Friday the 13th Part III released 44 years ago today. 13 August 1982 🏒

in … 3-3-3 D-D-D !!! 😆

👏😏

A partir de aquí, Jason comienza a usar la icónica máscara.

A legend begins.

Directo a la eternidad.

I love this installment and how Jason develops this little crush on Chris. The way he keeps chasing and toying with her feels almost like a twisted form of courtship — you can tell he’s having a blast scaring her instead of actually wanting to kill her. Even Pam meets Chris and still lets her walk away alive. Ginny was right all along… deep down Jason is just a scared, lonely feral child who never had the chance to socialize, so he doesn’t really know how to express normal feelings. 😊💖 Pure gold. ✨🩸

Jason appreciates your support!

That theme is awesome too. Usually our first choice when we start our Halloween playlist for the year.

Loved it!!! Saw it at movies with my momma & sister in law. They are both gone now ❤️❤️😢

Was this supposed to be in 3D?

🤔hmm

He finds his mask…..

One of the best entries and dare I say it, better than the final chapter. Jason killing a pregnant woman was cold.

When 3-D used to be good.

Part 3 is my all time favorite. It’s the donning of the iconic mask.

It had previous re-releases in theaters in the past months using Real 3D. This is sometimes the kind of 3D film I want with ridiculous practically done 3D effect gags compared to current 3D films only do it for 3D "immersion."

@RealTweetofMe

My favorite of the series!

My favourite song! 💃🕺

Love Part 3. The first three are movies I can just put on for noise.

What a cool yoyo opening! :)

It's the best one, especially if you saw it with 3d glasses

Love the popcorn scene 🤣

One of the only 3-D movies I like, and it's because of scenes like this. That's exactly how 3-D should be used; as a cheesy gimmick. This creating an immersive world with it nonsense is phony and annoying. r k

In 3D

Does anyone find Jason creepier in this one than any of the others or is it just me? In the maskless scenes he seems to be enjoying himself!

In the next iteration it will be revealed the Jason used to be Janet and is the victim of trans ideology that her mother forced on her at a very young age.

Actually what everyone thinks ‘The Final Chapter’ is

@robanthony90 Needed him religiously

We need a solid reboot.

They never brought the special theater re release here 😪

“Saw this one with mum” 😄

Classic

In 3-D.

3D!!!

This is my favorite of the series. The first time it was broadcast on TV it was a very big deal, gas stations had 3D glasses and everyone tuned in for it.

God dam 44y ago??? 😮😮

Dónde consigue su máscara!!!!

Yeah, and it was in Super 3-D. Hence the way the movie was shot, but on the bright side. This was the intro of Jason's iconic hockey mask ✨️🖤🥹👍

It's better than it's reputation.

Where jason first rocked the hockey mask we're familiar with (I still consider shelly to be an important victim since he was the one who jason got the mask from)
