From Monday 31 August, EMR will increase its Intercity operation from 87% to 92% of the full planned timetable. Our Managing Director, Neil Grabham, explains what this means for customers and the work continuing to improve reliability on our Intercity route.

Our crews are continuing to work to restore power after Hurricane Helene. We wanted to answer your questions on what assessing damage means and the time that it takes our damage assessors to work. Know that our efforts will continue throughout the night. We have a small team that operates out of our Storm Center in Atlanta to help move thousands of team members efficiently for you. Jason is one of the leaders of this group and will talk more about what assessing conditions means.
