@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty He dodged the question, failed to explain how a referendum can come about and had no other route to #Independence- pitiful

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty I couldn't agree more. Listen to the language used by Angus Robertson here. It's obvious that he hasn't even researched the Salvo case at the UN! The SNP claim of how to achieve Independence is out-of-date, while the rest of the Independence movement has moved on.

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty Disappointing to hear that… I’m fully behind the case to the UN and wish LiberationScot the best of luck in their efforts. We need to explore every possible route to independence, especially by using elections as the democratic route to independence.

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty The position of Angus and his party is very clear. Party before country.

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty Irritating waffle and an even more irritating reference to an unsound franchise and biased process in 2014, Robertson said neither aye or naw. It's up to SNP members now to judge whether their leaders are ignoring the biggest challenge to the Union since 1745.

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty Short cuts? 10 years and nothing progressed. Looks like the Yes supporters are taking matters into their own hands?

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty Oh, is @AngusRobertson's allegiance to the AngloState? The SNP under Swinney, and for the last 10 years, has not progressed Scotland towards independence. The opposite is true. Their collaboration with the colonisers is visible across Scotland with Freeports, SEZs, etc. Enough!

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty When will the Indy Voting movement start to realise that this bunch of current SNP are nothing more than a HINDRANCE and an OBSTRUCTION to us progressing our Independence, the SNPs constant inaction is a betrayal

@Scotpol1314 @AngusRobertson @theSNP @scotgov @IndyScotParty @AlbaParty Thank you Colette . As Eva said all the Scottish government should have said was they would look at every single way to progress independence . Dreadful response from Angus Robertson

"It was created in 1992, precisely to prove that Scotland couldn't be an independent country..." "This is accounting abuse on a giant scale. The figures that are used in GERS are flawed because the UK government supplies what is, in my opinion, and I'm allowed to have this opinion, flawed apportionments of UK national data. And Scotland has no control over this. "What it's charged for is a matter for the UK government to decide, and not for Scotland to decide. America sought independence for less reason than that, and these estimates would all change if independence was to be a reality. "But if you listen to a unionist, you would never believe that. They love GERS, they always have. And let's recall that it was created in 1992, precisely to prove that Scotland couldn't be an independent country. "And more than 30 years on, the Scottish government, headed by the SNP for well over a decade now, is still producing this nonsense data and looks incredibly weak as a result for doing so. "Year after year, I have begged the SNP to change the methodology, to put forward a proposal as to how this can be properly accounted for, and to show at least the degree of expense which is reallocated, which they would challenge, and that which is not. "But it doesn't happen, and that's ridiculous, it's misleading, it's untruthful and it's politically loaded against Scotland. It's time to scrap it, to replace it and to show Scotland's real potential." by Richard Murphy Salvo.Scot Liberation Scotland Committee Sara Salyers John Brown ISP - Independence for Scotland Party Liberation Scotland Committee Norrie Hunter ALBA Party The SNP

"Many of us shed tears the morning after that vote." Bonnie Prince Bob "Not only did the SNP fail to secure independence, right, so it's a failed independence project. You only have to look at how invested the Scottish National Party are, in cultivating anti-British culture, anti-British state culture in Scotland. They control Scottish arts and culture, Creative Scotland under Angus Robertson, the Minister of Culture, the Z-ion-ist Minister of Culture. And rather than funding art and culture, and expressions of Scottish identity and Scottish national sovereignty and nationalism, that embody, you know: what is Scotland as a country, distinguishable from England? Who are we? What does it mean? Rather than looking at that, they will give an artist from London, a triple-barrelled, rich, privileged girl from London, £120,000 rather than supporting our local culture. But not only that. If the Scottish independence referendum was the most seismic event in Scottish politics and culture in a century or more, we have not had a single reenactment of it. No dramatisation, no funded plays. If the SNP were genuinely interested in harnessing the energy of the independence referendum, keeping it on the boil and then focusing it into how we win sovereignty in the subsequent years from that point, we would have had dramatisations, we would have plays, we would had all kinds of things that sought to channel and make sense of that event. Many of us shed tears the morning after that vote. Many of us had put time and effort and belief and hope and we wanted something better. And we found that destroyed. And the people, the people that were most satisfied and comfortable with that, were, those that were interested in one thing and one thing only. They never wanted independence. They wanted electoral power and they got it. And they got another 10 years out of us. The failures. They got another 10 years out of us." WhatTheX Discontent Liberate Scotland The SNP The SNPMedia

"Nicola Sturgeon consciously and deliberately damaged the party's internal structures..." Not often we hear Wings Over Scotland speaking but here's a few edited clips from 'Scotland Speaks' from 12 Oct 2024 with Alex Salmond "I think I've been fairly unambiguous in Wings in the last year or two, in saying that I really do, and all due apologies to the panel members here who are still in the SNP, but I think the only way of progressing the independence movement now, in the campaign for independence, is the destruction of the SNP. I really believe that, that is what we have to do, and therefore, that is what Wings is in essence, dedicated to at the moment. You know, if a party can go in the wrong direction, surely it's capable of swinging back again, is it not? I think in theory you can. But I don't think it's possible to overstate the degree of damage that has been done to the SNP in the last 10 years, and particularly, particularly by Nicola Sturgeon. Not just of making it unpopular, not just in terms of pursuing dreadful, awful policies like the gender ones you mentioned, but in hollowing out the party. There's hardly anyone competent left in the party, certainly not anybody who has any hope of becoming the eader of it. I mean, you can interpret destruction in one of two ways. You can either interpret that as meaning, obliterating the party from the Scottish electoral map so that a new party can come in and take over the independence movement, or you can phrase it slightly more loosely as saying, destroying it as it is now, and essentially, building a whole new SNP from within the SNP. I think Nicola Sturgeon consciously and deliberately damaged the party's internal structures so badly, it is not accountable to its members anymore, its members have no say, there was one attempt to elect the 'good guys' onto the NEC, and who were then just driven out again by Sturgeon and Murrell. And I don't think the SNP as it stands is reformable or savable. And I don't think there is anyone with a chance of being in charge of the SNP, who has any interest in making it any of those things."
