of code, and you are in business. Here is a link to the sample application: CopilotKit is open-source. Web scraping is a critical skill, and yet nobody talks about it. How do you think companies are training their Large Language Models? Where do you think the data comes from? But web scraping goes beyond all of that. Imagine giving an AI agent access to any public online data in real time! I like to call this "web-scrapping on demand", and I'm pretty sure it's going to unlock unlimited power for AI applications. I recorded a quick video to show you how you can do this using Apify. I've talked about them before, and they are collaborating with me on this post. They have one of the best open-source web scraping and browser automation libraries out there: But it gets much better than this! You can use MCP to connect your AI Agents and applications to the Apify platform and use any specialized actor on demand to scrape and process online data. In the video, I used Cursor to scrape LinkedIn posts with the words "Machine Learning" in real time. Worked like a charm with no code needed!
