🚨NEW: Joe Lonsdale on CNBC: "WE SHOULD BE THE ARSENAL OF DEMOCRACY, NOT THE ARSENAL OF BUREAUCRACY." ON PLTR STOCK RUN: Palantir, it turns out, solves some really hard problems that are really valuable for AI, right? Right now that is the big theme for a lot of things we're doing in every industry. And if you actually organize the data and organize workflows into ontologies, you could then extrapolate on top of that. And Palantir is surprising all of us just how fast it's growing...Some of our early teams I used to know there from 15 years ago, they celebrate every time it goes up one point with a drink. They've had a tough couple of weeks 🤣 ON ANDURIL RAISING $2.5B at $25B VALUATION: Palantir and SpaceX led the way for the new wave of defense and DoD companies. Anduril is the fastest growing thing we've ever seen now in the space. Anduril was founded by three guys who were stars at Palantir, alongside Palmer Luckey. So it's a lot of Palantir DNA in that company. I've been invested in every round since the very beginning... It's amazing how well they're running circles around a lot of the legacy defense primes by providing solutions to the government that are much, much cheaper and much, much better...I think Anduril is going to be one of the biggest defense companies in the world. ON DOGE: I'm a huge fan of DOGE. I have a lot of friends involved in DOGE and have been doing my best to help them. There's so much waste in government. There's so much to cut. Companies like Palantir and Anduril actually do better when you cut the waste because if you are forced to use your money more efficiently, if you are forced to say, we're going to have to do this twice as efficiently, 10 times as efficiently, that's when Palantir will win. ON REFORMING THE PENTAGON: The way procurement works right now is broken... before WWI, we needed better pistols in the jungles in the Philippines, and rather than give 300 pages of specifications, they said, here's what we need, now, let's test out. Six companies applied. They had contests. They chose the most reliable gun. It took a few months. It was very fast, it was very efficient, and they bought tons of them. We tried to do a new pistol over 10 years ago. We had several hundred pages of nonsense of bureaucrats trying to define things rather than saying what the outcome they wanted was. I think we still haven't gotten a good pistol out of it. The whole thing's a giant mess. We should be the arsenal of democracy, not the arsenal of bureaucracy.

There is an Israeli venture-capital firm called Kinetica. Norm Coleman, former Republican senator, is a senior adviser to Kinetica. Coleman got Pete Hegseth the job of Secretary of Defense. Coleman told JNS that he personally advised Hegseth during the process and helped engineer what he described as a turning point in the nomination. Then Hegseth gets control of the Pentagon. June 2026, Hegseth appoints Coleman vice chair of the Pentagon’s Defense Policy Board. The same board that advises Pentagon leadership on military modernization, force structure, defense policy and national-security strategy. So Coleman helps Hegseth become Defense Secretary. Hegseth then appoints Coleman to help advise him on defense policy. Meanwhile Coleman is publicly listed as a senior adviser to a private Israeli defense-tech investment fund. Hegseth also put Marc Andreessen on the Defense Policy Board. Andreessen runs Andreessen Horowitz, one of Silicon Valley’s biggest venture-capital firms, which has invested in Anduril. So a major private investor in Pentagon contractors is now helping advise the Pentagon on the defense environment those companies operate in. Reporting has already raised questions about Hegseth’s selections because Andreessen Horowitz and companies connected to other board members overlap with defense investments tied to 1789 Capital, where Donald Trump Jr. is a partner. Now go back to Kinetica. Its advisory board also includes Kenneth Braithwaite, Trump’s former Secretary of the Navy. And Alex Moore, a board member of Palantir. Palantir is already deeply embedded in the U.S. military and disclosed to the SEC that it entered a strategic partnership with the Israeli Ministry of Defense in 2024 to supply technology assisting Israel during the war. Kinetica then entered a strategic partnership with American venture firm 8VC to help Israeli defense companies access American capital and markets. 8VC itself is deep inside the same Silicon Valley defense-tech ecosystem around Palantir, Anduril, Saronic and other military startups. At the same time, the Trump administration continues expanding military cooperation and weapons transfers to Israel. As recently as September 2026, the administration was preparing another proposed $2.8 billion munitions sale to Israel. Trump’s estimated net worth rose by roughly $3 billion from 2024 to 2025. And US senators have requested that the SEC investigate Pete Hegseth for insider trading. Yeah so anyways, most working Americans are one paycheque away from homelessness but at least Israel will send ai drones to eliminate us. So that’s fun. Honk honk.
