🥹 I’ve never been more empathetic or compelled to give someone on social media and sympathetic hug, I share some of this young ladies frustration, I’ve had my Epson printer for five years give or take, I will give a generous estimate of 200 copies I have pushed through it ?? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Just three days ago I had some paperwork I wanted to get to a friend and I decided to use the scanner for the first time, well that ended in failure because the printer was not connected to Wi-Fi 😳 That is a head scratcher for me, how have I been sending documents from my iPad to the computer for printing all this time ?? I thought no problem I just looked up my Wi-Fi ID and password on my iPad, I entered wi-Fi ID and my password ❌ so for good measure I tried it again and just in case I made a mistake ❌ so I took a picture of the document with my phone and sent it that way, so basically I have a printer in name only, I checked YouTube where to look for the password on the printer ❌ I have to keep the paper cartridge full once it gets halfway through the Stack it won’t print I getneeds paper” 😡 I researched the probleon on YouTube it said clean the rollers ❌ I tried after Market ink cartridges operating to save a couple of bucks ❌ I guess I will consider myself lucky that I don’t have a Hewlett-Packard 😬 Just out of curiosity are all printers this hateful ??

Cloud GPU training is a scam. A single M4 MacBook does 2.9 TFLOPS. Seven friends with MacBooks match an NVIDIA A100. Alexander Hayes just open-sourced a tool that makes this work over Wi-Fi. It's called AirTrain. Here's how it works: Traditional distributed training (DDP) syncs gradients after every single step. For a 124M parameter model, that's ~500MB exchanged per step. You need 50 GB/s of sustained bandwidth. Impossible over Wi-Fi. AirTrain uses the DiLoCo algorithm. Each Mac trains independently for 500 steps, then syncs only the difference. One sync per 500 steps instead of one per step. 500x less network communication. Wi-Fi actually works. The entire sync takes ~2 seconds. Here's what makes it wild: → Zero-config discovery. Devices find each other automatically via mDNS/Bonjour. Same protocol as AirDrop. → Fault tolerant. Nodes can join and leave mid-training without killing the run. → Checkpoint relay. Train for a few hours, export a checkpoint, hand it off to someone else to continue. Like a relay race for ML training. → Built on Apple's MLX framework. Native to M1/M2/M3/M4/M5 unified memory. No host-to-device copy overhead. → Local dashboard. Real-time loss curves, peer monitoring, throughput metrics in your browser. Here's the wildest part: An M4 Max with 128GB unified memory can train a 70B parameter model without offloading. An NVIDIA RTX 4090 has 24GB VRAM. Apple Silicon gets ~245-460 GFLOPS per watt. Training on MacBooks costs almost nothing in electricity compared to cloud GPUs. And there are hundreds of millions of Apple Silicon Macs in the world. The math: Traditional DDP: 1 sync per step = 50 GB/s required AirTrain (DiLoCo): 1 sync per 500 steps = 0.1 GB/s required Wi-Fi handles 0.1 GB/s. That's it. That's the breakthrough. They even built a community platform at with live session browsing, checkpoint sharing, and a contributor leaderboard. Training a 124M parameter GPT-2? Instead of renting cloud GPUs at $3/hr, pool three MacBooks in a coffee shop and train for free. MIT licensed. Built in Python. 1 contributor. Early stage but the idea is insane. 100% Open Source. American bought a Vizio Smart TV from Walmart. He took it home only to find you cannot use the TV without a Walmart account logged in You cent even turn it on and get past the first screen This is because Walmart bought Vizio and by having you sign in with your account they can like the data collected to you This TV collects everything and links it to your account - Contact details - Payment information - Subscription information - Account authentication and security information The optional data that most people just click next through is the really invasive data capturing, it includes - Viewing Data - Activity Data - Mobile App Data - Mobile Streaming Data It also uses built-in technology to analyze what’s playing on the TV in real time, including: - Audio and video programming, ads and gaming content - Content from connected devices like HDMI - Third-party apps like streaming services for movies, shows, episodes, channels, launch events - Device state details: volume, channel, picture controls, inputs, power on/off But it doesn’t stop there, it also collects - Basic identifiers: Name, email, phone, address, account credentials - Device/online identifiers: Device IDs, advertising IDs, IP/MAC addresses, model/serial numbers, firmware, Wi-Fi access points, cookies - Activity Data: Settings, inputs, clicks, impressions, operational/performance data, some content interaction details - Commercial/financial info: Purchases, subscriptions, warranties, payment cards - Internet/network activity: How you use the apps, sites, ads, and services - Mobile app and streaming data if you use the Vizio app You agree to have all this data collected from you just because you bought a TV…..

This speech from Yvette Cooper will haunt her forever. Few if any condoned the subsequent violence, your words are a filthy smear. "Don't anyone tell me that was about immigration policing or poverty". It has everything to do with immigration, the alleged murderer in Southport was a 2nd generation migrant. One understated reason for the disorder was Labour's wilful neglect of the Grooming Gangs. Labour for 20-30 years ignored, if not covered up, the mass rape of girls. Your colleague Sarah Champion estimated 1 million victims & added in 2017 "British Pakistani men ARE raping & exploiting white girls… & it’s time we faced up to it." (1) It had everything to do with policing, in what is blatant two-tier policing & justice. The rioters who were violent deserved to go to jail, but the sentences were savage. So were the sentences for controversial social media messages. Charged & banged up in a day or two. It made you look authoritarian, administering justice like a banana republic. Meanwhile, the two Asian thugs at Manchester Airport have not even been charged, 9 weeks later. It had everything to do with poverty. Mass immigration is causing poverty, with 19/20 are a net drain on the taxpayer. Our GDP per capita has declined in the last 6 quarters. It also has pushed down real wages for the working class. Mass immigration has put buying a house or even renting beyond many British people. Also migrants who cross the Channel are put in 4* hotels, 3 meals a day & as much central heating they can turn on. They then moan about the wi-fi to rub our noses in it. Then they get given top appointed flats. They are disproportionately recipients of social housing, with 48% of social housing going to people who were not born here in London. For example 73% of Somalis live in social housing. (2) Ms Cooper you are ignoring genuine concerns. Your complete lack of empathy will only inflame tensions. This will not go away by calling concerned citizens racists & far-right. (1) (2)

Jimmy Dore interviews RG911/AE911 - The Hard WTC Evidence - Official 9/11 Story COLLAPSING! Bringing Tens of Thousands of Newcomers to the 9/11 Truth | Watch along with them! — 45 Minutes Jimmy posted today our LIVE interview with him from the other day. He encouraged us to share all the evidence we could in our limited time with him - and we did! I was joined by structural engineer Kamal Obeid from Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth who addressed key issues including the impossibility of the free-fall collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. We addressed as many key points as we possibly could in the 45 minutes that we had: 1. The importance of the truth-telling that WI Senator Ron Johnson and former Congressman Curt Weldon are all about right now. Jimmy played excerpts of the Senator’s WTC comments on The Benny Show including “molten metal…controlled demolition…Calling Out Bravo 7 documentary.” We are making sure that the Senator has the solid body of evidence that will back up his historic efforts to get a real 9/11 investigation. We addressed these questions among many others on Jimmy Dore: 1. Why didn’t the American Institute of Architects issue even one bulletin on the catastrophic unprecedented destruction of 47-story World Trade Center Building 7 — the third worst structural failure in history? 2. Why didn’t NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology) include in their 2004 report on the Twin Towers the 156 first responders who saw, heard, and experienced explosions? And many of them before the collapse of the towers? 3. Why did NIST persist with their theory that the top section crush the building section below while maintaining a near free-fall acceleration (when the top section was in fact destroyed in the first 3 seconds) — as if 90% of the steel gave no resistance whatsoever? 4. What caused the hundreds of laterally-ejected freely-flying 4-ton structural steel sections, at 80mph, landing 600 feet in every direction impaling themselves in skyscrapers all around them? 5. What cause the complete pulverization of 110 acre-sized concrete floors — 90,000 tons of concrete in each tower, and dispersed it from river to river across Lower Manhattan? 6. What was crushing the lower section of each tower, if the above steel and concrete, which was 2/3 of their weight, was NOT even available to crush it?! The above questions were just the beginning of the 7-dozen key points of forensic, video, and eyewitness testimony that we laid on Jimmy. Please let us know how you think we did. There’s always room for improvement. Learn more about the WTC evidence at We send out to YOU another huge thanks to those who funding our new PR professional who has already obtained a number of interviews for us in addition to the big one. They keep stacking up! Jeff Crouere on Ringside Politics / — 5/1/25 & 5/2/25 Jake Smith of — May 2 Carrie Abbott of — May 5 Mike Dakak of the — May 7 Jeff Rense / — 7pm Pacific, May 12 B. HERMES AGENT SUPPORTS 7 TYPES OF AI AGENTS. EACH ONE TAKES LESS THAN 90 SECONDS TO SET UP. MOST PEOPLE ONLY BUILD THE FIRST ONE. HERE ARE ALL SEVEN AND WHEN TO USE EACH. 1. BASIC AGENT WITH TOOLS your agent with access to terminal, browser, file system, web search, and calendar. it plans and executes tasks on its own. this is what you get on day one. "find flights to Lisbon under $400" "check my calendar and flag conflicts" "search the web for competitor pricing" set in Desktop app / Dashboard: Tools → enable what you need. when to use: single tasks that need tool access. 2. AGENT WITH MCP SERVERS connect your agent to external services. Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Slack, databases, APIs, any MCP-compatible service. the agent doesn't scrape these services. it interacts through structured APIs. reads your Notion pages. creates GitHub issues. queries your database. sends Slack messages. set in Desktop app / Dashboard: MCP → Add Server. when to use: your workflow lives across multiple platforms. 3. SEQUENTIAL AGENTS (pipeline) one agent finishes. passes output to the next. assembly line for AI. agent 1: scans inbox for leads. agent 2: qualifies leads against criteria. agent 3: drafts outreach emails. in Hermes: cron jobs with wakeAgent gates. agent 1 writes output to a file. agent 2 wakes only when that file has new data. agent 3 wakes when agent 2 is done. each agent = a separate profile with its own model. when to use: multi-step workflows where each step depends on the previous one finishing. 4. PARALLEL EXECUTION AGENTS multiple agents working at the same time. results merge when all finish. "research these 5 competitors in parallel" in Hermes: delegate_task with batch mode. up to 3 sub-agents running in parallel by default. each gets its own clean context. only summaries return to the parent. delegation: model: "deepseek/deepseek-v4" children run cheap. parent synthesizes. when to use: independent tasks that don't depend on each other. research, data gathering, analysis. 5. AGENTS WITH ROUTERS conditions that send tasks down different paths based on the input. "if sales email → SDR profile. if support ticket → support profile. if calendar invite → EA profile." in Hermes: Kanban decompose. the decomposer reads profile descriptions and routes each task to the best-fit agent. or: Chief of Staff profile that triages and assigns to other profiles. when to use: incoming work that needs different specialists based on type. 6. HUMAN IN THE LOOP the agent does the work. asks for your approval before executing. "I drafted this email. approve before I send?" "this command will delete 3 files. proceed?" in Hermes: approvals.mode: manual (default). every dangerous action needs your confirmation. 60-second timeout. fails closed. or smart mode: LLM assesses risk. safe actions auto-approved. dangerous ones ask you. uncertain ones escalate. when to use: tasks where a mistake has real consequences. emails, deployments, financial transactions, public posts. 7. DYNAMIC SUB-AGENT SPAWNING your main agent realizes it needs help and spawns specialized sub-agents on the fly. "build this feature" → parent delegates: → sub-agent 1: research the API docs → sub-agent 2: write the code → sub-agent 3: write the tests in Hermes: delegate_task with role: orchestrator. raise max_spawn_depth for nested delegation. delegation: max_spawn_depth: 2 orchestrator_enabled: true depth 2 with concurrency 3 = up to 9 parallel workers. each level multiplies the spend. raise depth only when you need multi-level trees. when to use: complex tasks where the agent discovers what help it needs during execution. THE PROGRESSION: start with 1 (tools) and 6 (approvals). add 2 (MCP) when you need external services. add 4 (parallel) when tasks take too long one at a time. add 3 (sequential) when you build multi-step pipelines. add 5 (routing) when you run multiple profiles. add 7 (dynamic) when single-agent reasoning falls short. seven types. each under 90 seconds to configure. the value compounds as you stack them. comment AGENTS and I'll send you 3 ready-to-build agent setups that combine these types into real workflows.

I built an app in Softr for the HVAC industry to solve some crucial problems. The problem is that those in the HVAC industry and similar industries like construction, plumbing, and electrical do not have one source of truth where: 1. Their clients can request for thier services. 2. Clients can be onboarded after they make a payment. 3. They store the information and bio data of their technicians. 4. They assign tasks to their technicians. 5. Technicians can track onsite jobs with pictures in real time of when working. 6. Clients see the progress of their projects. 7. Invoices and quotations from paid clients can be tracked. 8. Technicians borrow assets from the company, and they can be tracked. 9. There is a database where every individual, from technicians to admin and clients, are all stored. 10. Login details from every individual are secured and they can only see things that are their business without seeing that of another person, be ita technician or a client. These and many more are what people in these industries face as a challenge. I came up with a solution that addresses all these problems. I built a workflow that also auto-populated the users table in the database with technicians and clients when the records are filled in the technician and client tables, respectively. There is also a workflow that sends an email to the admin when a client makes a request from the portal. Taking advantage of the database, workflow, and portal gave a full-blown application for the HVAC industry. If you are in the construction, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industry and you need a similar build, reach out, and I will be more than happy to replicate this for you or something similar in Softr.

BREAKING: Our world is an information theory-based simulation. Our physical worlds are rendered locally by conscious observer nodes. MIT/Stanford trained Rizwan Virk provides a master compendium of evidence for the simulation hypothesis in our latest documentary (full vid in reply!): 1. The building blocks of reality and biological life look like computer code: interoperable matter-antimatter particles (like electrons and positrons), human base pairs etc. 2. Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle: position and momentum measurement accuracy trade off against each other. When one is precise, the other is fuzzy: this looks exactly like computational caching. Only a certain amount of information is stored in local memory! 3. Biological and cosmic life involves fundamentally conserved, geometric building blocks: Fibonacci sequence leading to golden ratios are prime examples. They are everywhere. These look like copied and pasted code libraries. 4. All of the physical constants (Planck’s constant, big G Gravity etc) seem like they are fine tuned for life. That leaves intelligent creation as the BASE CASE and MORE likely than the idea that we just happen to be in a Goldilocks zone across millions of random permutations. The magnetosphere of the Earth also plays a role in “programming” biology and only letting in enough UV radiation to support genetic mutations and differential selection 5. Knowledge has client-server relationship. When we discover something new, we upload those discoveries to a central server. This makes new breakthroughs that much easier (this explains the bannister effect with the 4 minute mile and Rupert Sheldrakes (@RupertSheldrake) morphic field findings!). Download times are faster than upload times. Doing something incrementally new is always harder than repeating. 6. Given that only certain information is rendered locally, we end up with air pockets of “consensus reality”: this explains mass false memories as shown by the hugely popular Mandela effect 7. The idea of the mind causing wave function collapse was considered by virtually every early quantum thinker, including the pioneers who developed the core equations we use today (Schrödinger, Von Neumann etc.). Modern smug scientists who say that the wave function collapses due to particles colliding independent of an observer or due to any measurement device are engaging in AS MUCH OR MORE speculation as those who think the mind is responsible. 8. Random event generators point to humans being able to affect conventionally thought of as random “events” (with known statistical distributions) in quantum mechanics (I.e. isotope decay) with their minds. This ALSO points to the human rendering reality in real time 9. Donald Hoffman (Donald Hoffman) shows why from an evolutionary perspective, it is not adaptive for humans to see base reality: we basically render objects into “computer icons”. Again, simulation is more likely. 10. Fermat's theorem points towards light using algorithmic optimization principles that lead to most efficient paths, There are two version of the simulation: Non player character and role playing game. The first is a product of postmodern nihilism -- we can do anything because this is all a video game and we're all bots. The second is life AFFIRMING and it comports with all the world's major religions and Plato. Our primordial souls are being "ported" into a low-level incarnation in which we must learn karmic lessons. Riz and I get into all of the protocols for glimpsing beyond our simulation: it is a narrow, but worthwhile path. In a world obsessing over low level simulations (AGI), we should think more about the computational soup we are all swimming in.

Announcing the DVM Terminal Presale! 01/ We are excited to formally announce the next step in our journey: our AI and Signal based trading Terminal. See ALL details on our website, including product, tech, deposit address, and tech documentation: Deposit Address (SOL only): 4pyVRFX56MdqtREcxWnf6XuEGfRNCQaKm1LA4xmHeccv By contributing, you agree to our Terms & Privacy Policy – full docs on site. 02/ We are building ‘DVM Terminal’, a signal and AI powered trading platform for the Solana trenches (initially). The first multi-agent AI trading terminal designed as an institutional-grade dashboard – turning market noise into actionable alpha with agent summaries, live signals, rigid filters, and a full multi-agent system. 03/ The problem. Trench hunting is far too inefficient with real data and insights lacking. - Dashboards are noisy (not even sortable), - No AI agents (in an AI world) - No narratives (a critical component to a thesis), - VERY limited signals (only DB/DS), - No advanced trading (no TP, SL, or VWAP), - No portfolio alert/management system post-trade etc. - The list goes on… Products from major competitors are all just homogeneous, even down to the 3-frame design. We have to piece everything together like broken lego blocks, building a weak matrix from existing platforms, X, FNFs, telegram and discord for little to no alpha. 04/ The solution & moat. We rebuild this from the ground up, leveraging signals and AI. - Clean institutional-like dashboards (we can sort and navigate thru a proper terminal, like Bloomberg or Messari) - AI agents (thank goodness for intelligence, distilling all the important info upfront across 2k+ tokens/day) - A Narrative engine (no need to ask “what is this token about?”; additionally, our engine can identify the newest metas like AI, ICM, Cards, etc.) - 100s of value-add Signals overlaid live on charts (momentum, smart money, sentiment, event data; all of it; tell us what’s happening in real-time) - Advanced trading system (finally, SL, TP, VWAP etc.) - Live portfolio monitoring (AI will give us pertinent live info on our holdings, so we can go live life and not look at screens all day) - All in one place. At a higher-level, our advantage will be managing the massive on/off-chain data pipeline being processed by thousands or millions of context-aware AI agents that recognize patterns, filter noise and deliver only the most actionable insights to a trader with which it can execute a trade effectively. 05/ The opportunity. The Industry leader on Solana makes $600m+ in fees annually, with total industry near $1b on Solana alone, according to Adam. Yet, the entire industry gives us total burnout, fragmented data, either little info or info overload, no real signals, no narratives, no personalized AI-driven strategies, and zero incentives (like buybacks or a flywheel). We’ll flip the script, designing a high-powered scalable signal and AI driven intelligence platform with a flywheel (50-100% fee buy-back & burn). Simply put, we want to be tops. 06/ Development. Our product is MVP. We are building this to scale beyond Solana, into multi-chain. V1 is expected in 4-6 weeks. Our approach to building is an open feedback loop with community members, building to the demands of our users. 07/ Pre-sale terms & Valuation. We are offering 50% public sale, with min $100, no max. Ending valuation is susceptible to change based on amount raised, but will be fixed at 2x raise - i.e. $1m raised=$2m val, $50m raised=$100m val. We are seeking to raise $25m on a $50m valuation, which represents 1% of Solana bot market-share. At TGE event, expect ~65% of our tokens to be floating (or outstanding), with 25% in treasury and 10% of the team allocation locked. Tokens are expected to be distributed just ahead of v1 rollout. Again, find more details on our webpage. 08/ Tailwinds. AI input costs are declining 90%/yr also, so the operational model could become very accretive over time, as we scale our tech to other chains. Solana outputs the most tokens (~35k per day), so we start here, where the challenge is the greatest. 09/ Advisors. Big thanks to our advisors, who’ve been part of this community since inception. Austin Barack, JK 🛡️, cryptic, Tachi, , ZoeyLoo and Chetan Badhe. 10/ The end. Thank you for your consideration; and make sure the SOL address posted here is the same as on our website.

Is it tears? Are you crying? 🦊: (wipes her eyes) 🐰: That's a big piece of eye gunk~ 🦊: (wipes Bonnie's eyes) 🎤: This is a bickering kind of love, right? 🦊: What am I supposed to say? 🐰: ☺️ 🐰: Is it real? 🦊: It's a fan 😆 🦊: What is that? The fan thing. 🐰: A fan, like when they wrap those new year lucky draw presents. 🦊: You'll have to open it to see. It's exactly like it. 🐰: Or is Any hidden in there?? 🦊: It might be too small 😆 🐰: It might not fit her. 🦊: Do you want to open it? 🐰: I do!! 🦊: It's exactly like it. 🐰: Really? 🦊: Almost exactly like it, but it's the one that's the closest to it. 🐰: Lemme see~ how do I open it? 🦊: Here here, you can open it yourself. 🐰: (starts opening it) 🐰: When did you buy it? 🦊: When did I buy it? 🦊: (helps Bonnie open it) 🎤: The vibe is like opening up the back of a truck to sell things. 🐰: (opens it) 🐰: 😭 🦊: It's exactly like it. It's even got the pearly design here. 🐰: 😭 🦊: Isn't it just like it? 🐰: 😭 🦊: It's really like it. I had to go to so many shops before I could find it. 🐰: How many shops did you go to? 🦊: So many. It's really like it. 🐰: Where did you buy it from? 🦊: Do you want to hold it? 🐰: I'm going to bring it to the concert. It'll definitely be at the Love Session. 🐰: (admiring the guitar) 🦊: Do you like it? 🐰: 🙂‍↕️ 🐰: My mic disappeared. 🦊: Her mic disappeared, where'd it go? 😆 🐰: My face is all gone now. 🔆 The Redox Recipe No More DMs 🙏 Sorry, I can’t do DMs anymore. Every morning I wake up to 9–20 messages. If I answer one by one, I help a few. If I answer here, we all learn. So let’s do this in the open; because sunlight belongs to everyone. I understand everyone’s frustration..believe me, I’ve been there. I spent a full year in the hospital with one of the deadliest Systemic Lupus. Few walk out alive. I lost my kidneys, almost lost my lungs, spinal cord, intestines, and few other organs… The only reason I’m here writing this is because I signed a waiver refusing more “treatment.” I told the doctors I’d rather die at home..and that’s when life began to return. If you’re desperate like I was, you must walk the talk.(today is 14° but with the wind feels 9/10) No supplement, no pill, only what’s truly necessary (like my transplant medication, without which I wouldn’t survive). As ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 said: If your body’s make it, don’t take it.” No doctor can fix what your light environment broke 1. You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick. If your location is toxic, move. Period 2. 🌞 Sunrise is non-negotiable. Watch it with naked eyes, bare skin, and bare feet on the ground. That’s how your circadian clock resets — your mitochondria’s morning meeting with the heartbeat of the Earth (or God — call it what you want) 🍱 3. Eat the light your environment provides. Minimum 70% seafood, cooked gently to protect DHA. Add oysters, seaweed, and wild fish, those don’t need to be local. The remaining 30% must be local fruits, vegetables, and meats grown under your local sunlight. Foreign food = foreign light code = inflammation and lost redox. 🦶 4. Ground daily. Barefoot on earth, sand, or water (sea, rivers, lakes). Avoid places with underground cables or transformers. You’re not “earthing”..you’re plugging back into Nature’s current. 👚5. Wear natural fibers only. Cotton, linen, wool. They let your body exchange electrons freely. Synthetic fabrics trap static and block your electric field . no bueno 😬 📡6. Escape high-EMF zones. If your home sits near a tower, radar, or airport(like mine) plan your exit. I’ll move in 2 years when our work contract ends. Until then, I sleep in an EMF-shielding bag, wear protective clothing head-to-toe, and spend every vacation in nature(far from cities) Know this: staying long-term will cost you years of life. 🏠7. Inside your home: Unplug what you don’t need. No microwave, no blender, no electric toothbrush, no Wi-Fi (use ethernet cables). At sunset, switch to candles or one dim red/incandescent bulb. No TV, no screens. When the sun sets, so should you. Darkness is your natural melatonin therapy. Sunrise and darkness are the yin and yang of life…,one cannot exist without the other. 🥶8. Cold Thermogenesis (CT). Cold water is your internal light switch. It structures your cellular water, tightens your charge, and rebuilds your semiconductors. Start with cold showers; progress to ice baths. Make light from within. 🫡 9. Respect your temperature environment. If it’s hot ; feel it. If it’s cold; embrace it. Your temperature is the “seconds hand” on Nature’s clock:⏰ Sunlight = hour hand Darkness & magnetism = minute hand Temperature = seconds hand That’s how time is written in biology. 🎯 10. Location, Location. The older we get, the more we need the sun. If you live in high latitudes and don’t embrace cold; move. It’s useless to live in the North wrapped in a down jacket. Cold is not the enemy; it’s the teacher. 🍫11. Carbohydrates. If you live near the equator, you can eat them ..sunlight will handle the deuterium load. But if you live in higher latitudes (4 seasons), carbs are only for summer and must be local. Winter means carnivore mode; that’s Nature telling you to “hibernate.” Humans are walking bears ..we don’t sleep all winter, but we must create light inside through DHA and cold. Start with these few steps, and your new life will unfold.. REDOX ARE 🔑

Use this prompt in OpenClaw to create your own AI agent command center that syncs up your life like Tony Stark's Jarvis in Iron Man. Adapt the specifics (agent names, data sources, branding) below to your own setup. Prompt: Build me a mission control dashboard for my OpenClaw AI agent system. Stack: Next.js 15 (App Router) + Convex (real-time backend) + Tailwind CSS v4 + Framer Motion + ShadCN UI + Lucide icons. TypeScript throughout. This is the command center where I monitor and control my autonomous AI agent(s) running on OpenClaw. The agent operates 24/7 on a Mac Mini, connected to Telegram/Discord, running cron jobs, spawning sub-agents, and reading/writing to a filesystem-based memory and state system. Dark mode only. Ultra-premium aesthetic, think Iron Man's JARVIS HUD meets a Bloomberg terminal. Subtle glass effects (backdrop-blur-xl, bg-white/[0.03]), no heavy gradients or glow. Rounded corners (16-20px on cards). Framer Motion for page transitions, stagger animations on card grids, spring physics on interactions. Mobile-first responsive. Never cookie-cutter. ## Architecture The dashboard reads live data from TWO sources: 1. **Convex**: real-time database for structured data (tasks, contacts, content drafts, calendar events, activity logs) 2. **Local API routes** (`/api/*`): read files from the agent's workspace filesystem at `~/.openclaw/workspace/` and return JSON. This is how live system state flows into the dashboard. ## Pages & Views (8 nav items, some with tab sub-views) ### 1. HOME (`/`) Dashboard overview. Grid of live status cards: - **System Health**: read from `/api/system-state` (parses `state/servers.json`). Show each service with UP/DOWN indicator, port, last check time. - **Agent Status**: read from `/api/agents` (parses `agents/registry.json` + agent workspace files). Show active agent count, healthy/unhealthy ratio, active sub-agent count from OpenClaw sessions API. - **Cron Health**: read from `/api/cron-health` (parses `state/crons.json`). Table of all scheduled jobs with name, schedule, last status (green/red dot), consecutive errors. - **Revenue Tracker**: read from `/api/revenue` (parses `state/revenue.json`). Current revenue, monthly burn, net. - **Content Pipeline**: read from `/api/content-pipeline` (parses `content/queue.md`). Kanban-style: Draft | Review | Approved | Published counts. - **Quick Stats**: total tasks, pending approvals, active sessions, uptime. All panels auto-refresh every 15 seconds. Live indicator dot + "AUTO 15S" badge in header. ### 2. OPS (`/ops`) with 3 tabs: Operations | Tasks | Calendar **Operations tab:** Full operational view. Server health table, branch status (from `state/branch-check.json`), observations feed (from `state/observations.md`), system priorities (from `shared-context/priorities.md`). **Tasks tab:** Strategic task suggestion system. API route `/api/suggested-tasks` reads/writes `state/suggested-tasks.json`. Cards grouped by category (Revenue, Product, Community, Content, Operations, Clients, Trading, Brand) with emoji headers. Each card shows title, reasoning, next action, priority badge, effort badge, approve/reject buttons. Filter bar by status and category. **Calendar tab:** Weekly calendar view from Convex `calendarEvents` table. Drag-to-create, color-coded by type, time slots. ### 3. AGENTS (`/agents`) with 2 tabs: Agents | Models **Agents tab:** Card grid of all registered agents from `/api/agents`. Each card shows name, role, model, level (L1-L4), status. Cards are CLICKABLE: expanding into a detail panel showing: - Agent personality (reads their SOUL .md) - Capabilities and rules (reads their RULES .md) - Sub-agents they can spawn - Recent outputs (reads from `shared-context/agent-outputs/`) **Models tab:** Model inventory table showing all available models, their routing (which tasks go to which model), costs, and failover chains. ### 4. CHAT (`/chat`): 2 tabs: Chat | Command **Chat tab:** Chat interface to communicate with the agent. Left sidebar shows session list (from `/api/chat-history` reading .jsonl transcript files). Main area shows messages with role-aligned bubbles (user right, assistant left), date separators, channel badges (telegram/discord/webchat). Input bar with send button + voice input (Web Speech API with SpeechRecognition). Messages sent via `/api/chat-send` which queues to a file the agent reads. **Command tab:** Quick command interface for common operations. ### 5. CONTENT (`/content`) Content pipeline management. Read from Convex `contentDrafts` table AND `/api/content-pipeline`. Show drafts in kanban columns. Each card shows title, platform target, draft text preview, status, created date. Edit/approve/reject actions. ### 6. COMMS (`/comms`) with 2 tabs: Comms | CRM **Comms tab:** Communication hub showing recent Discord digest, Telegram messages, notification history. **CRM tab:** Client pipeline kanban (Prospect → Contacted → Meeting → Proposal → Active). API route `/api/clients` reads markdown files from `clients/` directory. Each card shows client name, status, contacts, last interaction, next action. ### 7. KNOWLEDGE (`/knowledge`) with 2 tabs: Knowledge | Ecosystem **Knowledge tab:** Searchable knowledge base. Global search across all workspace files using `/api/knowledge` endpoint. **Ecosystem tab:** Product grid showing all products/apps in the ecosystem. Each card shows product name, status (Active/Development/Concept), health indicator, key metrics. Cards link to `/ecosystem/[slug]` detail pages with tabbed views (Overview, Brand, Community, Content, Legal, Product, Website, Actions). Detail pages read from `/api/ecosystem/[slug]` which parses workspace memory files. ### 8. CODE (`/code`) Code pipeline view. Shows repositories from `/api/repos` (scans ~/Desktop/Projects/ for git repos). Each repo card shows name, branch, last commit, dirty file count, language breakdown. Detail view at `/api/repos/detail` shows recent commits, file tree, open PRs. ## Navigation Top horizontal nav bar, NOT sidebar. All 8 items visible at all viewport widths. Use `flex` layout with `flex-1` items. Text size uses `clamp(0.45rem, 0.75vw, 0.6875rem)` for fluid scaling. Active item gets `text-primary bg-primary/[0.06]` static highlight (no sliding animation). Agent/app name visible at md+ breakpoints (`hidden md:inline`). Tab sub-views use a reusable `TabBar` component with pill/glass styling and Framer Motion `layoutId` transitions. Tab state stored in URL via `?tab=` search params. ## API Routes (all under `src/app/api/`) Each API route reads from the agent's workspace filesystem and returns JSON: - `/api/system-state` → reads `state/servers.json`, `state/branch-check.json` - `/api/agents` → reads `agents/registry.json`, agent SOUL .md files - `/api/agents/[id]` → reads specific agent's SOUL .md, RULES .md, outputs - `/api/cron-health` → reads `state/crons.json` - `/api/revenue` → reads `state/revenue.json` - `/api/content-pipeline` → parses `content/queue.md` (markdown with status markers) - `/api/suggested-tasks` → GET (read) / POST (approve/reject) on `state/suggested-tasks.json` - `/api/observations` → reads `state/observations.md` - `/api/priorities` → reads `shared-context/priorities.md` - `/api/chat-history` → reads .jsonl transcript files with pagination/search/channel filter - `/api/chat-send` → writes to queue file - `/api/clients` → reads markdown files from `clients/` directory - `/api/ecosystem/[slug]` → reads memory files for specific ecosystem - `/api/repos` → scans project directories for git repos - `/api/health` → returns status, uptime, memory usage, Convex connectivity All filesystem paths should be configurable via environment variable (default: `~/.openclaw/workspace/`). ## Convex Schema Define tables for: activities, calendarEvents, tasks, contacts, contentDrafts, ecosystemProducts. Include seed scripts (`convex/seed.ts`) to populate initial data. ## Key Design Rules - Mobile-first, test at 320px minimum - Font sizes 10-14px for body text, everything must fit naturally at small viewports - Cards use consistent border radius (16-20px) - Glass cards: `bg-white/[0.03] backdrop-blur-xl border border-white/[0.06]` - No heavy blur blobs or grain overlays - Stagger animations on card grids (0.05s delay per item) - Skeleton loading states for all async data - Custom scrollbar styling - Empty states with helpful messaging - All text must use Inter or system font stack - Never mix sharp and rounded corners in the same view - Premium = lighter feel, more whitespace, less visual noise ## File Structure ``` src/ app/ page.tsx, layout.tsx, providers.tsx agents/page.tsx calendar/page.tsx chat/page.tsx code/page.tsx comms/page.tsx content/page.tsx ecosystem/page.tsx, ecosystem/[slug]/page.tsx knowledge/page.tsx ops/page.tsx api/[...all routes above] components/ nav.tsx tab-bar.tsx dashboard-overview.tsx ops-view.tsx, suggested-tasks-view.tsx agents-view.tsx, models-view.tsx chat-center-view.tsx, voice-input.tsx content-view.tsx comms-view.tsx, crm-view.tsx knowledge-base.tsx, ecosystem-view.tsx code-pipeline.tsx activity-feed.tsx, calendar-view.tsx ui/ (ShadCN primitives) hooks/ lib/ convex/ schema.ts functions for each table seed.ts ``` Build the complete application. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight.
