What about Silva here? Why didn't he receive second yellow? Did he fool the referee and VAR or referees got money from Dubai Sheikh?

"Gabriel cheated" Fixed it for you And this from a fan base that's been whining all week that #Silva didn't get a second yellow against Newcastle. Until all football fans stop being hypocrites, the cheating won't stop.

Didn’t have the same energy after this one did you f****** prick

We’ll take it, we were owed one on that pitch.

Fair play for actually talking about it. Not that it helps now but I’m honestly surprised, usually hide away from decisions against spurs.

That goal should have stood and even Arsenal fans knows this

Why wasn’t VAR called to check this. Premier League and their issues again

Watch the full discussion:

The ref was against spurs No lies bro

The only slight difference is that spurs are defending once, attacking the other. Absolute bollocks from Dermot again, as usual. Protecting his mates.

Bothroyd still a bitter bastard I see.

How can Dermit Gallagher say it's different to the Ekitike one? Deluded.

The Corruption is off the scale. If VARsenal don't win the league then it's the biggest bottlejob in the history of sports, ever. If if they do, they'll need to win the league by 15points+ to cover for the points gifted to them by PGMOL who are trying to ensure that the big establishment club from London win the league after 22 years of complete and utter failure, it's not a good look.

Not hard to fool these idiot refs though is it.

@SkySportsNews Nonsense. Gabriel is planted right where the ball is going to end up before getting pushed by two straight arms in his back just as he's about to jump. He makes a meal of it but from Sunday League kids football you're told not to push someone from behind when going for a header.

It’s cheating and VAR need to say it is. What’s the point of VAR if Tom Daley can enter the penalty area to get goals disallowed ?

Controversial? It’s blatant cheating

Consistency is the issue here. If Gabriel's reading contact wrong, so is Ekitike's against Spurs. Can't have VAR protecting one defender and not the other in identical duels.

The word you're actually looking for is "cheated". He cheated.

Fuck off Dermot you egg 🥚 Even the ex Gooner said it should have been given.

Honestly feels like one of those calls that just changes the whole game.

The absolute lack of consistency in Premier League refereeing is destroying the game. Rewarding a defender for completely manufacturing contact sets a terrible precedent. Gabriel clearly sold that decision.

👓 For you gaslighters

There's zero justification for this. One was fair contact, didn't move the player, just a touch, the other was a significant shove in the back that wasn't even reviewed by VAR/referred to the ref or shown as a single replay on TNT. It's VERY difficult to not ask questions.

Every goal Arsenal score from a corner should be taken away that’s all they do is push players

If Peter Bankes calls that a foul, every corner in the Premier League should result in a penalty.

So this is not a penalty?

Trossard clearly pushed Sanchez here but the goal stood because it was scored by their favorite. Shitty pgmol

If Gabriel has fooled the ref, then isn’t that where VAR should intervene? Jay Bothroyd - Grinning Gooner idiot! Dermot Gallagher - Fucking idiot!!

Clear and obvious situations like this they should be able to go back and give 1 match bans, it’s blatant cheating and conning the officials. On the other hand , officials in the VAR room should be coming to the right decisions , that’s not even a hard decision to make

After Barcelona Arsenal are the next when it comes to fooling the referee, no discipline

it might have been soft but lets not act like gabriel was fooling the ref or somethigm like that. try been unbiased

But I believe there was a push enough to get free kick

An embarrassing dive by Gabriel, he should be ashamed. Between VAR, poor refereeing, and cheating players the game is becoming a joke. Time to stick to rugby, watching this rubbish is a waste of time
