Actually Jesse, I have zero issue correcting the record when I’m wrong or apologizing. For the record, I did correct it a few minutes later in the stream. I had pulled a short clip from TimCast and was jumping around trying to hear you on the “Charlie’s not dead” theory. I heard you say “the guy jumping up when Charlie was shot,” my mind went straight to George Zinn, and then you said “he was in Special Forces.” That’s when I made the statement you played. I misunderstood who you were referencing. Beyond making a few jokes I actually never discussed the validity of the cipher element at all. Here’s the correction that I made a few minutes later. I was still flippant and should have been less so. I did get the facts wrong given I misunderstood who you were talking about and I do apologize for that. I still think the “Charlie’s alive” claim is batshit crazy and goes well beyond straining credulity. That’s a separate topic that I’d be happy to discuss on or offline with you.
