So appreciated that it lacks the bloat! I hate the Windows Store version of Solitaire with a passion. Kenney Solitaire though is exactly what anyone could want. Deserves a Steam release and hopefully a mobile version at some point.

just letting you know, i am making a “alternative reality operating system” and will be putting various games and apps in it. your assets are used some places also i am thinking this should be the solitaire (any chance we can clone the entire freecell card game collection)

The "no nonsense" part is the whole pitch. Loads in the browser, plays clean, no ad mid-hand, no login wall. That's the bar web games should hold themselves to.

The login wall is the real tell. Any web game that gatekeeps a single hand of solitaire behind a signup was never built for the player. Instant-play is the whole promise of the browser, most people just throw it away.

Id love to pick your brain on this cause Ive been considering making solitaire with pixel art cards for awhile, same reason as you, the Microsoft version is a turd.

oh I'm huge solitaire fan that I play it almost daily and this version is great but I have a couple suggestions, if you could expose the new deal option to the main UI so starting new game could be faster and enabling the right click quick play on a stack not just a single card

I have an idea, there are many like versions of this card game being played around the world, you know like (king, etc.) how about you talk with like someone who knows these games and add them as modes, I know that many people will play it if it has the mode they're familiar with
