Too few people understand this and it's significance. The Bill of Rights exists not to give us these rights, but to clarify that these rights are ours merely for existing and that government cannot take them away. And NONE of those rights require another person to invoke; they do not require the property or labor of another person. All of our God-given and Constitutionally protected rights are for individuals to exercise without infringing on the rights of any others.

This is 100% correct. Ultimately they hate God because his laws condemn their lasciviousness. They don't like that freedom isn't without boundaries, according to God. And this is exactly why liberalism became it's vehicle. Liberalism=lawlessness.
