They're going to replace all the drivers, commercial to regular. Not through dictate, but through the simple act of increasing insurance premiums which will price 99% of people out. That's how they're going to get you stuck in the 15 minute cities.

I started out as a hostler before driving. I would notice if glad hands were worn or grommets needed replaced. I found flats and lights not working. Drivers are going to find these things and still have to wait.
