Fun personal site, done over the weekend ✨ Fully vibe designed and coded in Cursor + Claude, hosted on Vercel. Sound on! 🔊 God it feels good to be a designer today. 2 years ago I'd never be able to deploy something like this myself.

I love how creative people think and work and you're definitely one of them

@uxmateja that's very kind, thank you!

wow, amazing!!

This is so cool!!!

super cool reminds me of the OG iTunes

Curious to hear why you used both cursor and claude. Did one fall short in some area?

As in, I used Claude as my agent inside of Cursor

Ohhh a Claude model? Or installed Claude Code to run directly in the Cursor terminal? Forgive my ignorance, I’ve only been using Cursor and find it interesting to learn other folks’ workflows.

I have a paid Anthropic sub through work so I can get more done that way :)

But which is it? Just using only the Claude models or installing Claude in Cursor’s terminal? The former sounds easy, the latter doesn’t. Haha

The latter, you need to provide the Anthropic API key to Cursor, it’s in Settings, not too hard

Thanks! Might give this a shot… last question, I promise. 😅 Does doing this tap into Anthropic’s API when you use the chat or does all your prompting get done in the terminal?

The prompting happens in the terminal. If you're using default Cursor, you're using their model called Auto - you'll end up seeing additional models there when you add your custom model

SO COOL

🥰

@theadityadas Whole this is sick, my favorite part in on the record player… the click noise when tapping the arrow button 🧑🍳

@theadityadas I'm so glad you liked it! It's those little things that give me so much joy to make and experience ☺️

This is really cool 🙌🙌

sooo creative!! Really cool work

This is some pretty original stuff, I like the vinyl player. Some good soundtracks on it as well.

That’s very kind, thank you ☺️✨

Music selection on point

Gesa beat just hit different

Here's the link! Desktop only though✨

Really is so fun being a designer rn. Well done!

building the personal site for weekend? That’s a solid way to spend a Sunday.

You know it 💪✨

the vibe is spot on and the sound design is actually great 🔊

So cool!

Love gn and song choices 🔥

cool

Howwwwww thats crazy!! Can u share us the workflow?

Hahah what do u want to know. I prompted literally every single part of it.

From design to the functionality cuz sometimes design is done but it just doesn't work as we want even after prompting clearly 😭😭

Ah yeah it's just beating your model into submission through repeated fine-tuned prompts. Also, I didn't go from design to dev here, I vibe designed in the chat directly. It definitely tends to drift away from Figma designs so I've gotten good being descriptive w/ words

Thats impressive 👏 thanks ✨️

Thank you! I tend to think of this workflow as its own separate way of designing It's an exercise being descriptive about the aesthetic and functionality and shaping the final outcome gradually, like clay, with words. Completely different process from trying to make something technically and from scratch like we're used to.

🗣🔥Gradually making like clay with words

This is so good! Amazing work🙌 Also would love to know the whole process of how did you build this.

Thank you! Literally just getting cursor and clause set up was the only semi-technical part. Everything else was promoting!

Cursor seems fun, I'll try it out too. Thank you :)

*prompting, sorry, but yes, the command line isn’t that much harder than the Claude chat you can figure it out. Enjoy! 😌✨

love the record player feature !!
