Some 5 percent mince pork balls with olives, herbs, paprika and roasted veg. Only because a few months ago was told my legs had PAD, I have had 4 knee ops and need a new knee, 17 stone. Now under 15 and 47. I dont want to die early John. I boxed too. Time to get in shape mate
