Garcia: In our initial estimation—It could be that we're only getting about 10% of what the DOJ has. And of that 10%, 5% of that has already been released. And the other 5% is highly redacted. So we're getting very little so far

Garcia: First, let’s be very honest about what’s happening. This is a White House cover-up. They are now involved in an illegal cover-up of the Epstein files. They’re defying Congress. They’re defying their own base. They’re lying to the American people. And this “release” was no release. I want to clarify something people need to know. First, a large chunk of what they actually released was already public information. It had already been released. Then the other big chunk—the new stuff that was released—was highly redacted. We anticipated, by the way, that this was the likely posture the DOJ was going to take. We were under no illusion that they were somehow going to release everything. So we’ve been working—I’ve been working directly—with Jamie Raskin, who, by the way, is one of the best constitutional lawyers in America. We have a legal plan that we’re moving forward right now. Ro Khanna and Tom Massie are also moving forward with plans within Congress, looking at possible ways of holding Pam Bondi in contempt or even beyond that. What’s really critical about that piece—because we don’t have the majority in Congress, and we have to be honest about that—is that Tom Massie is considering leading that effort. If we can get a Republican leading an effort to hold Pam Bondi accountable in a way that hasn’t been done in Congress, quite frankly, in decades, that’s going to be a very powerful step. And then we have a number of incredibly smart lawyers and advocates across the country, including those working with survivors, looking at what our legal options are in the courts as well. So all hands are on deck right now. All options are on the table.
