One of the most common questions about Noah’s Flood is: “How did freshwater fish survive?” Interestingly, when Portuguese explorers first encountered the Amazon, they found fresh water flowing so far into the Atlantic Ocean that they could drink it while still at sea. Although in many places outside Korea, raw fish isn’t as commonly eaten… 1. But even using aged fish (instead of super fresh sashimi) works fine for mulhoe. Get some fish—sashimi-grade! You can usually find it at the supermarket. 2. Then you need some salad greens—go for the milder, less aromatic ones. 3. In Korea, we use a sauce called chogochujang—it’s a sweet and tangy red chili paste. 4. And we have naengmyeon broth, which is a cold noodle soup broth—add that in. 5. Mix in a little vinegar and sugar, and it becomes a simple but super flavorful dish. 🐹The taste really depends on how you balance the ratios.
