Cool trick, what about evasion ? Is it extension spoofing RTLO stuff ? What if you just double click the png ? You get shell or not ?

I'm not using RTLO or any file extension spoofing techniques. I showed the file extension via properties in the video for clarity. The double-click idea could work as well, but it would require a bit of tweaking. Feel free to experiment with the script links above.
