WARNING: ⚠️ ‼️ Please be very careful with FSD Supervised v14.1 Lite (HW3) when you get it, particularly with going in reverse. It’s called Supervised for a reason. This raises a really good question. Does HW3 even have the ability to allow this to be improved? If not, I’m afraid Tesla will need to add some very bold and obvious disclaimers for people using FSD. Otherwise accidents will be inevitable.

FSD 14 Lite cant stop crashing into things 💀💀😖😖😭 ***This is for testing purposes but now more than ever supervise your car when on v14 Lite…..don’t think you have a HW4 car that is close to sentience. HW3 needs upgrades and this is why Elon gave up on the hardware. Sorry ❤️

FSD V14.2.1 - Turns around for an accident! 🚨 To say that FSD impresses me everyday would be an understatement. Tonight on the way home I came up to a fire truck that was blocking the road (likely due to an accident) and FSD handled it perfectly. Has anyone else had FSD do this for them? Nice one Tesla AI

Forget UPL, it's the Devin's simple right hand turn that FSD needs to master first. I am blown away that software as good as FSD can make mistakes as simple but devastating as this. This is the second time in less than two weeks that FSD has tried to pull infront of a vehicle on a VERY SIMPLE right hand turn. The car drove pretty much flawlessly all day today (3~ hours of driving) but it ends the day with a move like this and it just takes all the confidence I have with FSD away in a simple move. I understand that the version of FSD we have today is not what will be used in Austin in June, but the fact that FSD is making decisions like this and 'full autonomy' is less than 3 months away - it's a bit concerning to me. I would feel a bit better if a near flawless version of FSD existed 'in the wild' for several months before Austin happens, but that's just me. Tesla Model 3 HW4 FSD 13.2.8 Tesla AI Ashok Elluswamy

This Chinese driver owns both a Tesla vehicle with FSD and Huawei AITO M9 with ADS. He prefers FSD over ADS for his daily driving. FSD can be activated anywhere he wants. ADS can only be activated in pre-mapped areas (not high-definition maps) and it’s still rule-based solution on BEV+transformer architecture. FSD is fundamentally better.

FSD slams on the brakes for a cat in the road that doesn’t even exist. This is FSD 12.6.4 on HW3, which is a lot more sensitive to shadows & objects in the road with the 2026.8.6 update. There are many reports of brake stabbing. It brings me back to the days when I was testing with v10.3 of FSD back in 2021. It’s interesting that it’s the same FSD version as before, and not something like 12.6.4.1, but I guess Tesla can change the weights without changing the version. And they’ve likely been doing this for a while with 12.6.4. 😒

$TSLA 🇰🇷 [I hope the wide release of FSD V14 Lite will begin in Korea soon!] Yesterday I installed the second update of FSD V14 Lite (version 2026.20.7.5), and I drove with it this morning. The FSD V14 Lite that is currently running in Korea is overall excellent. This version newly added features like: • Ability to disable the brake confirm • FSD statistics (also viewable in the app) • FSD Streaks These make it much more intuitive to feel that my Tesla truly has “autonomy.” With just one touch, it takes me from point A to point B. There are still occasional moments where I need to intervene, but most of the time it drives very smoothly and stably. It’s truly amazing that a car from 4, 5, or even 7 years ago can gain new intelligence simply through software updates. I’ve driven more than 3,500km with V14 Lite.. sometimes it still feels like a dream. Tesla’s autonomy is that captivating. Here’s another example of how well FSD V14 Lite works in Korea. I even uploaded it to my YouTube channel: I drove my Model 3 from Seoul to Busan(415 km) with zero interventions. I also went back and forth between Seoul and Jeonju, from Jeonju to Daejeon, and from Daejeon to Geumwang — and in most of those trips, I didn’t need to intervene at all. In Korea, Model 3/Y(Fremont-built) owners generally have a very high level of understanding of Tesla and a strong passion for new technologies like FSD. Many of us, including myself, would make excellent testers, and we would safely and enjoyably experience autonomy. FSD V14 Lite still has some areas for improvement in Korea — such as bus lane recognition, speed camera recognition, and more conservative highway driving — but we are now confident that this software is good enough for us to fully accept and enjoy it. Thank you for creating such an amazing piece of software. The efforts of the Tesla AI team are truly remarkable. I hope this great build will be a big help to HW3 owners. Chris Dirty Tesla showed an example of FSD V12 not responding to a ball being thrown in front of it. However, he didn’t test with FSD v12.6.4 and he admitted that in the comments. This version is very different than 12.3.6 and other previous versions. It’s more of a “v13 lite” than anything else. Those who have it know that it’ll stop for squirrels crossing the road. Here are some tests I did with a similar ball using FSD v12.6.4.
