Coffee Thoughts - We definitely have some coffee thoughts today. It’s been on my mind since last night. I’m really starting to wonder about the laws in this country and social media now. Last night she put an all out feeding frenzy on 3 innocent people. She showed interviews of 2 innocent people who saw Charlie murdered doing interviews on tv. She declared them crisis actors. They were liars. She said they were planted. These people are now in danger from being accosted at their homes, school or anywhere. So are their families. This isn’t ok on any level. One is an older man and one a girl college age. I have kids and if the girl were my daughter I’d pull her from college or wherever she was to hide her. I’d be scared for her life. These people will now have to watch for crazies that will accost them. She also put a target on 2 people on the audio team. One she specifically showed his picture, stated he’s from Africa and wants people to find out who he is. This is demented psycho behavior. You don’t show photos of people, tell people to find out who they are, and insinuate they are part of a conspiracy to murder to incite people. There has to be some sort of law against this. Imagine this were you and how you’d feel seeing your picture up there knowing how rabid she and some of her listeners are. This to me is absolutely frightening to know this woman is going to get someone hurt or killed. And she won’t even be charged for incitement. She will just say I was just asking questions. To me it’s just like someone being in those discord chats pushing Tyler to shoot Charlie. It’s the same MO. This had gone too far months ago but last night really went over the line. In my opinion she has to be shutdown. First amendment rights do not include incitement and saying people are in on a murder. FBI Rapid Response FBI FBIDirectorKash is this really legal?

I just got scammed on Flipkart — not once, but TWICE. So I ordered a ₹2.6 lakh MacBook Pro and got a used, old model inside a sealed Apple box. We filmed the entire open box delivery, you can see that in first attached video. I immediately requested a replacement, and this time I unboxed the product at the EKart office under CCTV, and again the MacBook had smudges and marks so basically not new (second unboxing video attached below). 2 times. 2 wrong deliveries. After a discussion with customer care they started a return and then after 2 days they called me and offered me a compensation of 13K which I rejected, then 18K I rejected again and finally they offered me 10% which I rejected again. And after all this negotiation they rejected the return. So I called them again and I asked for 10% compensation as it was a lot of hassle by talking to them. And moreover, I was able to clean the marks but the laptop was not new in the first place. So why am I posting about it, here’s the disturbing part: it’s not just me. This seller called "Treasure Haul Online" has been scamming people for years. Users on LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X have posted about the same seller since 2023. For more information I have made a video and link to that is given below this tweet. I genuinely have 3 questions to ask: 1. How are fake products getting packed in sealed Apple boxes? 2. How is this seller still active despite public complaints from 2023? 3. How is this “Assured” if even Flipkart can’t verify what’s inside? FlipkartSupport, this isn't a mistake, it's negligence. You are enabling fraud through your platform. This requires investigation, I am requesting action against the seller and Flipkart. There is a well-known test for deciding whether a nation can become a state. When people come to me and ask, "Isn't it so unfair that the Palestinians don't have a state?" the first thing I tell them is they do have a state, it's called Jordan. That was broken off from the British Mandate of Palestine as a state from the Arabs in 1920 to create an Arab Palestinian state. The problem is that there's a four-part test that comes from the Montevideo Convention in 1933 that asks four simple questions to decide whether a nation is a legitimate state. 1. Do we have a defined population? 2. Do we have a defined borders? 3. Do we have one single effective government? 4. Do we have the capacity to conduct foreign relations? There is no dispute that Israel met all of those factors in 1948 when it was created, that it has met those four factors every single second of every day since 1948. By the way, interestingly, the supposed Palestinian state, which 140 some odd countries in the world have now recognized, fails at least two of those four factors. And there's really no dispute about that. It doesn't have defined borders. In fact, all of the European countries that recently recognized that state were unwilling in any of their press releases or subsequent statements to define what those borders are because they know that they don't know. And second, most importantly, it's not governed by one government, let alone an effective one. Hamas rules part of Gaza, Israel rules the other part. The Palestinian Authority rules some parts of the West Bank, Judea and Samaria, Israel rules other parts.

NUUI WITH DUNK #NUUIxThaifex2026 : what projects or updates do you have these days Dunk? 🌻recently just finished the lol concert which ran for 3days. right now i’m in a period of taking on work and attending events so i get to meet people more often cause we’ve been quietly rehearsing for a long time ……. : but your couple stage wasn’t ordinary either 🌻that’s right — Kitty Swag and Party Naree 🌻actually it took a very long time to arrive at those songs. it’s not that we chose those songs a long time ago but rather that before we settled on them there were so many candidates and so many options. if i listed all the choices we’d probably still be talking about them until tomorrow. but i’m really happy that we ended up with these 2 songs and i’m glad everyone liked them 🌻we had just finished the eyes on you fancon and right after that came LOL concert. i didn’t want people’s memories of the performances to feel repetitive cause the 2 events were only a few months apart. that’s why m we decided to go with more energetic upbeat songs : if there are more shows in the future you’ll have to keep serving fans something new? 🌻exactly. the closer the concerts are to each other the more we have to find something different something unique, something we’ve never done before : have to keep raising our energy level 🌻have to increase it every day.. since there were 3 show days we had to keep bringing even more energy day after day : how difficult is it to constantly deliver something different each time? 🌻honestly the hardest part is during reêharsals. but once i get on stage and meet our fans hear the screams and cheers all the worries disappear. it feels like being surrounded by people who make me feel safe

Jon, you are not my enemy and I am not yours. We are fighting for the same thing since day 1 - Justice for John Okeefe. Lucky Loughran was a huge part of that. Two months later his cousin messaged me and said lucky would talk if I called him, so I did. He was still scared of losing his job for talking to me, but bravely told the truth. Jon, you are not my enemy and I am not yours. We are fighting for the same thing since day 1 - Justice for John Okeefe. Lucky Loughran was a huge part of that. To have a state, there's a simple test. It's called the Montevideo test. It comes from the Montevideo Convention in 1933, and it's a four-part, four-element test. The four elements are: 1. Do you have a defined population? 2. Do you have defined borders? 3. Do you have the capacity to conduct foreign relations? 4. Do you have a single effective government? There's a couple things to understand about this. The first thing is that Israel, despite being called an illegitimate state, is actually a very old country. I don't mean ancient Israel. I mean, the Israel that was founded in 1948 was founded at a time when there were only 58 countries in the world. It became the 59th state. So people always say, "Oh, this newfangled creation, Israel." No, no, no. Israel's older than roughly two-thirds of all the countries in the world. And in fact, it was created in precisely the same way and at about the same time as many of the decolonized states in the world that were just drawn as lines on the map by European colonialist powers. It's the same thing with many of the Arab countries. Iraq was drawn up that way. Lebanon was definitely drawn up that way. Syria was drawn up that way with no regard for their indigenous, in many cases, local minority populations. Lots of countries in Africa were created this way. Cameroon was created this way. Part of South Africa and Botswana were split off this way. We could talk forever about the dozens of countries that were created just the same way Israel was, and nobody ever protests them because there's no Jews there, right? So there's nothing to protest. The point here is that Israel met in 1948, and has met every second of every day since then until today, all four of the Montevideo Factors.

I was very happy to see how enthusiastic people were about the first hand review, so here's another one. I'm using some screenshots from vision to show where I made the right play or made a mistake. This isn't a 1 to 1 solution to this exact spot, because vision has a limited number of positions so the results a merely indicative not final. A like on this post is much appreciated. We wake up with KK84ds in the big blind vs a button open. We push quite a bit of equity here vs his opening range so we elect a 3-bet. The flop comes K42r and here we have our first serious decision. Our entire 3-bet range does okay on this board, so we want to both bet our strong hands and add in quite a few bluffs. For that reason KKxx should bet here at a healthy frequency, but also blocking the 4 makes this one of the few candidates that we want to consider playing slow (screenshot 1). We check and our opponent bets, we want him to continue bluffing with air and protect our calling range, so most of the time we are calling here (screenshot 2). The turn brings a queen with our flush draw and we check, which is our first mistake. The queen is benefitial for our range (we 3-bet a lot of high cards) and the air portion of my range is gone, while he still has some air in his stabbing range. Since we have a sizeable equity advantage now, we should start betting with a lot of value and start adding in some bluffs (screenshot 3). After checking our opponent bets 50% pot and here we have yet another interesting spot. In a vacuum betting here makes a lot of money, but we want to consider all the hands that we are playing in this spot. This hand is so strong that it doesn't need that much protection and we still want our opponent to keep his air in the hand. We also want to protect our calling range here (screenshot 4). The river brings in the flush and yet another tough decision for us. We block a decent part of the board, so I still give my opponent credit for not having anything. Most if the flushes that will call my bet here, will also bet themselves when checked to. That's why I decided to check here. I was very happy with how I played this hand, but still made a crucial mistake on the turn. Even at higher stakes, people are constantly screwing up if you compare their strategy to a solver output. Knowing what the solver would do in every spot is impossible. What is possible though, is understanding the broader concepts. Understanding why the solver bets here on the turn is information that you can extrapolate in any situation that is somewhat similar. That's why is it so valuable. Zero employees. The entire business runs on AI agents. 3. He has agents for support, marketing, and dev. When a support ticket comes in, the agent either handles it or sends it to the dev agent. If it's critical, the agent fixes the bug and merges the PR before he wakes up. Then it emails the customer back. 4. His marketing agent is connected to PostHog, manages Meta and Reddit ads, creates ad creative, runs multivariate tests, and sets budgets. He's about to give it a $100 k/month ad budget and see what happens. 5. He forgot his laptop on a trip to Arizona. He ran his entire business from the back of Ubers using OpenClaw. Nobody picked up that every single email was written by AI. 6. His take on vibe coding: the worst part about business is people. Between your vision and execution are 100 people you have to convince. Vibe coding removes all of them. For the first time he can do every part of building a product himself. 7. He was trying to build OpenClaw before OpenClaw existed. Now he uses a tool called Harbor, which is basically a GUI for managing multiple agents. You can see all your agents, their status, knowledge bases, and databases in one place. 8. He built a custom AI for his relationship. He and his girlfriend took 15 psychological tests, put the results into ChatGPT, and asked it to analyze their relationship. It nailed every fight they've ever had. That became the product idea for Deep Personality. 9. His honest take: he spends 50% of his time debugging, 30% improving the setup, and 20% being productive. It's a treadmill. But the 20% that works is so powerful he can't stop. 10. His prediction: we're 3-6 months from being able to hand basic businesses off to AI to run entirely. Grateful for the outpouring the past few days. I can’t tell you how motivating it is to have people care so much about Arc. The encouragement, the criticism, the confusion. Took it all in <3 As a thank you, I’d like to speak more plainly about what’s happening and why – we owe it to you: 1. Every person who joined or invested in our company did so to build products beloved by hundreds of millions of people. “We want to be to the browser what the iPhone was to the cellphone” has been our rallying cry since Day One. We knew chance of success was low but the ambition made us leap out of bed every morning. 2. Arc is beloved, popular, and growing (4x daily actives YoY). But it’s now clear that what most people love about the product *is also* what will prevent it from reaching hundreds of millions of people in our target demographic (people who spend hours in their browsers each day for their livelihood). Arc is a niche browser, even if we did not intend for it to be so. 3. Luckily, we architected this company – from company name to investors and technical architecture – to support multiple products since Day One. See Arc Search. Our favorite brands have multiple product lines in the same category too (Apple, Nike, Disney). Hence our realization: why keep trying to make Arc something it is not? Nobody who loved Arc wanted Arc Max. Arc members just want it to be more stable, secure, and performant. “Let’s just do that!” 4. With Arc as our beloved but niche browser #1, we asked ourselves a simple question: if we founded the company TODAY (in 2024), with everything that we know, what would the browser of the future look like for hundreds of millions of people? Let’s go build *that* product, alongside Arc. A second browser that is easier to use, more focused, and more powerful. All in order to live up to our founding mission (#1 above). 5. Yet none of this would’ve happened if it weren’t for the timing (market timing is most underrated startup ingredient). Mark my words: the Web is going to dramatically change in 2025 – much more than we all appreciate. Crazy new AI & computer-use models are incoming. I promise you that new browsers will be the story of 2025 (The Browser Company aside). Why? The browser layer is the obvious epicenter of AI & Agents because of its unique context, cookies, & apps. 6. To build a breakthrough consumer product (#1) – like truly breakthrough – you need a catalyzing innovation or technology. AI will be that for the next era of browsers, whether we win or someone else does. So why us (other than Arc is niche)? Our belief is that not only do you need the browser layer to win, but “the hard part” is nailing the interface, the interactions, the storytelling. That’s our bread & butter. That’s the expertise of our team. Now you can see how these puzzle pieces fit together… We built something people love (in Arc) and we intend to stick by it. But we also won’t lose sight of why our team poured so much blood, sweat and tears over the past 4 years into this company: the mission to build a new interface to the internet used by hundreds of millions of people every day. It truly feels like the moment we were waiting for is here and we won’t miss it. Everything we’ve done up until this point was for this type of window, even if we couldn’t have predicted it would play out exactly this way. We’re hopeful that more of you will understand why we’re building this second product soon. I feel confident you will once we can show you more of what we’re dreaming up, and once more of the things we’ve heard and seen in the industry reveal themselves soon.
