Funny thing happened last night when I expressed support for the constitutional amendment to raise the voting age to 25 (or else to require civics exam or national service at age 18). The younger people were, the more they seemed to like it.

How about amend the constitution on TERM LIMITS! $MMTLP This is just a small portion of what CONGRESS receives from Hedge Funds! Do not alienate the next generation of voters. Our youth need to know they are trusted. This proposed amendment is well meaning but not well thought out.

Most young people I know are insecure about life because they feel they have had no guidance. I have met young people who are angry that they were not taught basic life skills like how to balance a checkbook or do a budget. I think young people are still looking for it.

Republicans certainly don’t seem to be trying to appeal to Generation Z. Now Vivek Ramaswamy, a Republican presidential candidate, wants to remove almost all Generation Z adults from the voting rolls, unless they serve in the US military, work as a first responder or pass a civics test. Ramaswamy believes these conditions should apply to everyone between the ages of 18 and 25 years of age. He literally wants to create a new constitutional amendment to do so. I hope this isn’t representative of most Republicans’ views. Do most republicans support this seemingly crazy idea? If you’re going to do this, then would you also support doing the same for gun ownership?

Were they arrested or were they rescued? I have interviewed hundreds of former homeless people who shared the best thing that ever happened to them was that they were arrested. They needed somebody else to hold them accountable because they weren’t going to do it themselves.

BREAKING: Gavin Newson has just proposed the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The 28th Amendment will take 4 gun safety measures and enshrine them in our Constitution. They are as follows: 1) It will raise the minimum age to purchase any gun to 21 years of age 2) It will require that there is a reasonable waiting period for gun purchases 3) It will require Universal background checks 4) It will ban the civilian purchase of assault weapons Here are my thoughts: I personally would change #4 to not ban all purchases, but make it much more difficult for the average American to purchase such a weapon. Make them jump through hoops. I would also add a stipulation that all Guns should be insured. Would you support this Amendment? Why or why not?
