99.99% of database queries are optimized by default, but the remaining 0.01% can be the difference between a smooth user experience and a slow one. That's why it's essential to regularly maintain and optimize database indexes to ensure the performance of your database system.

New episode of HARD DRUGS! Are miracle drugs hiding in plain sight? GLP-1 drugs have transformed diabetes and obesity, can help treat heart disease, kidney disease, sleep apnea, and may also work against dementia. But they’re far from the only medicine with more multiple uses. Aspirin, colchicine, minoxidil, Botox, and, famously, Viagra were all found to treat more conditions than expected. (Did you know that BCG vaccines are used to treat bladder cancer?) In fact, about a third of FDA-approved small molecule drugs are later approved for a second use. But sometimes, it takes several decades - and public funding - to learn whether existing drugs could work for more conditions. Moxidectin, for example, went untested for human diseases for decades; we now know that it can cure ~70% of whipworm infections in kids. Aspirin was used for over a century before we found it had cardiovascular benefits. Why? The commercial incentive to test further is time-limited: once a drug goes off-patent and generics can enter, drug developers can get undercut, so it’s no longer worth it to run expensive clinical trials to test other uses. The problem is even larger for tropical diseases, which are often not profitable to treat in the first place. The result is that we’re missing out on knowing about a lot of additional uses of already-approved drugs! There may be more miracle drugs hiding in plain sight. And economists estimate the ‘missing innovation’ would be worth 100 to 400 billion dollars in social value annually(!) How do we solve this? In this episode, Jacob Trefethen and I chat about all the above and more!

NEW: I have "color-enhanced" all of the new footage from the exterior Canton Police Department Sallyport video between 5:36:06PM - 5:43:55PM on 1/29/22 (the day of John O'Keefe's death). Multiple pieces of footage are missing at crucial moments (as are multiple pieces of footage from the interior Sallyport camera at the same time). Timeline: 5:35:06PM - Exterior footage begins. 5:35:12PM - 5:35:22PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:35:44PM - 5:36:03PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:03PM - 5:35:16PM - Karen Read's Lexus headlights shine against the outside of the Sallyport wall for the first time. 5:36:16PM - 5:36:26PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:26PM - 5:36:43PM - Karen's Lexus is pulled into Canton PD Sallyport. 5:36:43PM - 5:37:40PM - Man exits Karen's Lexus from driver door, second man (Michael Proctor) approaches man. Man takes picture of the front license plate on Karen's Lexus. Proctor walks to back right of Karen's car (near Karen's rear passenger taillight). Man opens and closes Karen's door. Man walks away from Karen's taillight. 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:37:40PM - 5:38:02PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Man walks back towards Karen's Lexus, takes picture of back license plate, talks to Proctor (standing near Karen's rear passenger taillight), and walks away. 5:38:07PM - 5:38:11PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Michael Proctor walks away from Karen Read's taillight and out of the Sallyport. 5:38:34PM - 5:38:41PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 1 walks around near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight (the man appears on camera walking from inside the Canton PD sallyport area near Karen's taillight), and then walks back off camera (while remaining inside the Sallyport and standing directly next to Karen's rear passenger taillight). 5:38:47PM - Canton PD Chief Ken Berkowitz enters Sallyport (per Card Access Logs, source - 5:38:59PM - 5:39:03PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 2 enters Canton PD from Sallyport (on exterior Sallyport camera), approaches Unknown Man 1, turns his heads towards the internal Canton PD Sallyport camera (footage from the internal camera is missing from this moment), and gestures while speaking to Unknown Man 1. 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM - Footage missing from exterior (and interior) Sallyport camera. This is the only 30 seconds of footage that is missing from both cameras, and this footage occurs as the very moment the two unknown men were standing near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight). 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:39:37PM - Footage resumes of internal and external Sallyport cameras with five people inside the Sallyport sweeping the floor of snow and talking. 5:45PM ET - The first pieces of Karen Read's taillight are found --by Brian Tully, John Fanning, Yuri Bukhenik and Michael Proctor's State Police team-- at 34 Fairview Road, just 1.4 miles away from the Canton Police Department Sallyport). Over the next three days, even more pieces of Karen Read's broken taillight are "found under melting snow" near the scene at Fairview Road by none other than Chief Berkowitz himself. Previously, on Sunday, I reported: I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) previously run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. I meant what I said, as well: Adam Deitch for District Attorney can meet the moment and fix this chaos (in a way that does not destroy the Republic). I believe that with my whole heart. Do consider a vote for Mr. Deitch in the September, 2026, Norfolk District Attorney Primary (if you live in the county). Voters may participate in the primary if they are un-enrolled, or Democrats, 10 days before the primary vote takes place.

🚨BREAKING: Candace Owens Just DROPPED The Ultimate VINDICATION On The Charlie Kirk ASSASSINATION- France Was INVOLVED! If you have been following the breadcrumbs and tracking the intelligence on this page, today is a massive day. On her podcast tonight, Candace Owens just publicly connected the dots that the establishment has been desperately trying to bury. Back in November, she warned everyone that France—specifically their foreign intelligence agency, the DGSE—was directly involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The mainstream gatekeepers called it a conspiracy theory. They told you to stop asking questions. Now? Look at the headlines trending across the globe today. Right now in France, 22 people are officially on trial for running a covert, military-grade Freemason hit squad out of a Masonic lodge. And who exactly is sitting in the dock? Former intelligence agents, business elites, and specifically, operatives from France's DGSE. Even more damning, the underlying connections in this hit-man network tie straight back to Israel. Candace absolutely nailed the operational details. She told us to watch the military parachutists—the ones who wear the maroon berets. She told us the number 33 wasn't a coincidence; it was a blatant Freemasonic signature. Fast forward to today, and actual members of a French parachute regiment are literally the ones implicated in triggering this exact hit squad investigation. The syndicate operates in plain sight. They murder, they steal, and they kill while hiding behind the illusion of a free society. But the veil is finally lifting. As Candace said: All roads lead to France and Israel. We are not stopping until the entire global network that took out Charlie Kirk is dragged into the light. FOLLOW Candace Owens, RT and watch her FULL episode linked below.👇

Today, we're making Error Tracking by Better Stack generally available. Sentry-compatible. AI-native. At 1/6th the price. Here's why we built it, and how to get the most out of it. What's wrong with error tracking today? Most teams use Sentry. It's solid! But at scale, the bills get brutal. Just 100M exceptions with 90 day lookback? ~$30,000 on Sentry. We charge ~$5,000 for the exact same thing. The math isn't subtle. And so most teams still end up sampling. Which means missing the exact exception that caused the outage. The bigger problem: errors are orphaned data. Your exception lands in Sentry. Your logs are in Datadog. Your traces are somewhere else. Root cause analysis becomes a multi-tab archaeology project at 3 am. We built error tracking natively inside Better Stack: the same platform where your logs, traces, metrics, uptime checks, and on-call schedules already live. Errors are just another signal. They belong together. The part that changes how your team works: Our AI SRE doesn't just surface errors. It fixes them. See a new exception? One click. The AI SRE analyzes the full context, from stack traces, environment variables, browser sessions, related logs and recent deploys, and opens a pull request. Not a ticket. Not a summary. A pull request with the fix. This is what happens when error tracking is fully integrated with the rest of your observability stack instead of bolted on separately. The AI has everything it needs to actually act. The migration is trivial: 1. Keep your existing Sentry SDK. Don't touch a single line of instrumentation code. 2. Point the DSN at Better Stack. 3. Done. Errors flow in. Your dashboards work. Your alerts work. 4. New exception appears. Click "Fix with AI SRE." Pull request lands in your repo. 5. Review, merge, close. That's the whole workflow. The AI angle is real, not a marketing badge. LLMs are genuinely good at fixing bugs if they have full context. The reason AI coding assistants sometimes frustrate engineers is incomplete information, not the model. We solve that by giving the AI SRE your entire telemetry stack as context. Stack traces, logs, traces, service maps, previous incidents and much more. All of it, in one place, at the moment it matters. Observability tools are only useful if you actually ingest all your data. At current prices of other tools, most teams can't afford to. Now you can, and your AI SRE can actually do something about it.

🚨 MISSING MILLIONS: TPUSA's Ghost Employees & MISSING $8.6M—Fraud Hiding in Plain Sight? As CPA Zach from WolvesAndFinance , dug deeper into the TPUSA Missing 990 forms for three key entities, It screams cover-up, suggesting that TPUSA may be funneling donor cash to phantom employees while Kirk's DOGE audit dies. Far as the fiscal year 2024 form 990s? Out of Turning Point's 4 entities, only TPUSA main filed May 15, 2025—The three others—Endowment, Action, and America's Turning Point? MIA, bucking the norm of synced filings (all dropped May 15, 2024 for FY2023). This opacity hit four months pre-Kirk's Sept 2 memo ousting Boyer and demanding a DOGE-style audit. TPUSA's lone 990? Reveals $8.56M "grant" to America's Turning Point—their own shell company. But with no recipient 990, that cash vanishes and is untraceable. A review of historical data raises significant concerns regarding salaries, America's Turning Point discloses millions of dollars in compensation (i.e payroll) expenses despite reporting zero employees. Similarly, at Turning Point USA, the employee headcount dropped by 33 percent in the most recent year, even as overall payroll costs continued to rise dramatically. These discrepancies suggest the possibility of ghost employees or fabricated payments to nonexistent individuals, which could account for the apparent inconsistencies in the financial figures. If Tyler Bowyer killed the DOGE Audit to cover up this ghost emyloyee payroll anomaly, how deep does the donor betrayal run? I hope Tyler and/or TPUSA can clarify where the missing money went as well as provide the nussubf 990 forms. Tag Candace Owens, demand the DOGE Audit—RT to torch the fraud and reclaim Charlie's legacy! Shoutout to WolvesAndFinance for this awesome video, go FOLLOW Them. Also check out their FULL video on their YT, I'll drop the link in the comments below.

There were warnings leading up to Bondi. We should not forget that just this year two Islamist nurses in Sydney recorded themselves on video saying that they would kill any “Zionist” patient that they encountered under their care. The fact of the matter is that Australia must be honest about the extent of Islamic radicalisation in our country. Parts of South-West Sydney now rival European ghettos like Molenbeek for Islamist radicalisation. For example, statistics show that nearly 1 in every 100 Muslim men aged between 17 and 35 living in South-West Sydney in the mid-2010s joined ISIS as a foreign fighter or were prevented by the Australian government from leaving the country to do so. The most recent survey of attitudes within the Muslim Australian community from 2019 found that 1 in every 40 Muslim men in Austalian believe that killing innocent civilians in an attack can sometimes be justified as “martyrdom.” The exact question was specifically designed to try and elicit negative responses by emphasising the word “innocent” when referring to attacks on civilians and it still elicited a 1 in 40 response rate. Of course we should make clear that this means 39 in 40 Muslim Australians reject such extremism. But the size of the overall Muslim community in Australians means that even if only 2-3% harbour extreme violent attitudes, we are still dealing with at least 10 to 20,000 potential violent extremists. My worst fear is that these numbers may be worse now post-October 7. We know that the events of the past two years have served as a major radicalisation event and we know that Islamist extremist organisations in Australia like Hizb Ut-Tahrir have been actively recruiting and organising based off events in the Middle East. The example of the Bondi nurses is disturbing because the ease with which they were able to slip into violent genocidal language while speaking on camera at ther work place - a public hospital - may indicate that such extremist sentiments are increasingly mainstream in parts of south-west Sydney which increasingly function as a parallel society. I would be extremely fearful that genocidal sentiment towards Jews is spreading rapidly in the Australian Muslim community. If a survey question were to ask about “martyrdom” attacks on “Zionist” civilians I truly fear that the results would be shocking. This is the wider social content that birthed the Bondi shooters.

Security remove freezing homeless man from doorway 😡 Community Watch Grimsby/ Cleethorpes freeze Friday 🥶 While our own sleep in filth on the cold concrete, rotting in plain sight with zero help from this government, they’ll roll out the red carpet for illegal migrants. Our own people have been abandoned like trash, politicians pretend they don’t exist. They’ll find billions for illegals the minute they step foot here, but when it’s our own on the streets, suddenly the money “isn’t there” and the shelters “don’t have room. This footage is undeniable evidence: the same government that lectures us about compassion has zero for its own citizens and unlimited for everyone else. They’d rather let Brits die in the gutter than admit their priorities are upside down. Feels like -5 degrees out there tonight and the streets are full of homeless 😞 Tonight we fed and gave emergency supplies to 8 of our most vulnerable on one of the coldest nights of the year Massive thank you and love to Stan and his family who own and run Mathew's chippy they provided all meals including ours for FREE, and to the woman that offered to pay for our meals and put money in the charity box in the shop. Our community is so strong 💙 Big shout out and love to Grimsby town fan young Riley who jumped on his little bike wanting to help me and spent 3 hours with me helping out most vulnerable. 💙 Never look down on someone unless you're offering a hand up 🙏🏻 Full coverage 👇🏻
