Testimony at the Madlanga Commission tends to implicate not just Tshwane’s CFO Gareth Mnisi, but two political parties in City of Tshwane’s governing coalition — ActionSA and the EFF — in attempts to rig a security tender. This constitutes fresh allegations of misconduct against Mnisi unrelated to the claims made by the ANC before.
