On BBC Debate Night tonight, talking about Scottish independence , this audience member states that the Scottish pound is not accepted as legal currency and “its devalued by 20% on the currency” Devalued on what currency ? If our ‘ currency ‘ is not legal tender in any other country , England for example then Scotkand must be a country with its own currency after all

John Swinney First Minister May 2026 is too important for Scotland’s liberation , it must be country before party .
