Time for a little style transition. From comfy mode to beach mode in seconds. 🌴 Today is Saturday, and I’m spending my day off at the beach. Would you like to see more style transitions like this?

Traded the firesuit for date night, a little DRAKKAR and we’re ready to roll. Plus, come see me in the Fan Zone at Daytona International Speedway on Friday, Aug. 28th at 2:30pm ET. Stock up on Drakkar at Walmart by visiting - #Drakkar #FeelThePower

Morning everyone! 🥰🖤 It’s an absolutely lush morning here in London, so I’m taking advantage of it and walking to work today. ☀️🎧 Going to head straight to the gym when I get there, get a good hour in 💪 then shower, get changed and settle in for the Friday shift. Honestly, I’m ready for the weekend now. 😂 Hope you all have a lovely Friday whatever you’re up to! 🥰🖤 And don’t forget to check out the links in my bio 👀 I’ll be uploading some workout content over the weekend for those of you who want to see a little more. 😘💪 Have an amazing day! ❤️ #FridayMorning #LondonLife #GymMorning #WorkoutLife #MorningWalk

Look at you, finally making it to Friday. Five whole days of working hard and pretending to be responsible, I think you’ve earned a little distraction. Because you've been so good I'll let you stay under the desk and play with my feet alllll weekend~

Q: what is "red mode?" A: documentation on the phenomenon is surprisingly scarse... from what we presently understand, red mode occurs when the sealnar is very angry, and its skin turns red and it starts wreaking havoc of all sorts. = Q: is it contagious? A: our understanding at present is that "red mode" cannot be spread to humans, primates, or most household pets. however, those with pet ferrets, foxes, or binturongs are advised to keep their pets indoors while the sealnar is on the loose. = Q: what can i do to protect myself? A: little to nothing. once a sealnar goes "red mode," it is virtually unstoppable. though the majority of sealnars are quite mild-mannered, even in "red mode," there have been cases reported of sealnars chomping through steel, brick, and even coal. = Q: have you ever gone red mode? A: no. i am not a sealnar so i have never gone "red mode." = Q: okay, but if you did... what would you do? A: i'd probably explode. (from ig @ mochi_seall)

Serafina turned nine this weekend, and we celebrated with a birthday party theme called “Granny Fina,” where she and all her friends dressed up as little grandmothers. Somehow, I got roped into dressing like a grandfather. And let me tell you, if this is what I’m going to look like when I get old… I need to start making some serious lifestyle changes immediately.

Look everyone….Your American taxpayer money is getting paid for Kash Patel and ICE Barbie Noem to head out to Las Vegas for a VIP weekend to watch the F1 race….i wonder if they at least saved a little bit of money by taking the same PJ?

Going into the weekend heavier than I’ve been in a few years. Lean bulk is on point. Looking forward to some great workouts this long weekend. As a veteran, Memorial Day is a little more solemn to me. Remember to pay tribute to the brave souls who sacrificed everything, we are forever indebted to them. Heads up, deleted my last video because it got flagged. It’s just so random 🤷🏼‍♂️. Anyway I’ll keep this up unless it’s flagged then it’s coming down.

Human: 'Chesnyy, hold the tray.' Me: Roger that! Tray locked in, bacon-egg-cheese pie sitting pretty right under my nose. Smells like pure magic… who else just got hungry?🥓🧀🥚 Little Kenji has officially switched to furry Roomba turbo mode—bumping into my legs, doing little donuts around the kitchen, throwing those classic puppy 'pretty please' eyes like he’s auditioning for a treat commercial. I’m over here trying not to laugh. But I’m staying rock steady. Not because I’m some superhero—just because I love my job and love making my human happy. Best feeling ever! 🐕‍🦺♥️ Who else has a little sibling that turns into a chaotic Roomba at mealtime? Tell me your stories below—I need the laughs! #ServiceDog #Rottweiler #Servicerottie #BigSisterLife #GoodGirl #DogsOfTwitter 🎥 Of my chill energy as the furry Roomba does kitchen laps
